Konoha was swimming in the lake of Konoha. He was practicing his water breathing jutsu since he would soon be teaching it to someone. The water felt good on his body. He'd always loved to swim. It was like flying. It was free. Konoha swam down to the bottom and launched himself up through the surface of the water and into the air. He looked around to see if his teammate and associate was there yet. He saw the dark sky first. It had been raining all day and streaks of lightning were often seen among the clouds. In all truth, it was probably a bad idea to be swimming in this weather.

The next thing he saw was the darkened streets of Konoha that surrounded the lake. Not many people were traveling the streets right now due to the onslaught of rain that plagued their village. There were a few brave souls though. People who had to leave their homes to go to work, people who were running dangerously low on groceries, other shinobi, and his teammate.

Konoha plunged back down into the water and launched himself through the surface and into the air once more. This time though, he did flip around in the air and landed on the shore of the lake. He walked under a tree that did little to protect him from the rain but, he figured it would be better than nothing. Konoha waved at his teammate and said, "Hi! My name is Konoha Koga."

It was, a gloomy day unlike the others. The rain had no end, and it seemed like someone had died. Even the atmosphere felt, cold, dead and unloved. The young Uchiha boy who spent much if his time alone, decided after making contact with another genin, would make yet another aquintance. He knew nothing of the other genin, other than the rank said that he must be relatively new. Yori would gladly show him up, but would rather see what his newfound friend would be capable of.

The Uchiha boy sighed. "The rain has no end, it's like the rumours I've heard about Amegakure no Sato, a village where it always rains and feels like this.", he said, placing his emotions carefully. The Fan Tanto on his back was easily disguised as not even a weapon, as Yori stood up and jumped off the roof.

He landed in the damp streets, his hair quickly becoming drenched, his clothing dry. Why? He was wearing a cloak with a hood that bore the Uchiha symbol on the back. It was something Yori planned on wearing during missions away from the village, and it made him stick out less. He walked towards his destination, a large, depressing and modd destroying lake.

Yori walked and looked as he stopped. Konoha Koga, he thought as he put his hood down. His mouth was concealed by both the high rise collars on his cloak and shirt. "Hello, Konoha, I am Yori, of the Uchiha Clan.", he stated as his introduction. His dull grey eyes carefully studied Konoha. He seemed like he had either spent time in the lake or was out for a long time.

Konoha noticed the way the Uchiha boy studied him. Either, he was sizing up Konoha or he was wondering why he was soaked through. "I was swimming in the lake. A little practice for myself before I try to teach someone else. Not you of course. Another genin that's like me. You see, my affinity is water." Konoha felt a little awkward having been speaking so much. "What about you? Have you found yours?" Konoha asked rather curious. He had an Uchiha on his team. This would be rather interesting. The Uchiha were quite famed especially in history. He considered Itachi his idol despite being of different affinities.

Konoha took a glance behind Yori looking for the girl who had contacted him on the phone. The streets were empty at the moment. All he saw in the street was the mud jumping up from the ground where the rain hit it.

Seeing nothing, Konoha brought his attention back to Yori.

Yori looked annoyed as he sighed. "You should never reveal such information that could be used against you.", Yori said, his eyes being the only visible part of his head, aside from a forehead protector and his hair. The dull grey eyes appeared to be more subtle now. Yori's head shifted to the right, his hair following in a similar motion.

"But, because you and I are both genin of Konohagakure, I shall share with you.", he said, his eyes glancing back at Konoha with the ability to create tension in the air between the two. "I am of the Uchiha Clan, and therefor, like many of my clansmen, have the fire element.", he stated. "Although I possess the Sharingan, I have not yet awakened mine.", he stated. Surely, he would be at a surprise about that last thing, Yori thought as he turned around.

He saw nothing but an empty, dirt path. Slowly, heavily, the rain would come down and it would probably ruin the dirt roads and turn them into muds roads, making it dangerous. He then heard thunder. Yori had no physical reaction, but his dull eyes looked up as his head followed. This kida can't be serious, he thought.

Konoha was somewhat annoyed by Yori's response. "I'm telling you this because we're bound to be on the same squad." Konoha allowed him to continue speaking, listening intently. Konoha wanted to see how their skills could fit together should they be without their third person. Konoha heard the bit about not having awoken his shringan yet and felt bad for him. He patted him on the back. "Well, we all grow at different rates. What do you say we practice or jutsu?" Konoha asked him. He hoped that practicing would distract him from not being able to use his sharingan yet and this way they could develop a few combos to use in combat, despite their opposite affinities.

