Name of Jutsu: Hand of Fuujin

Description: Along with the Zentai tradtion, most users of that families particular taijutsu style learn along with it a system to further their strikes reach and damage. This is a hybrid system to that taijutsu ability. With a burst of chakra, the user's strike is accompanied with a torrent of wind that continues to spin into a concentrated vortex. This ability is strong enough to flip its victim back several meters (adding on to the damage the victim would recieve from the blow), and at its strongest can send the opponent into a localized vortex spin, driving them into nearby objects or until the vortex disapates (much like the rasengan). This is achieved by concentrating one's chakra into the srike; because the chakra is condensed, contact or the user's willingness to allow it to expand activate this particular jutsu. In basic terms the chakra is condensed and is either allowed to expand on its own or once contact is made through the strike. As the distance of this ability increases so does its cost. As the chakra cost increases the damage expoundingly increases. The range of this jutsu is anywhere from < 1m ~ 10m. C-rank from < 1m ~ < .5m, and B-rank until it reaches its maxium potential of 10m.

Name of Jutsu: Fuujin's Dream Gate

Description: As the "Hand of Fuujin" ability is a hybrid on the basic Zentai taijutsu, "Fuujin's Dream Gate" is a radical hybrid move of the "Hand of Fuujin". The user condenses their chakra and allows it to the expand, but rather than through a strike this is done with a single step (a literal step; once the foot makes contact with the ground the jutsu activates). [Ex: Wind Release: Pressure Damage, Naruto Shippunden (Manga) Chapter:334, User: Kakazu. This (Kakazu's Jutsu) is a much larger form of this jutsu, but its properties are simular.] The chakra isn't as localized in this move, creating a much larger torrent of wind. This wind is used to lift the user off the ground, push the user at a very high rate of speed, and disappate at the user's will. This technique is much more controlled and more difficult jutsu than that of "Hand of Fuujin". This ability allows the user to move in small areas (< 1m ~ 10m)with extreme speed. The user can only move in a straight line with this jutsu. This ability normally causes softer walking surfaces (wooden floors, etc) to crack due to stress. This jutsu doesn't require hand seals. [Ref. to speed: (Gai w/o weights) when the user is wearing their own set of weights, when the user removes their weights (Gai's release of the View Gate) ]

Description: This jutsu is a simular to the Great Sickle Weasel Technique (ref. Naruto [Manga] Chapter: 213/ User: Temari) in that it creates a vaccum that maximizes a simple and readily avialible wind current. This current was original found to be only made with a large fan or hand seals, but with specific training one can master a brother technique that achieves the same effect with a blade. After the user prepares a specific amount of chakra, he or she can literally roll the chakra off the blade's edge into the desired direction. This form of Fuuton jutsu tends to be much straighter than the Weasel technique, in that it is linear in direction but circular in damage. The vaccum maintains is sphere like shape while traveling on a linear trajectory.

Name of Jutsu:Wind Release: Wind Enhanced Tools

Description:The user exhales wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase it's sharpness, range and lethality. For example, they can infuse a kunai to resemble a make-shift schimatar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power. This jutsu requires no hand seals if the user has mastered the wind element. The difficulty of this jutsu varies based on it's size and shape. The variation in size would be < .4m would be a C-rank, and from .41m<- .7m would be B-rank.

Name of Jutsu: Fuujin's Dream Eye

Description:This is a highly skilled wind/taijutsu technique that allows the user to compress wind into a very dense ball, that on contact expands outwardly from the user to send them into a deafing vortex/tornado. This ability takes several posts to prepare, rendering the arm that will bare the jutsu useless other than basic movements such as: parrying, etc. The jutsu appears as a small [5cm diameter] light blue ball just above the user's knuckles. Once this jutsu makes contact a pillar of swirling air forms from the highly compressed jutsu extending depending on the amount of time the jutsu was prepared. Range according to time charged: 2 posts-10m, 3-posts-15m, 4 posts-20m. The range is the amount of wind the opponent will have to endure when struck.

