Description: Cerates is the one younger brother's of the father of the Hebi kingdom. He's known for his quick temper, and his ability to travel on wind currents with great haste. His massive size dwarves his temper and rash actions on the battle field. He spends most of his time arguing when he is summoned, and rarely does what he's told. Though on some rare instances he will listen when he feels the contractor is worthy of his time and ability. [Ref. to Size: Manda/ Sasuke's ex.summon].

Description: This jutsu allows Cerastes to fly, despite his massive size. The creature first builds up a massive amount of chakra around his feet/claws, allowing a massive torrent of wind to build up. The rotation of the chakra and it's element then drives the creature in it's desired direction. This is an extremely effective method of travel, though its draw backs are its noise and that it takes time to prepare this jutsu (1 post to prepare) before properly flying.

Description: Cerastes maintains an assortment of dead scales on his person, and due to their density they hold the same properties as softer steel. Though the scales are softer than some of the higher prized metals, the sheer number of shuriken is hard to defend against. Due to his size, Cerastes may have anywhere from 70 to 150 scales ready to use. This jutsu is achieved by expanding a ring of wind based chakra around the collective group of dead scales. These scales typically measure from 1m to 2m in size.
