Abilities Gained: Hakai gains no abilities from this, but his main ninken or ninja hound does. This is an advanced alteration done to modify and increase the power of his main ninken, Brewser. The abilites the ninja hound gains are extremely useful and powerful in battle. Upon being struck by a direct attack, the canine can divide into another identical beast and thus increase its power. The beast can then recombine if needed, with one body carrying the heads of however many additional beasts were created. The canine altered by this technique can rapidly heasl from attacks, giving him the appearance of invincibility. As they are able to just split with ease taking no damage, the ninken effected by this jutsu has unmatched stamina and resilience.

Disadvantages: Hakai spent much of his skill and life dedicating to this technique. Without his ninken at his side he is barely at half his power level. As such Hakai is the hidden weakness to the technique. As the Ninken's and Hakai's chakra have fused together through years of training, which is common with the Inuzuka clan. If Hakai is defeated the ninken effected with this technique will also be defeated and pass out. Because of the alteration, Brewser lost his ability to do advanced Inuzuka jutsu and is limited to only two Inuzuka techniques, one being a E rank jutsu; Dynamic Marking.

Other Effects: Hakai can only do this to one ninken and is done to his main partner, Brewser. This alteration also effects Brewser's abilities to change his size and looks. Brewser is able to go from the size and looks of a cute puppy to a full on giant summoning hound. It is part of the alteration effects on him. Allow for him to look like nothing more than a cute puppy resting on Hakai's head. Until the battle begin and he shows his true form as a giant ninja hound.

Rare Ability Guide

This is not a Rare ability. A Rare ability is the equivalent of Jiongu or Jashinism, etc. Or Deidara clay molding. This is merely a clan based KInjutsu.

So? Its a rare kinjutsu, that could easily be a ability to even use it. This is on the same level as Earth Grudge fear(jiongu) for body modification. The only difference is I use the special ability to alter my canine companion, which for an Inzuzka makes sense. They are both S rank modification Kinjutsu, as such I would say its a special ability.

From the guide. This is a clan Kinjutsu ONLY for your pet. By association, it is NOT for your character, which makes the application in the section nullified. If you were modifying your own character, then yes, this would be the correct section. You are not however, and thus because of that, it is merely a clan Kinjutsu.

Please actually read the thread. This body modification is nowhere near the level of Earth Grudge Fear, which you are sorely underestimating.

However, since you are determined to have this as a rare ability, I will moderate it for you right now.

How much does his power increase? How long does the increase last for? You do realize that eventually there will be too many heads for the one body to hold and the canine will be unable to move correct?

On that note, how does splitting increase the power of the canine? Kage Bunshin, a B-Rank Kinjutsu, splits the power of the user evenly, so that they are all the same strength. You cannot have an ability increase the power of something when it splits into more than one copy, that ends up defying logic. Keep in mind too that the chakra of your canine will be split amongst the copies as well, making them actually weaker in the long run due to lower chakra.

How fast can the canine heal? How many posts will it take for an A-Rank of Damage? B-Rank? S-Rank? And if your canine can split with ease no matter the scale of the attack, then this technique can be judged as overpowered because each copy, according to your wording, would be more powerful than the last, and you could easily make an entire army without lifting a finger, where the final copies are magnitudes stronger than the original beast.

With that in consideration as well, this would be flat out denied because it is to over powering the way you have it worded, since the beast gains increased stamina, it, by association, would be able to move fast enough to block any attack thrown at you yourself, which completely nullifies your disadvantages.

The wording is too vague, and the disadvantages are not nearly enough for something the scope of what you are trying to do. You will not be able to create an entire army of canines, each one stronger than the last, on a whim. You do not have any post limits for how long the copies last, the bonuses last, healing regen rates, nothing. Please fix all of the above, and by fix I mean dont just put them in there, but make it actually make sense and be an ability I might want to approve.