Description: This is a purge style jutsu that allows the user to build up a small mass of chakra and expand it into a smaller torrent of wind with the hand seal: Ram. This ability is defensive in nature; this technique is mainly used to disperce thrown weaponary behind the user or in other areas which may be vunerable at the time. This jutsu, as suggested above, completely surrounds the user making it difficult for thrown weaponary or any shinobi to approach the user. Range of this jutsu is <1m-5m.

Description: This technique allows the user to expand their chakra to overlap the surrounding area, much like a submarine's pinging method. The chakra is expanded as a thin wave and then is guided by the user. The chakra can detect other opponents or persons in the area. This is not a counter to an offensive genjutsu, rather a way to reveal the posistion of one's opponent. If the opponent is using a denfensive genjutsu to hide themselves then this jutsu will reveal their posistion. The user will have to activate this jutsu with a set of hand seals that follows this order: Bird-Hare-Horse-Rat. The range of this jutsu depends on the willingness of the user, variating from 5m to 30m. The chakra expands in a sphere like shape, which even allows the user to find people that are hiding using a earth seal release technique to hide.

Name of Jutsu: Bunshin no Jutsu (Wind Release Varant)

Description: This wind release varant of the Bunshin no Jutsu is purely a counter technique. Once the user switches himself with a clone, the clone is a combination of dense wind jutsu and chakra to mimic the movements of the user. The clone's stability is varies leaving it small amount of time to remain active. Once contact is made with the clone the clone expands revealing the dense amount of wind chakra. The force behind the wind is enough to throw the opponent several meters. This is not a Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, due to the fact the user doesn't equally distribute the chakra to this clone. The clone can only remain active for one post of action. This clone variant costs 10% of the user's chakra.


Name of Jutsu: Shadow Hand Style

Description: This particular set of taijutsu is what would commonly be known today as Neo-Kickboxing which is a combination of tradtion boxing coupled with kyokushin-karate, along with american kick boxing. This particular form of comabt is highly effective within striking distance, allowing the user supreme leverage in each strike. This set of taijutsu contains several custom strikes and combinations: the jump kick, the superman punch, the push kick, the ancor punch, the counter-jab, the counter-hook, the counter-upper cut, the sweep kick, the spining kick, the spining back kick, etc.
The user's leverage is gained from a wider stance than most taijutsu stances, (a little wider than shoulder width). The stance is angled appropriately according to how one's opponent is standing or posistioned at the time.
The skill in this particular set is how one must maintain their balance and one's percision in their strikes is key to its success. This counter form of combat is highly effective against shinobi who have not trained in the taijutsu art based on its effectiveness to show gaps or weaknesses in one's timing and/or one's placement. Though it does maintain enough skill based strikes and blocking to counter an advanced taijutsu shinobi, it tends to be too rigid in some cases.

Description: This basic action is achieved by allowing the opponent to parry the user's action only to hit the opponent's armed hand/wrist with either the hilt or blade of the weapon being used. This is mastered with months of kendo training, if used with a katana or sword varant. This counter to an opponent's attack is extremely effective when a fast paced kenjutsu battle begins. The riposte can be achieved from several angles and in most cases results with the opponent dropping the weapon.

Description: By creating a small mass of chakra and expanding it as a small continuing sphere of wind jutsu, the user can achieve greater perception of an opponent's movements through change in air pressure. The change in air flow would be so slight that it would limit what opponent would be able to percieve this jutsu's placement. This jutsu can be used indoors, but it would take the user a moment to analyze the change in density due to objects in the room.

Description: This technique allows the user to unsheathe their swords with superior speed so that the user will never be caught with out their weapon drawn. This technique is achieved through training heavily in the art of unsheathing their weapon, and understanding how their sword reacts to being drawn quickly. This technique is limited to those that have a good understanding of kenjutsu. The technique can also be used for offensive purposes.

Name of Jutsu: The 7 Hands of Fuujin

Description: This kenjutsu is extremely difficult due to the amount of blades the user has readily availible. 7 katanas, varying in size, are carried at once; the user only uses two at once, but manipulates which blade is going to be drawn by how they're carried and the user's skill.
On the first draw, the user openly grabs which two blades he is going to use. Once the battle continues the user then starts to switch which blades are being used. The sheathing and unsheathing process is controlled by how the user posistions himself.
Killer Bee's method of kenjutsu is simular in this, but rather than using 7 blades at once they constantly switched. Killer Bee's sheathing method is simular to this kenjutsu method.
The user's hand placement constantly changes from standard to reverse grip between interchanges. The change allows for a good balance between defensive and offensive moves.