Konoha walked over to the lake. His jutsu would be easier to perform the closer he is to the source. "Come on." he said waving over Yori. "Let's see. I'll use this one first." Konoha placed his hand on the surface of the water and caused it to bubble a few meters away from where they were on the edge of the lake. He caused it to grow up and outward until it was about nine feet tall and ten feet wide.

His hair fell over his eyes, as his head aimed itself at the ground. Grow at different rates, did he just imply that I'm weak without the Sharingan, Yori thought as it would seemingly grow more chaotic. Is he trying to distract me from what he said previous, Yori thought. He wanted to learn foward and whisper, 'Shut Up or I'll Kill You!', but that wasn't something reasonable to do.

He stepped foward though, following Konoha very quietly as his rage built up inside himself. He would be like a kettle when couldn't hold it any longer. He watched Konoha's technique, guessing it was a water element jutsu. Yori leaned foward, and smiled. "Shut Up or I'll Kill You.", he said to Konoha as he walked around and raised his head.

The handseals went fast. Yori had trouble making sure he hit the right ones, as he took a deep breathe and brought his fingers near his mouth. "Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!", he said, exhalling the built up chakra into a large fireball over the lake. The water undernearth began to boil, and not even the rain appeared to stop the jutsu.

It vanished quickly as Yori stopped and returned to his normal stance.

Konoha maintained the bubble wall despite the unexpected warning. Though, it caught his attention suggesting to Konoha that it would be difficult to cooperate as a team if they were not at least able to tolerate each other. Konoha's bubble wall was quickly evaporated by the large fireball so, Konoha stopped concentrating on it.

Well, Konoha decided to show a little display of skill will the threat hung in the air between them. Konoha raised his right hand and scratched the back of his head. "That was awesome." he said to Yori. As he spoke, he moved his hand around his head and to his mouth and blew out his own version of Yori's fireball. Only, it was a large mist cloud.

Konoha then sprinted the three steps to the edge of the lake and dove in. Utilizing his underwater breathing technique, Konoha performed a few, quick hand seals while under the water and then the lake began to ripple as Water Release: Poseidon's Anger took hold of it. Soon the entire lake was rippling with the tides and currents that thrashed in the body of water. Konoha made sure to soak Yori who would undoubtedly be watching, or standing around confused, on the shore.

Hana ran quickly through the rain rushing towards the lake. "I can't believe I'm late! I'm the one that invited him for training!" She yelled at herself while moving her arms and running. The day before she had been going over some documents at the academy. There was a sign up sheet for any genin that wanted to train together. It listed their elements and what jutsu they already knew. Hana had found another genin that had the same element as herself.

So she had gotten Konoha's contact information and asked him to train with he today. She had a scroll tucked into her bag safely away from the rain at the moment. Puddles splashed all over her clothes as she ran. She finally made it but was amazed to find the lake looking like the ocean with the thrashing. It was beautiful.

Hana loved water. And she watched as the beautiful lake mimmicked the powerful ocean. The rain soaked the girls hair but she didn't care. She loved rain as well. Anything that had to do with water she loved. That's why she had wanted to learn some new techniques.

After staring at the beautiful water for a few moments it soon began to seem like the lake was calming down. Hana then noticed the boy standing, soaked by the lake edge. He looked familiar. Hana gasped as she realized who it was. "Yori! I haven't seen you in a while! What are you up to? She asked the boy as she then skipped happily towards him.

It had been a while since she had seen him. She felt she had an instant friendship with him. It was obvious that he didn't feel the same. At least not yet but Hana was determined to become friends with the boy. Hana giggled and waved at him while walking up and stepping next to him. "What are you up to?" she asked curiously.

Yori couldn't help but have his eyes close, fist tightened as it would merely assume to anyone else the now soaked Uchiha boy was not warm. Mistake one happened before, that wasn't a mistake, that was strike 2, he thought as his hand emerged from underneath his cloak and moved his hair back, away from his eyes. They opened, the dull, serious black carrying a sigh. If it could actually be heard, the sigh wou;ld destroy Konohagakure no Sato itself.

