Description/Abilities:
-They act as any other training aid of their kind, but thanks to the way they were created the metal weights inside can increase or decrease their weight when the user applies chakra to them. They were designed this way so that the user could adjust the weight more easily to accommodate their training level. They can hold up to 350lbs of weight each (although they are still bound by the x2, x1.5 body weight rule, so you can only go that high). For Yamzu, they can hold approximately 292lbs.
-When fitted, the material molds to the skin to prevent it coming off during exercise or combat. To take them off the user must connect them with its respective twin (wrist or leg).
-Due to the metal of the weights and the manner of their forging, they can be used to block against C ranked weapons or below.

History:
Worn as any other training tool of this type, these weights are different than others of its kind due to one fact; they were created by the master smith, Yojimbo. An expert in the art of forging chakra reactive weapons and items, the monkey summon made these to aid in the training of the Followers, other summons in the Land of Monkeys that pledged themselves to his service in return for him teaching them the way of the sword. With the application of chakra, these bands could add or subject weight as well as act as rudimentary wrist and ankle guards. The master smith also made a pair for the Old Sage, modifying them so that they would fit more comfortably onto a human frame. More recently he bequeathed a pair of wrist and ankle weights to Yamazu to improve upon his strength and stamina after the Monkey Sage began training with him.
