Primary: Stop the the group of student's delinquent actions.

Secondary: Try not to use physical disciplinary action.

Description: A new school bully has formed a crew of 3 Ninja Academy students to try and take over the school. They have been bullying various students, vandalizing school equipment and been a general public menace to the environment. Your job is to teach these boys the true meaning of respect and stop they're notorious line of delinquency. Please keep in mind though that the school is repsonsible for their well being and physical punishment might earn them a lawsuit.
ETFC IC: 1 hour OOC: 3 days.

Before the morning hit, Yori, stood inside the Academy. The place where every shinobi and Kunoichi, learned the most basic skills that they needed. Many times, they would find themselves looking back on memories they had here. Yori however, had no plans to remember those fatefull days where no wind blew.

He had already questioned the teacher about the kids. He never asked for their names, just inquired about their attitude towards teachers and peers. He knew that Hana and Konoha, would need more information, but he had already asked the teacher to give them detention after Academy hours to teach them what the mission was about. Respect.

Yori sat in an empty room. It was about halfway through the day, and the sun was beginning to lower itself. "They should be arriving shortly, and when they do, we'll figure out how to teach the students.", Yori sad to the teacher, who nodded and quickly ran off. "Senpai has some trouble with those students.", He said as he could here the steps of feet across the hallways of the building.

Konoha was the second to arrive. He had slept through his alarm and woke an hour before he was supposed to meet his team to reprimand some bullies. Konoha had an idea in his head but thought it would be better to let Yori take the lead on this one as it seemed he had a good idea of what respect really was. Konoha would take a back seat to him and serve as reinforcement for Yori. Konoha rushed to get ready, not bothering to comb his hair, though, it laid flat naturally anyway. He got dressed using the clothes he had set out the night before in full knowledge that he would sleep through his alarm, just like any other day and rushed out the door.

He arrived just before the appointed meeting time and saw that Yori was already there and it seemed he had been here for quite some time already. Once he had entered himself Konoha greeted Yori, "Hey. How are you doing?" Konoha looked around the familiar room. It was most nostalgic as it had been his own classroom during his time at the academy.

Teaching Respect (p) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Teaching Respect (p)   Teaching Respect (p) EmptySun Mar 06, 2011 10:20 pm

Hana had woken up about twenty minutes before the mission had started. She gasped and skipped a shower. She brushed her hair quickly, did her makeup, and ate a candy bar within ten minutes. She then rushed to the academy quickly. She had been happy to hear that she was going to be on a mission with both Yori and Konoha.

It was amazing. She just liked Yori so much. And Konoha was cool too. Yori was calm while Konoha was bubbly. Well to her he seemed bubbly. She really liked both guys. She just got along so well with them. Even though they didn't know her that well. She still liked them.

She rushed to the academy and bolted through the door to an old classroom. Konoha and Yori were already there. It seemed she was the last to arrive. Hana was flushed pink from running and her hair was a bit of a mess. She quickly combed through it with her fingers and smiled at both boys. "Hey Konoha, hey Yori! I'm sorry I'm a bit late. I stayed up too late reading again," she said scratching the back of her neck nervously. She wanted to impress these two. And she wasn't sure if she really ever did impress them. So being late wasn't something she wanted to do.

Teaching Respect (p) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Teaching Respect (p)   Teaching Respect (p) EmptyMon Mar 07, 2011 6:02 am

As Konoha arrived inside the classroom, he never questioned why they were assigned to a mission of simplicity, nor, how Yori planned on dealing with the three Academy Students. He nodded to Konoha's greeting, and would gladly reply. He didn't plan on being fancy or very quiet today, as the kids would need both a respectful but stern teacher. "Hey, Konoha-kun, glad you could make it.", he said, forgetting about the first time the two meant, leaving it as misunderstandings.

Before he even sat back down, he could hear the footsteps of a ninja. Though whether it was a shinobi or kunoichi would be anyone's guess. But it could only mean two things to Yori today. Hana-chan, or the students skipped detention. But, Yori sighed from relief as Hana rushed into the room.

"It's okay, Hana-chan, the kids aren't here yet anyway.", he said, pointing at the window. "I'll explain the plan. Since we can't cause any physical trauma, we can't beat it into them. If I had a stronger sharingan I could brand hypnosis on the three, but even that wouldn't do.", he said.

Outside the window, it was obvious the bullies were an Inuzuka boy, Yamanaka girl, and the leader was a Hyuuga boy who seemed full of himself. They all did. But many soon to graduate students feel like their own the top of the world, until a near death situation. It would change them, and many Academy Students need teamwork, even graduates.

"We'll each handle on of them, I'll handle the Inuzuka, Hana-chan, can you handle the Yamanaka, and Konoha....", he started saying. "Can you handle the Hyuuga boy there, and be careful about it, he's from the main branch.", Yori said. By the time he looked back out, the kids were gone. He could hear steps down the hallway as their teacher brought them into the classroom.

The Yamanaka girl was crying. Why is she crying, maybe she doesn't want to be in trouble, he thought, looking at Hana.

