| The sunrise that just barely but completely came out of its shell to run the darkness of early morning away indicated that it was now around seven in the morning. The grass and trees within the training grounds started to show a bit more activity now that it was getting some energy from the sun rays in order to help absorb the water coming from the sprinklers a good number of hours earlier. Somewhere within the plains of the training field stood a blonde kunoichi preparing her self for attack speed training by hanging what appeared to be quite a heavy punching bag. Once the shinobi was able to fasten the strong rope around the tree branch, she started to prepare herself for her private training by performing about five different arm stretches before starting to get into position for her speed puching training.
Standing with her legs shoulder width apart, her fists at each one of her sides, and her elbows slightly bent, Ayame took a deep breath as she stared down the 500lb punching bag, which was directly 3 meters in front of her as she prepared to start her speed punching training. Thinking back to somewhere around the middle of her Taijutsu training with her mentor, Ayame started to imagine a random opponent as a mental replacement for the punching bag as she recalled the sequence she was to go in. “Nose, gut, groin, nose, gut, groin, and so on and so forth.
Ayame relaxed herself in her current position before beginning the sequence by utilizing her right fist for a punch to the “nose” of the bag, then used her left fist to strike the “gut”, then using her right fist to hit the “groin”, then going back to the nose with her left fist this time, going in for the gut with her right fist, then hitting the groin with her left fist, going right back to hitting the nose with her right hand to continue the mimicking sequence in order from right to left to right to left again.
This potentially never ending sequence continued on for about 500 repetitions to go with each hand, making absolute sure that she was hitting the bag as light as possible so she wouldn’t accidently break it like she would nearly always end up doing with training equipment not mean for hard hitters like her, before she finally stopped in order to take a break, showing that she was beginning to grow quite exhausted by breathing heavily and leaning on the punching bag which, despite Ayame’s efforts to keep it from getting damaged, still held quite a few dents from the non stop assault coming from three precise directions.
‘Ok, time to start with the next phase of training.’ Ayame’s mind told herself this but her body had different plans, indicated by its refusal to move from its spot thanks to her only recently starting her training but already abusing it for greater and quicker power rather than take things more slowly. At first, Ayame started to argue with her body, attempting to force it to continue on with the rest of her training but it just wouldn’t give in so she eventually gave up on attempting on continuing on immediately and decided on taking a break for a good 10-20 minutes. --------------------- Training For: Special Characteristic [High Speed: Lvl. 1] Word Count: 555 |

| After taking a short break from her training by taking a rice ball from the bag she carried with her that was full of both weight equipment along with food in case she was start to grow hungry from her training and tearing it apart with her teeth and resting by a nearby bench for about fifteen or twenty minutes, Ayame decided that it was time to start training her kicks so the first thing she did was remove her shoes so she could start her training by performing a few leg stretches, utilizing her basic Taekwondo training that was taught to her in the early stages of her five year training.
Finding a nearby railing that was about 6 feet, Ayame warmed up a bit shaking her arms and legs a bit before raising her right leg and placing the back of her ankle on the railing, stretching upward first then stretching forward until her face was literally inches away from her shin and then wrapped her arms around it while keeping her back straight. At this point in time, Ayame could feel the hamstring in the back of her thigh stretching out as she concentrated on relaxing her muscle and counted while keeping this exact position for about a minute. Once she was finished with that, Ayame repeated the same exact movement with her left leg.
After performing that particular stretch, Ayame went on to using a few stretches while doing a split, a few while on the ground and a few more standing ones, all of which were relatively easy due to the extensive Taijutsu training she has been going through ever since she was a pre-teen, not to mention the fact that she was a female and females are known to usually have longer hamstrings than males, making stretches, particularly leg stretches, far easier for a female than the average male.
Once her multiple stretching was done and over with, Ayame went along with the beginning of her kicking pre-training, which involved setting up shop for the actual training. Going for her dark colored shinobi bag, Ayame opened the zipper of the back section and fished through the never ending contents in order to find the equipment for the first part of her kicking training. Once she had felt them, Ayame lifted out all the contents she was looking for, one by one. The contents included a nail, string, yellow ball and a small plastic sandwich bag.
Taking them all in hand, Ayame placed the yellow ball in the bag, then used the string to tie the bag closed, making sure that she left a few extra feet of string. She then searched for the nearest tree branch that was at a height level of your average ceiling. Finding one relatively 20 meters from her position, Ayame left her things while she went for the branch and drove the nail under it. She then tied the string from the bag to the nail in the branch so that it hung down about 6 inches lower than she could kick.
Once everything was all set up, Ayame stood about two meters from the balls position relaxed into a basic Taekwondo stance while focusing on the ball directly in front of her before utilizing a basic high kick to hit the ball directly on the side with her right foot, making sure that she wasn’t putting more than an extremely light amount of power behind her kick. Ayame would then repeat this motion right before her foot would touch the ground and would go in for the same kick, each one coming slightly sooner and faster than the last. Ayame continued this motion for about 200 repetitions before it was time to switch it up a bit and go in with her left foot.
After utilizing those kicks, Ayame switched up the styles a bit, practicing in the same fashion but with other types of kicks including complete roundhouses, reverse roundhouses, front kicks, etc. with each type of kick she knew until she started growing exhausted once again. Eventually realizing that she was starting to strain herself once she was going into the thousands, Ayame finally decided to put in some break time for her training by copping with yet another snack while resting a bit to get her blood flowing at a decent and moderate level instead of in super speed mode.
Taking a moment to catch her breath before leaving her training equipment so that she could look for something in her bag, Ayame slowly dragged herself all the way back to her original spot where she left the rest of her training equipment, food, beverages and training bag. Once she had reached her designated spot, Ayame grabbed the handle of her bag, dragging it with her due to being too tired to actually pick up the potentially 200-300lb bag and dropped her body onto the bench next to her stuff.
Ayame then went on to zip open her bag once again and go through the section of it that held most of the food she carried with her. Feeling the materials of a nice bag of chips along with a can of soda that was bound to be warm by now, Ayame pulled both of them out and proceeded to pop open the can of soda first, gulping it down by the gallons due to the ferocious assault from dehydration that her body was receiving. Once she was done with the soda within the span of three seconds, Ayame went ahead and opened the potato chips before dipping her hand and taking them out in a handful instead of one by one and taking them all in her mouth before swallowing. Once she was finished devouring her food, Ayame would then go on to simply lay with her body across the bench in an attempt to get another ten or so minutes of relaxation before she would soon strain her body once again in an attempt to grow even faster than she had already obtained within the time she had already spent in the training fields.