Yori then heard a familar voice. One he enjoyed hearing. "Hana?", he questioned as the ever so bubbly girl bounced towards Yori. His eyes followed her, and he faintly smiled. "Nothing much, I expect you've made new friends?", he questioned her, somwhat invading her personal life even though most genin would know each other from the Academy.

Yori pointed out to the lake. His right arm quickly emerged from the cloak as it pointed at it's destination. "There is a boy out there, he seems fine, but he's not all that serious.", Yori stated, the dull black eyes never losing their shape or blinking. "He's pushing his luck already, he's insulted my skills and I wouldn't take that lightly.", he said, as his eyes faced the ground and his hand went back into the cloak.

Konoha allowed the lake to return to it's original stillness and looked up at the now drenched Uchiha. Not looking very happy at he turned to face someone else. The two of them must have known each other because they started talking. Being underwater at the time, Konoha had no idea what they were saying and decided then that he should try to learn a jutsu that would allow him to do that. In any case, the new person must have been the girl who wanted to learn from him. In exchange, Konoha would ask to learn the water clone jutsu from her.

Konoha decided to make his entrance in a small show of things. First, he swam to the opposite end of the lake and rose to allow his mouth out of the water. Then, utilizing the mist blower jutsu, he created a sort of fog over the entire lake. He then retreated beneath the surface of the water and swam to about the middle of the lake and performed a few quick, well normal paced for being underwater, handseals and performed the bubble jutsu. The bubbles rose to the surface and pushed the eerie fog away from the middle of the lake showing that the lake now appeared to be boiling in that spot. While continuing the bubble jutsu, Konoha concentrated chakras into his feet and slowly rose straight up through the bubbles, stopping when his feet broke the surface. He then let the bubble jutsu dissipate and walked over to the edge of the lake.

He stepped ashore and held out his hand to the girl. The very wet, very hot, girl. "Um, Konoha my name is hi." he said without thinking about his words.

Hana's smile grew as Yori smiled. It made her even more bubbly. She really did like him. It was weird since he was calm and she was hyper. But opposites did attract. She giggled and said, "Just a few, but none of them are as cool as you." Hana wouldn't admit it but in all honesty she thought of Yori as her best friend. Well, besides Kitsu. But out of humans Yori was the coolest and the one she got along with best.

Hana listened to what Yori had to say with a slightly knowing grin. "Sounds like you don't like him all that much. Well you have me here though. So if he bugs you too much I can try to calm you both down." She then blinked. "How long have you been out here? You're totally drenched." She flicked a stray hair on his face back for him.

Hana watched in awe at what happened to the lake. Sure it was quite showy but it was still amazing to watch. Hana took his hand and shook it politely. She giggled at his sentence. He seemed a bit awkward but it was cute. "I'm Hana, you're the guy I contacted. It's a pleasure to meet you. Would you like to get started? I'd like to learn the underwater technique first if you don't mind..."

With that said she began taking off her shirt. It revealed a back bikini and she began to remove the rest of her clothes. She grinned and turned back to both boys. Her bathing suit showing lots of skin. "You ready to teach me?"

Yori's eyes wanted to glare at he, to make her feel small. But Yori wasn't that kind of person, not yet. He hadn't the best childhood and often refused to believe he would cause death to anyone. It was a small fear, as even if it wasn't justified, it would be wrong to him. He wasn't being picky, or trying to be an ass, he was really just angered right now. Frustrated, and as he thougth, his mind crossed things he thought he had locked away and tossed the key.

[i]Those two key deaths, they gave me nothing, and I don't know where I should cast blame/i], he thought as he turned around, put his hood up and started walking. Where he was walking? His home. He raised his hand, waving to both Konoha and Hana. :Im' sorry, but I need to go, maybe another time.", he said.

He crouched, then jumped away. And when he believed he was clear of bth Hana and Kuroda, he sat on a roof, flat on his back.

He was panting now, unknown to him he had a short day dream. To him, it seemed like an eternity, but it was really just a few minutes. It had replayed the death of his mother and step-father. Yori stood up and continued walking home.

