General Appearance: Seihai has a round face with medium size hazel eyes that give his face a perfectly balanced look. His small mouth that has a freckle on the lip towards the middle and concave nose that has a slight curve. He hands are soft looking with a multitude of lines on the knuckles from the habit of cracking them. He is normally wearing a jacket with two pockets over the chest and cargo pants that are short to the knees in the summer and long in the winter. Also they have a uncountable amount of pockets (Which has jutsu on it making it not jingle). He normally wears geta shoes when he isn't on missions. There are times when instead he wears colorful striped button up shirts but normally there is a reason behind him doing so, like a special occasion. He also owns a London fog but is rarely wore expect on rainy days.. He has short hair in the that requires almost no styling for it to look presentable.

Overall Personality: He generally is in a happy mood and enjoys the companionship of others. He his very extroverted which at times he can come off as unpractical and dreamy in his thinking but is really down to earth once you get to know him. He can be seen collecting random things to later when he get back to the village to experiment on what it makes as a noise. Making him the bane of his neighbors that try to sleep, also he has a love for Medic, Nin Pepper the soda and his humor is full of puns (Make a pun about the introductory nature of his name and he will laugh uncontrollably). He generally would much prefer to settle problems through talking. He is one of those types that like to trade ideals and words before you fight. He likes to know things about people and will sit for hours listening to someone’s trouble and story of what got them to the place they are in there life. He has a talent for cooking and can play the saxophone with average talent and will at times be seen trying to practice which in reaction causes his neighbors to take up arms against him when he is playing at one o'clock in the morning.

||History|

Family: Eiswal is the father of Seihai and suffers from a form of Schizophrenia. He is always wearing sunglasses do to his medication making it hard to see in bright light. He has a buzz cut hair that is jet black. He also is a real war nut, constantly reading history books about the many different wars. Currently he does not live with the rest of his family but visits on holidays. Most of the time he is in a metal hospital trying to have some of the top medic nins cure it. Atama Hawāsu is his mother the last of the sound ninjas in charge of keeping the family scroll in the art sound jutsu. She acts merely as a protector because of promise she made to her Grandmother.
History:
] The Hawāsu family was one of the last sound jutsu users to still exist, they joined with hidden cloud to help defend against the onslaught of the celestial army after there clan was almost destroyed by them. Sense the hidden cloud allowed them to take refugee then they have slowly been trying to rebuild under the hidden cloud. They now are spies for hidden cloud and have one of the fastest systems of communication in real time on what is happening in battle do to there implants. Unfortunately they haven't been able to convince the hidden cloud to allow sound jutsu to be taught as part of the curriculum. That where Seihai comes in to play, he is the first sound ninja to enter the school for hidden cloud. Putting pressure on him to impress people to show the value of sound jutsu to hidden cloud. Seihai hopes to convince the higher up's of sound jutsu useful and how it will strengthen the hidden cloud instead of being just another clan that takes up space. Seihai has lived in hidden cloud for most of his live with his Mother and little brother. He practiced the scrolls his family had to learn sound jutsu an he discovered he was very good at it. Also when at the academy he discovers his element was lightning, he from there had with the help of of his clan make weapons that ran on lightning chakra so he could increasing the power of his sound jutsu. During his childhood he grew up with a family that shared everything, it was traditions to never lie to anyone you considered family. One of the worst things you can do is lie to a family member.A person with no blood ties that he considers family is his childhood friend. His name is Gangou Kontan, Gagou is the son of a family friend and is part of the Kontan clan that has been allies with the hawasu clan for a long time. They basically grew up together encouraged to become true friends which they did..They were seen constantly together as friends laughing and having a great time playing cards and practicing jutsu together because they would both forget to study that week.

Hey Kiyoshi, Grail consulted with me on a bunch of stuff regarding his sound abilities, can sound really be considered an element if there aren't any "Sound Release/Style" techniques? In this case he's powering speakers with lightning techniques and manipulating it from that angle. Just curious.

There are sound styles. In the Chuunin exam arc, there was the three sound genin and many other sound related techniques used. Those would require research or waiting until the databook for techniques are finished. But those do not require lightning to work. But for speakers that would fall under items, unless they are attached to his body.

He'll also have to apply for the 'jingle proof' pants, either the jutsu or create an item that doesn't allow them to jingle. It's up to him about that.

I'm aware of the sound techniques of the Sound Genin, but as far as I know they just used Wind techniques through various body modifications (or in Kin's case, just her bells). I figured Lightning running through sound-producing equipment could work the same. I dunno if he's applied for all his equipment stuffs yet, that'll be on him, hahah.

So can I keep my dminant as lightning? Or do I need to switch it for Air to use sound jutsu?

In corresponding events with the ability to manipulate sound to that certain degree, yes you would have to change it to wind.
