Unlike normal RPG's, this does not include cool graphics and your favorite Final Fantasy character, what you will find here is a elaborate and massive story. Name of Jutsu: Lightining Bolt

Description: The user performs several handsigns that end with the bear handsign. Lightining will form around the user's hands. The lightining will last for a brief moment (No more than a 1 post. 2 when chakra is added(D-Rank). 1 when no chakra is added) After that if the user has not sent the lightining towards a target the lightining will simply go directly in the air. If the user has designated a target the lightining will go to that person. The lightining will form a bolt and can only be fired in a straight line. If the opponent manages to dodge it the lightinin will simply continue on it's course. The user has to point in the direction that he wants the lightining to go. Otherwise it will simply fizzle out

You should keep it to one post, or two posts, not sometimes one sometimes two. You could, however, Say you add extra chakra to extend the duration another post, but just a suggestion is all. Do at least the first, and it should be good.