Konoha watched Hana strip down to reveal that she was wearing a two piece bikini underneath her clothes. Because of this, he didn't even notice Yori leave. However, as the rain beat down on her curvy body and subtle shapes, Konoha could only muster out this much gibberish, "Clothes, having, emergency, no, boobs, time, clothes, yes, on." Konoha stared at Hana's amazing body as the rain slid down and over her body. The rest of the world melted away from him as he just stared and stared at her. Under normal circumstances he wouldn't be bothered by it but, since he was about to try and teach her something and would probably be getting quite close to her, he became very much a wreck.

A small trickle of blood started from his nose but, it quickly began to start pouring from his nose at an alarming rate. Konoha didn't even notice that as he simply stared at the mostly naked woman standing before him. Her hair plastered to her head and neck, her body glistening in the limited amount of light available. It seemed to him that she had bathed in a pool of small gems before coming out.

Hana blinked and looked a bit disappointed. She'd been wanting to see him again all week and now he was leaving after only a few seconds of talking to her? Did she do something wrong? Hana sighed, "Okay, see you around then Yori."

Hana turned back to Konoha and plastered on a smile. It wasn't a fake one for long as she watched Konoha's eyes travel all over her body. She blushed a light shade of pink. A moment after he finished talking though she burst into a huge fit of giggles. It was pretty cute.

It was just the thing to take Hana's mind off the Uchiha. She watched as his nose began to bleed. Her giggles died down as she said, "Ahaha, the weather does weird things to your body huh? Here I have a handkerchief in my bag." The girl bent over, her rear end most likely not helping the boys condition.

She grabbed the item and handed to him pleasantly. Her breasts bounced ever so lightly as she moved. "So after your nose stops bleeding do you want to get into the water? I'm sorry I chose such a rainy day. But it was the only day i was free. I really wanted to learn that underwater breathing technique."

When Hana bent over to pick up the small piece of cloth from her bag, Konoha got a face full of ass and blood began to gush out of his nose. He could plainly see where her butt turned from cheeks to lips in the small bikini bottoms. Konoha's face was starting to loose some color at this point and feel to the ground. He made sure to fall so that he would be laying on his back though so, he didn't get a face full of mud.

Once Hana turned around with the handkerchief, Konoha couldn't bare it anymore. He reached above his head and began tossing clothes at the girl. As they fell back to the ground Konoha would pick them up and throw them again. All the while saying, "Clothes, on, please, now, being, yes." over and over again. Despite being pelted in the face by the large rain drops, despite laying in the mud, despite the huge bulge that was clearly visible in his pants, Konoha was a young virgin and unable to concentrate while trying to teach someone as hot and naked as her.

Hana blinked as her pants ended up on the top of her head. "Ah, Konoha? What are you doing?" she asked him with the pants still over her face. He then started muttering over and over again making Hana wonder if this was a good idea. "Okay okay, clothes go back on." She sighed as she pulled the clothes back on slowly. Again unknowingly giving Konoha another show.

Hana offered Konoha a hand to help him up once dressed. She was a little shy around him now. Now that he had acted that shy around her. It made her wonder what she did wrong. Was it because she was in a bathing suit? But why would he have such a reaction? Was he raised in an all guy household or something?

These thoughts raged through her mind. If he took her hand or not she headed towards the lake edge. "I suppose we'd better get in the water then," Hana said to him. She knew that they would have to be underwater to be able to use that technique.

Hana sighed and then walked straight into the cold water. Making the thin bikini top and shirt show how cold she actually was. Her shirt, slightly see through, was plastered to her skin and chest. Giving the boy quite a view if he decided to look closely.

Hana shivered and wrapped her arms around herself once she was chest deep in the water. "You coming?" she asked him awkwardly.

Konoha used her hand to get back up after she had dressed and put a hand up to his nose until it stopped bleeding. "Okay, the reason you should be wearing clothes is because when you're out in the field you're not going to have a chance to put on a bathing suit." When Konoha finished explaining he noticed that she was already walking into the lake. Konoha started running when she asked if he was coming and leaped over head when he got to the edge of the lake and dove straight into the chilly water. It didn't bother Konoha, he loved the water, despite the temperature. Konoha swam around and stood in front of Hana.

"Alright." Konoha started, "First thing's first. I'm going to explain it first then, I'll show you then, you'll try. Okay?" Konoha paused for a moment. "Alright. Well, when you're actually doing it you concentrate your chakras into the water that enters your mouth. Then you separate the air from the water. Then you use your chakras to force out the water while breathing in the air. Understand?"