Name of Jutsu: Reversed Fan Hand Style

Description: This particular striking method allows the user to palm their opponents effectively increasing the damage recieved from each blow. By twisting ones palm as the strike is made it slightly increases the force behind the blow. Also by tightening one's fingers as the srike is made the body naturally tenses the entire forearm driving more force into the opponent's body. This striking method is used in several different fashions, such as: single palm strikes, double palm strike, standing buddah strike, sitting buddah strike, etc.
Both the standing and sitting buddah call on the user to to roll their wrist as the strike is made, so that some flow is brought to this rigid style. The sitting buddah strike is done from a wide stance (around a foot wider than shoulder width) while the standing buddah strike is done from a narrow stance and then changed to wider stance to form the strongest strike in this set.
This set is very adept at countering leg kicks because of the user's stance and hand posistion (extended but resting at waist level with open hands only with the middle and pointer fingers closed) which allow for a quick counter to be achieved.



Name of Jutsu: O-Yanatsumi's Melody

Description: Along with the chains Zentai recieved, he also recieved training [posted in character application] to further the use of these chains. The chains are guided by the use of taijutsu, punches along with wind currents help pin point the trajectory of the chains onced summoned. This is refered to ask "O-Yanatsumi's Melody". This set of cutom movements allows the user to cross the chains, interlock them, etc. from a greater distance than one normally would be able to. The exntent of this jutsu is only limited to what the user knows about the properities of his chains. The weight, the direction thrown, etc. all have a factor in this jutsu. Ex: The user begins to throw a punch, the chain is summoned while punch is thrown, then a current of wind in the same direction of the punch is thrown to guide the chain at a high rate of velocity.


Name of Jutsu: Fuujin's Wind Armor

Description: This jutsu is activated once the user creates a polarized flow of his or her chakra. This flow allows the user to pour more chakra into his or her muscle tissue; otherwise risking ruptured vital chakra vessels. This method also allows the user to form an elemental armor to help the user's movement [Ref. to simular jutsu Raikage's, Nin-Taijutsu, Lighting Armor] and reaction time. Though unlike the Raikage's armor which is charged by the element of lightining, the user's reaction time isn't increased rather aided by the size of the armor itself. This armor extends in the polarized pathways of the user's chakra flow, measuring anywhere from .5m (B-rank) to a full meter (A-rank) from the user's body. This allows the user to feel the change in air density faster than he or she would normally be able to. The armor also allows for less friction when moving, allowing the user greater speed. The armor also functions as a continous flow of wind (rotating within the area of the polarized field). The flow rotates around the user at the user's control, and as the user moves the rotation of the wind it helps him or her gather speed while moving. This jutsu is much more sustainable than that of the Legendary Armor of the Golden Shogun. The post sequence is as follows: 1st post preperation of the jutsu, 2nd post activation and use, 3rd-8th post usage of the armor and maintaining its flow, and 9th post deactivation.

The armor also acts as a defense. The rotating wind makes it much more difficult for basic taijutsu and kenjutsu strikes to be made; it also stops basic thrown weapons.

The chakra cost of this jutsu varies anywhere from 15%-40%. Depending on the user's chakra use the armor can almost triple (2.75 x the user's base rate of speed) the user's speed, and triple the user's awareness.

Name of Jutsu: Silent Guidence

Description: This taijutsu/movement ability is harbored by training on one's balance, footplacement, and management of power. This ability is what most mastered shinobi maintain on the approach of a target. Any user of this method can maintain silence while in straining posistions, on quick approaches to a target (60% of thier speed); leaving most lower ranked ninja unaware of their presence. This ability is purely stealth based and is achieved only by mastering one's own habit of movement into precisely placed steps and patterns.

