Since you know, people keep making Adv. Genin or C Ranked Genin, but you know, we don't allow it and we don't really make that clear at all...? And then there's that matter of starting Sp. Jounin too.

C Rank Gennin, I can understand somewhat because on the past US sites, it was ok, but idk why dear all mighty god Taku believed he could start as a Sp. Jounin. Anyways, if you see something missing that's been indefinitely agreed on, you have every right to add that in considering that we're not all perfect and everyone one of us tends to miss things. (This goes for all of us)

Chakra system in works.

Limited jutsu list needs to be rewritten, as does banned jutsu. Kumo is still on the limited list.

The jutsu section Shauntay is working on needs more people helping her out with that (you can bring over the crap I had in the bookstore on SA for this, they just need to be remodded.

Poison system needs finalization, Ill need to reword it so its not word for word from US.

Special Characteristics, at least from what I remember from talking to Shi about, need to be edited. Some need to take into account other SC, we also need to add more SC. At A-Rank, fully trained, I have all the Mental, Skill, and Physical SC that apply to my character, which is almost all of them. Either we limit the amount of SC one can get, or increase the number on the list. I prefer the first one because they take on the attribute we want. Not everyone at A-Rank will have the same characteristics, give or take 2 or 3.