Hana blinked as Konoha sailed overhead and landed in the water. It was really cool. This boy seemed like a dolphin. Maybe she should name him Iruka. She giggled at the thought as water from his jump splashed over her. Once he stood in front of her she became serious once again. She needed to concentrate on learning this jutsu. Even though it was a weaker jutsu it was still important to learn it. It could come in handy sometime. Besides breathing underwater would be amazing.

Hana nodded at his first question. Okay so concentrating her chakra on the water that entered her mouth? That was easy. She was good with chakra control after all. Now then seperating the air from the water would be difficult.

So then using her chakra to force out the water would be a bit hard too. But she supposed that if she used her chakra to determine the air and the water that it would be fine. Now forcing out the water would be a bit hard too. If I concentrate the water and chakra on my throat, right under my chin and ears, on both sides then I can use the chakra to force the water out.

Being a Kaguya my skin automatically slides open to allow my bones freedom to come out of my body. So if I just imagine that a bit of my bones are coming out and just let my skin barely open slightly, just enough to let the water out then I should be fine. My body should automatically breathe the air in anyway so I think I should be fine if I do all this while inhaling.

Hana nodded. "I think I do understand. So if you can demonstrate then I'll be glad to learn. I think I've gotten it worked out in my head for now."

Konoha allowed himself to slip beneath the surface of the water. He left nothing but a small ripple on the surface. He let himself breath in the water, feeling it gently flow in and out of his mouth but, not into his lungs. Once under the water, Konoha thought that he probably should have taught her the air bubble jutsu as a precursor to this one since it involves creating air in the water also. Konoha shrugged the thought off as Hana slipped under the water, her shirt plastered to her body. Konoha watched and tried to stay focused on teaching her but, could not help but notice her perky boobs. It's because it's cold. Look, your nipples are too. He tried to reason with himself. Konoha took her hand and placed it in front of his mouth so that Hana could feel the water moving back and forth from his mouth. He then motioned for her to go ahead and give it a try. Speaking was utterly useless at this point since only bubbles would come out and no intelligible words. It is for this reason that Konoha learned sign language. However, not knowing if Hana knew sign or not, Konoha stuck to playing charades for now.

Hana slipped her own body underneath the water. She let him pull her hand to his mouth. Her eyes were closed as she was fully submerged in the water. Hana felt the water moving back and forth in his mouth. So she had to do that? No problem.

She started with taking water into her mouth. She refused to let it begin going down her throat just yet. She concentrated her chakra on the water that entered her mouth. As both the chakra and water mixed Hana began to lose time. She didn't have much time to do this. If she didn't do it quickly she would drown.

She did the same thing Konoha did with his water as she seperated the water from air. This was the hardest thing to do. She swished the water around in her mouth. The chakra seemed to pull the air out of the water. So it made things easier.

Once she got all the air and water seperated she let both slide down her throat. She nearly choked but stopped herself in time. She concentrated on the pores behind her ears. She imagined bones sliding through the pores. Then once she felt her skin slide open she then used her chakra to push the water back out.

She gulped the air that was left down her throat and to her lungs. She coughed a bit since there was some water but besides that she had it down. She continued to rework it until she finally could do that jutsu perfectly. She smiled and opened her eyes under the water to see Konoha.

He looked angelic in the water with his silver hair and gorgeous eyes. Hana blinked under the water and began to slowly swim around as she breathed. This was more amazing than walking on the water. She felt like a fish. She could go anywhere now. If she were near the ocean she could swim as much as she wanted. This jutsu didn't take too much chakra.

After having her fun Hana broke to the surface. She waited for Konoha to do the same. "That was amazing! This is the best water jutsu ever!" she gushed to him with wide, and excited eyes. Hana then began to swim to shore. "Hurry up and get to shore! I want to teach you your jutsu too!"

Once she could reach the bottom of the lake bed she stood and walked out of the water. She was still dripping and soaked but there was an everpresent smile on her face.

Konoha noticed that she didn't exhale the water from her mouth and almost forced her up to the surface. However, he watched as she quickly got the hang of the jutsu. Konoha smiled as he watched swim around, free as a fish from a fish tank.

