The process allowed for an mutagen too be created and unleashed among him. Too see the various effects it would have upon his body. It worked, however with dire drawbacks. Aegis utilizes this mutated chakra-enhancing radiation from his mutated cells to give the him an hidden enormous amount of chakra. Which increases his strength and speed and agility by a full extra [20%] The technique itself manifests itself in the manner resembling that of a pair of gloves. This manifested chakra is easily manipulated into various techniques, making it one of the most versatile abilities around. However, a key aspect of this chakra is it's effects upon others. Each effect would be medical based. Either in a positive manner or otherwise. Surgeries, Amputations, Injections, you name it. His chakra has various effects that will either improve or harm the person who comes into contact with it. His chakra essentially is purely medical. (Each detailed in a technique.)

Disadvantages: He is restricted too Taijutsu when not using this ability. Whenever he attempts too release any chakra, the mutated chakra will replace it instead. Causing for him too be unable too preform anything other then Taijutsu based attacks.

He is weaker too the basic element attacks now. Bones fracture when hit with earth, his speed falls if hit with electricity, he becomes winded if hit with win, he gains irritated skin if hit with water, and will set ablaze if hit by fire. The damage they provide varies depending on the actually technique the opponent uses.

Other Effects: He hates his mutation. Often seeking a cure too this uncontrollable mutation. Due too the exposure of his mutated cells too others. He finds that exerting the chakra from his body will cause.

you're going to have to explain this "mutagen" with more detail before these techniques can be allowed, perhaps with an example or two of some of these techniques.

So basically, he's saying that it never existed in the current timeline, but the concept can still be utilized. This means that it's your responsibility to explain the concept in an approvable manner just like if it was a custom application. Referring to the Hoshigakure arc, especially in a fashion that implies that it should automatically bypass modding (Something not even canon techniques should be done with) is a completely invalid argument as it didn't exist in the current timeline.

Also I didn't understand his post. I was simply showing an example of the ability like you asked. Thats the ability it was based off. I didn't really get the star-village not being canon thing. I didn't know what he was asking.

You failed to edit in nor mention any of the other points I gave about your ability, only providing a link to an AMV with no explanation, side note, etc. whatsoever.

Also, when I said bypass modding, I meant that you were implying that all you needed was the link to show that it came from the show and The Endless "saying you were allowed" then you're good.