PostSubject: Re: Teaching Respect (p)   Teaching Respect (p) EmptyThu Mar 10, 2011 1:19 am

Konoha moved out from the door and stood next to Yori on his left side, facing Hana. He listened to what Yori had to say about who would handle who and said to Yori, "You're worried about a main branch brat? If he can't handle the real world he shouldn't be trying to be a shinobi." Konoha retorted. "He could he the Hokage's son, I'm not going to treat him any different than any other kid." Konoha crossed his arms and gave Yori an upset look.

He also heard the students coming down the hall. Usually Konoha was pretty good at guessing how many people there were but, a girl's wailing obscured the sounds of their footprints too much for him to pick out the different sets of footprints. He assumed though, that it was the three academy students and at least one teacher, perhaps two. Why is she crying? She's supposed to be a bully. He then voiced his concern to Yori. "Hey, if she's supposedly a bully at the school, why is she crying?" Konoha found this idea rather perplexing and started to mentally list possible reasons. Perhaps she's trying to get out of this by being such a brat that we won't want to deal with her anymore. Or maybe there's something actually wrong like, she may have a scrape or other ailment. Konoha's thoughts were cut short as they walked in the door.

PostSubject: Re: Teaching Respect (p)   Teaching Respect (p) EmptyFri Mar 11, 2011 1:22 am

Hana blinked at the girl crying. She reminded her a bit of herself when she was that age. She sighed and waited for the teacher to speak. "For now I shall leave them to you. I'll be back in about an hour. Until then they are all yours," he seemed to want to be rid of them. Most likely because he knew they were troublemakers.

Hana watched the girl crying with narrowed eyes. Back in the day Hana herself used to give the "crocodile tear" trick to her sensei's to get out of trouble. Seeing a little girl crying made people give pity. Well not Hana. She knew what this little girl was up to. Only a few years ago Hana was doing the same. It was still fresh in her mind.

"Oh knock it off! Grow up and accept your punishment like a real ninja. I highly doubt that those are real tears. What kind of proud Yamanaka would cry in public like this? That trick won't work on me missy."

The Hyuuga boy glared a bit at Hana. Actually he sized everyone up. He smirked as if thinking this would be fun or easy. ""Tch, why would they send YOU three to deal out our punishment? I don't see much point in this. It's not like you can do anything. Besides, I bet I could take you all on anyway. You look like you are barely out of the academy."

Teaching Respect (p) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Teaching Respect (p)   Teaching Respect (p) EmptyFri Mar 11, 2011 6:43 am

In an hour, I'm sure this kid would be the most trouble out of them all, but Hana can deal with the little girl, Konoha acts like that Hyuga, and then there's the more wild one. Unfortunately, he's really fast, unfortunately, she's really smart, and unfortunately, that boy is strong, Yori thought.

The girl quickly stopped crying after Hana's comment. She then proceeded to take a seat.

"And even if that's true, teamwork is key for any group of shinobi, for without trust, respect and teamwork, not much can be accomplished on a mission.", Yori stated. "Just stop, think and listen, and take into consideration that we both respect and care for our own shinobi and kunoichi, as ninja of Konohagakure.", he said. "No matter where your from, Main Branch, an alley, or if you even don't know, as long as your a ninja in Konoha, you have two things.", he said.

"And if you can't show respect, we can't beat it into you, I'd rather fail the mission then waist my time on the likes of you three.", he sid, starting to try and manpulate them. "The members of the Uchiha are elite and some of the best and well-known in the lands, and if I deem you right, you won't be able to become great ninja like you want.", he said.

"Even the Hokage would agree with the Uchiha.", he said.

Teaching Respect (p) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Teaching Respect (p)   Teaching Respect (p) EmptyFri Apr 15, 2011 9:03 pm

The three children went silent at his words. Mulling them over carefully. Then at his last threat they barely breathed. Would he really not let them graduate? Did the Uchiha genin have that much power? If so would the Hokage really believe him? Would they be stuck in the academy forever? They would never be able to achieve their dreams. Their families would shun them. Not to mention that they all did feel somewhat guilty for the trouble they caused. Though not getting enough attention at home was the real problem. Hana stepped in front of Yori to speak with them all.

"Yes, the Uchiha have this power. Let me tell you a story. Teamwork is very important. This story is about a small team. Much like yourselves. There was an Uchiha in the team that acted superior to the others. The female of the team acted superior to the other male. And the last, had to prove himself to his teammates. Though it took alot of work. They had no respect for him and he began to hate himself. It took their first mission together to trust each other. It was a long and hard journey that turned out to be an S-rank mission. They had to lean on each other to protect their lives and all of them would have given a life to protect the other. They learned teamwork the hard way. And they learned respect for each other. When they came home they had more respect for their village and teachers. Without their teachers they wouldn't have learned the skills to survive the mission. This is a lesson to all of you. Those ninja were the legendary team seven. The ones that went down in history. That ninja that had no respect became the greatest hokage of all time. Now I think I've said enough. What do you three think?" she asked the children.

The Yamanaka was the first to speak up. "I-I'm sorry. I just want to become a strong ninja..." the other two nodded in agreement though bashfully. Hana sighed and smiled.

"I'm glad to hear that. i wish I had worked harder when I was in the academy. I could have gotten a headstart if I learned more jutsu." With that said she walked away and out the door with her teammates. She believed that the three academy student's would have a bit more respect. Though she had to remember that they were kids. And she was the same way not too long ago. Perhaps she would visit them more often and tell them more stories about the legendaries and their childhood.