Once Hana opened her eyes, Konoha saw that she gave him an odd look. He'd seen the face before but, never directed at him. Konoha didn't have time to contemplate the meaning behind the look though, as Hana swam off.

It made Konoha happy to see someone so happy about something he taught them. Once she got out of the water, Konoha followed behind her. He walked along the lake bed and broke through the surface of the water. Konoha heard what she said then, "I wouldn't say it's the best but, it's definitely up there. By the way, it only work for fifteen minutes at a time so, be careful to come up for real air every now and then." Konoha continued to walk up onto the shore. The rain was starting to let up and Konoha could help but smile at the girl he saw before her. He was no longer distracted by her wet attire nor, her large bosom. He was looking at her face and Konoha felt something he thought he would never feel in this life time.

The thoughts were pushed aside by thoughts of learning a new jutsu. Konoha hurried the rest of the way and stood near Hana. "Alright. Calm down." Konoha laughed, "I'm here."

Only fifteen minutes? Hana could work with that. She just had to remember it. Once ashore Hana looked over at Konoha. She giggled. "This jutsu is going to be pretty easy since it's raining. Usually you have to use the water in the air. But since it's so rainy and we're near a lake this will be a piece of cake."

Hana stretched and cracked her knuckles before wiggling her fingers. "Okay handseals first." Hana moved through the water clone handseals slowly. She did it three times so he could get it down. "Next concentrate on the water in the air. Or the water around you. Use that as your base for a doppleganger while you form the handseals. It's basically the same as a normal clone jutsu. You just use water as your base. That way the water can still attack and stuff.It's a bit like the shadow clones."

Once she finished explaining Hana did the jutsu herself. "Water clone jutsu!" she yelled as two new Hana's appeared. Hana then proceeded to kick both of clones in their kidneys. Which made both splash back into normal water.

She looked back up at Konoha. "Okay your turn. I know you got this. You can do it. If you have any questions let me know," she told him with a friendly smile.

Konoha carefully watched the handseals made by Hana and half copied her the second time then fully copied her the third time. He listened to her instructions intently, the rain splashing down on his head as he thought about the workings of the jutsu. Konoha smiled at Hana as she expressed her confidence in him. It was a nice feeling to have someone who believed in him.

Konoha concentrated on the jutsu with renewed vigor. He performed the handseals with ease and two copies of Konoha appeared on either side of him. One looked incredibly realistic and the other one collapsed as soon as it was created. It was also, lack luster in color. Konoha knelled down and poked at the poor little clone. It burst into a flurry of water, up on to Konoha's face. Konoha stood up then and turned to his second clone. He poked at this one and it promptly swat his hand away. It also spoke, "Don't you poke me, foo. Whatcha think ya doin, unh?" Obviously a little personality had been lost. Konoha sighed and punched it in the face causing it to also burst into water.

Hana giggled. "I think you did good. Do it a few more times and then we can get onto learning one more jutsu." She smiled and went to grab her bag laying at the roots of a nearby tree.

Hana waited for him to get the hang of making the water clones. Once he was ready she pulled out a scroll from her bag. "Okay so this is the water whip. It's C rank apparently. I'm looking forward to learning it." She unfolded it neatly and began to read.

"Well, it looks like you just have to take water from the air around you. This should be easy enough. Then we just have to concentrate it and keep it together. Much like a clone. Though much simpler. I think it's C rank because of it's strength and uses. We just have to concentrate on the shape and then force it to move to our whims. It also says to be careful as to make the water strong and stay together. If not then it won't hold it's shape and hurt people. And it won't be able to tie people up either."

Hana went on to explain a few other things that were warnings about the jutsu in the scroll. She then began to memorize the handsigns and the necessary jutsu involved.

Konoha took Hana's words of encouragement to heart and thought about why it failed the last time. With these mistakes in the forefront of his mind he tried again. This time he was able to create two exact copies of himself. Konoha, being the skeptic that he was, wasn't so sure and so, began to poke and prod at the clones.

The just stood there and sighed. They knew he was testing their stability but, it was still irksome to be poked and prodded. Still, they stood still and allowed the tests to continue.

Satisfied, Konoha punched them both and suddenly became very aware of him self. He figured the clones must have felt slightly self conscious while he tested their stability. Konoha looked over at Hana and smiled in victory after having accomplished the task of creating real, solid clones.
