Description: The user generates an electric current through the ground (as long as it’s conductive or has conductive material, for those below B rank) within a certain radius. This current creates a magnetic field, effectively drawing metal items (i.e. weapons, kunai, etc) to the ground. This technique has a different reach depending on rank, beginning at D rank, and with a radius of 5 meters. With each rank increase, the distance of this technique increases by 3 meters, save for between A and S rank, where a distance increase of 5 meters is possible with training, for a max of 18 meters.

Description: The user sends electric current, or electricity itself to an individual, or group of individuals, but carefully concentrated and designed charges, mimicking that of synapses firing. When this current reaches the intended target, it causes the synapses in the brain to mimic them, forming a message of the senders choice. This is designed to be a silent and unseen way to coordinate attack or defense between a group, or to throw off the opponent, if so wished, as the receiver feels virtually no entry of the current, save a very light feeling as if the feet, or limb struck has fallen asleep. At E rank, the user can communicate with up to one other within a 3 meter radius. With each rank increase, the number of people increases by one, and the distance increases by .5 meters, save between A and S rank, where it increases a full 1.5 meters and two more people. So at
D rank, the user can communicate with 2 people at 3.5 meters
C rank, 3 people at 4 meters, one at 5.5
B rank, 4 people at 4.5 meters, one at 6 meters

Description: The user performs the needed handsigns, focusing Raiton to their fingers, much like the Third Raikage’s Nukite techniques, save that they have been adapted into one single, longer blade. At D rank, the jutsu has a reach of 3 inches past the users middle finger, and the cutting prowess of a blunt knife. Per rank, the distance increases one inch, save S rank, which increases 2 inches. The cutting prowess increases as well, to the prowess of a dull knife at C, a regular knife at B, a serrated edge at A, and a highly condensed, highly vibrating, sharp blade at S rank. This technique is capable of being used on both hands once the user has learned the A rank technique, and is designed to be used with the more violent and slightly powerful effects of Black Raiton, versus normal Raiton, but can be done with both (adaptable to other elemental affinities)

Description: The user focuses electricity from an internal to external fashion, causing a distortion effect around their body, making them seem hazy, flickering, and almost as if double vision, to the opponent, effectively making them a harder target to hit.

Description: A double-edged knife, this technique focuses static electricity to the outer layers of the users epidermis. This causes an assailants to receive a mild shock with every physical contact, but the user endures this as well, and, if used longer than 3 posts, the user begins to experience electrical burns. With each rank, the user can train for up to two posts of longer usage, each training post requiring 200+ words per post, increasing by 200 per post gained, so at C rank, the first post would be 200, the second, 400, then at B rank, it’d be 600, then 800, A rank 1000, 1200, S rank, 1400 and 1600, and, only in s rank, on additional 1000 word post, for a maximum of 12 total post usage, after training, though with the same effects after the post limit is reached.

Description:
The following techniques are characterized by the aura of Black Raiton that builds up around the users from the beginning use.


First Act- Dai Hitomaku: Hayameru (Act One: Quicken); D-S Rank

The user focuses slightly higher than normal levels of electrical vibration into their outer extremities. This increases their speed by half of their current, in that it uses the vibrational energy to make movements much more efficient. It takes time and effort to master, as often it takes barely a thought to twitch, but as efficiency has increased, minute movements afford the same action as a normal one. The user is also capable of forcing that vibrational energy into one single extremity. This technique lasts 2 posts at D rank, 3 posts at C Rank, and increases by three posts as the user ranks thereafter. (6 posts at B rank, 9 posts at A rank, 12 posts at S rank.)

Second Act- Hō Ni: Hāden (Act Two: Harden); B-Rank

The Second Act uses the same principle as the first act, but only on the epidermis. This hardens the skin to the toughness of brittle stone. It is still cuttable, but has "bulletproof vest"- like qualities, slightly decreasing the cutting power of a projectile that is thrown, or the damage taken from it. Chakra enforced weapons and attacks counteract this technique and make it as if it is hitting regularly. Regular kicks and punches from an individual of the same rank, or within 2 ranks above are reduced in power by one rank. This can only be used after the first act of Symphony, and lasts 6 posts, increasing by three for every rank of the user after.

Third Act- Hōritsu Mi: Kōryū Birudo (Act Three: Build Up); A-Rank

The user extends the vibrations from the previous two techniques all through his body, and deepens them to the muscles. This creates a more efficient use of every exoskeletal muscle, so that movement takes a miniscule amount of muscle power, basically strengthening blows and increasing speed by another half. This technique is dangerous, in that it cannot be used for extended periods of time. Such vibration of the muscles begins to stress them and cause them to tear and rip, leading to the breakdown of muscle tissue. This damage is extensive the longer it's used, and must be treated almost immediately after if there is hope of reviving the body. This technique can only be used after Act Two of Symphony, and lasts a total of 5 posts, though can last one post longer, at risk. Any longer after 5, and the user will be rendered incapable of fighting.

Final Act- Saigo Ni Hō: Kyōsei (Final Act: Symbiosis); S-Rank

The user further deepens the vibrations to the internal muscles/organs and bones. This vibration increases the heart rate, causing blood to flow easier and faster through the body, creating a boost in endurance. It also causes the organs to function faster, effectively keeping the body cool and pumping adrenaline through the entire body system. It also causes the synapses in the brain to vibrate in such a way that electrical pulses, -which make up bodily functions and commands- travel almost instantaneously to their destination. Basically, it increases the speed and strength by half once more, and makes the extreme most of the entire efficiency of the body. However, this technique is deadly. Usage of this act will result in death if the user is not instantly treated after use. If the user survives, such a strain on the mind and body will have put the user out of commission for months, in which they must learn the technique again from the second act, as well as their basic motor skills (walking, running, etc). As a result of faster blood flow, single cuts become more of a threat, as one is capable of bleeding out faster. This act can only be used after Act Three of Symphony. (Capable of being used until chakra is depleted, after which the user is rendered incapable of fighting/ critical condition)

Description: After performing the necessary handseals, the user focuses Raiton element in a current along the ground in a circle around themselves. This circle varies in range, starting at a 3 meter radius at the lowest (D) rank, and increasing 2 meters per rank. The effect of this jutsu is that, upon contact with anyone within the range of it, it sends an overloading of synapse-esque electricity to the brain, making the opponents’ movements jerky and having them develop a mild, erratic twitch. This can also cause mild disorientation and can cause burns at higher ranks, as well as nervous damage.
