Amegakure. The village that always was filled with rain that never stopped. To this village a drought was impossible. If such a rare thing was to happen everyone would know something was wrong immediately. The wonders of the rains that always shrouded this village was a mystery to everyone who entered it. He had no reason to visit the village except the far for a little sight seeing. He heard of the village in a book he had read sometime of go, and immediately he became interested in it. It was as he had expected, or in fact slightly better. A nice village to take a long nap in Marik figured. He always did like sleeping in a soft bed when the rain was pouring like this. Maybe he should have lived in Amegakure. It was a good idea at the time; he would consider it. Set up a nice home, and spend many nights and days sleeping. Maybe someday he would stumble upon a woman to call his own. Even have several of these feline partners, day in and day out, were a nice idea at he, as he wasn't against using women in any form of way to fulfill his urge for pleasure.

Marik walked through the gates of the tall village that was decorated with large skyscrapers. It was almost like a industrialized village entirely, except for the fact that, well... it wasn't. There was no one at the gates so getting it was easy. Much easier than getting into the five great nations. Besides that, not many people would like to stay outside and watch guard of the gates while rain was pounding so heavy that it was like bullets against one's skin. Still, that beastly rain didn't bother Marik though. It did ache his skin, but didn't bother him as he simply didn't care for it.

The air was cold from all the rain, much to Marik's liking of weather temperature. No one was at the streets unlike other villages he had visited where people would be swarming the streets - creating the nuisance of noise that Marik so hated. He wasn't very fond of the slathering of others, but when people would bother him - especially with noise - it was hard for him to fight the urge to do so. Still he would submerge that urge nevertheless. Killing them would only have him rise on the wanted list, thus destroying that peace he left his village to seek out.

His clothes were long soaked from the rain and clung to his skin, revealing much of his chest through the white dress shirt he wore. He could have gotten a umbrella in the village he was in before coming here, but he himself chose not to as he simply preferred it that way. His hands ran through his wet hair as he looked around the abandoned streets, that were being beaten by rain. The empty streets, stack with the rain taking away all source of sound made the village seem almost abandoned - which wasn't the case as Marik spotted several lightened windows. Where should I go now? Marik pondered to himself as he peered up at the rain and allowed it to pound against his face, despite how unpleasant it felt on his skin and eyes.
