∆ Speed Boost The Roller-blades double his speed. The roller-blades take excellent handling to maneuver.
∆ Fragile It's very fragile if used improperly. If a landing from a jump screws up, it could break if the springs aren't used.
∆ Water & Lightning Weakness If the motor is wet, it'll move faster and over heat. If Lightning hits the motor it'll either boost the speed or short circuit the motor.
∆ Lightning Abuse For a quick burst of speed, almost 5 times his original speed, he must ride something that conducts electricity. But after that happens, it breaks and must get repaired. | If you're going to quadriple your speed, considering the roller blades themself already initially double it, it'd be more convenient if it would cost a C rank amount of chakra instead of D rank.