Name of Jutsu: Dancing Needle Stride

Description: The user's ability to climb walls is aided by this method of precising maintaining their chakra on specfic points on his feet. By focusing on the key points of the foot, rather than the foot as a whole, the user limits his chakra use while climbing a wall. This also allows the user to expand on his chakra, creating a small vortexes if the user wishes to help aid the user's speed while climbing. This is mastered through training of one's chakra control. If the user focuses enough chakra into his stride he can cause the vortexes to break through most walls. This technique is both offensive and utilized as a method of movement. The exact points on the foot are the inner arch, rear sole, and large toe/pinky toe.


Name of Jutsu: Shogun's Defense

Description: This set of taijutsu is purely counter based, and is mostly grappling; other than some extreme strikes. This taijutsu set calls on the user to stand wide, as most of Katsumi's sets do, to gather his center. The user holds one hand out in front with his thumb tucked and the hand hand pointing to the sky. The other hand rests close the user's navel and is formed in a fist. The user stands always to counter his opponent. This set of taijutsu holds the following counters: circular hip toss, disarming wrist toss, driving hip toss, slip foot toss, drawing toss. This taijutsu set relies on the opponent to over-exhert their force which allows he user to redirect it. The two extreme strikes of this taijutsu set are the holding axe kick (which the user holds their own leg for a moment before dropping his heel on the oppoent) and the double-fist slam (which the user clinches both hands and brings them down together).

For hand of fuujin, I just want to know, The maximum at B rank is 10 meters and then it goes down in chakra cost from there? Here's where I'm talking about. "As the chakra cost increases the damage expoundingly increases. The range of this jutsu is anywhere from < 1m ~ 10m. " So would you rather say the jutsu is C-B rank, if you were to use it on a smaller scale? Can you do the range and damage per rank of chakra? More clarification than anything 1-10 is kinda vague

Wind release wind enhanced tools - describe the size of each rank.

For Fuujin's Dream gate, due to some staff stuff and discussions we have going on with SC's and battle (all that jazz) I understand how this technique works, but I would change the descriptor from instantly to something like quickly/rapidly and describe the difficulties in sight due to movement. I myself know it's not "literally" instantly, but when it comes to RPing combat it's gonna hear all of hell. I would as reference the quickness of the move in comparison to something like Leaf Shadow Dance (Lee/Sasuke/Gai), so people don't downplay it.

Fuujin's torrent seems more like a ninjutsu, so does Dream Eye.

Rising Blossom #2 may have to come down to something like 1-5m and maybe B rank for extended range.

Rising Hurricane #3
About 5-15m.

For Purge Wave, it's going to have to be put as pending due to staff thing.

Armor of the Golden Shogun (Feng's Armor Set)
Would have to be ninjutsu

The B rank Wind technique shouldn't be a Kage bunshin variant, but a bunshin variant. (no info gained back)

Fuujin Guidance is B rank and would need to be ninjutsu

Pillars of protection seems more like B rank

Given the edits you will have 5 B rank ninjutsu due to not having the ninjutsu specialty you need to remove one.

Chuunin are normally limited to C-Rank or lower of non-specialty jutsu, and up to B-Rank of their specialties. HOWEVER, (yes, there is a however) a Chuunin MAY be able to train jutsu up to B-Rank without having said jutsu as a specialty. Since its not the specialty, the amount of jutsu that can be obtained is limited to 2 jutsu per no spec [Basic specs only] (2 Ninjutsu, 2 Taijutsu, but only if they are not your specialty). Genjutsu, due to being more intricate in design and nature, are limited to 1.

A Chuunin will be granted the ability to utilize a certain amount of A-Ranked jutsu, again through double the training requirement. This is to ensure that the jutsu are not spammed, and because they technically are a higher rank than a Chuunin could handle. These jutsu will be limited to 3 total for chuunin level. (This is based off of Chuunin being B-Rank. If they are C-Rank, they cannot apply for A-Ranked jutsu).

Jounin/Kage are under the same limitations, however they can have 4 B-Rank non specialty, and 2 A-Rank non specialty. Genjutsu is 2 B-Rank and 1 A-Rank.

The same applies for A-Ranked Jounin with A-Rank, except they are limited to one A-Rank technique.


You may not have an S rank outside of specialty. Thus, The Lengedary Armor of the Golden Shogun (Feng's Armor Set) will need to be removed.
