History:
In the beginning the Ozunu Clan flourished in Konoha for a time. However only two generations into its instatement as a clan of Konoha the Ozunu clan hit a few snags as far as contained profit went. It’s own personal revenue was in jeopardy. As such the leader of the Ozunu clan looked to have his eldest of two daughters married off to a higher echelon clan.

Eventually Aisu Ozunu was married off to Kodama Sinota. Their offspring bore the first of many with a special gift. And their off spring’s off spring. Ozunu was integrated into the Sinota clan which was more of a mutual benefit for both clans, and Aisu was sent off to Kirigakure.

The rise of the clan started with Kuze's father and the appearance of Tatsuma, his legendary katana. the clan was both loved and feared by the people it swore to protect, as such a close eye was always kept on them.

Fall of the Clan

Kuze's rise to power was sudden and ill warranted. The mysterious death o his father leading to him being forced to take over. He married Helena Sato to once again meld a weaker Clan into the Sinota household. This was a beneficial to both Clans, as both would be strengthened to a degree.

Due to events that happened just fifteen years before the Sinota clan was significantly weakened as far as its standing and was almost cast out from the water country completely.

It was later proven that Kuze's exploits had lead to more or a rift between the clan and the land of water. His growing influence was striking fear into the higher ups of the land of water. It was decided that his power being left unchecked was too dangerous.

Kuze was later selected for a mission in which he was betrayed and killed by his own allies (who he referred to as his brothers) the village hidden in the mist had turned on the Sinota clan. Their own power being the cause for their downfall.

The current leader of the clan is unknown. It rightfully belongs to Clous however with his absence another head must have been chosen.


Special Info:

Members of this clan excel in Kenjutsu. Often becoming experts in a range of weapons, and becoming masters to a degree. Also must have either wind or water as an element

Those of the Sinota/Ozunu Clan have their abilities based on the way of the blade (Or generally speaking some form of weapon) This is usually beefed up by a form of chakra control which alters the use of a weapon being its potential in areas such as defensive capability or attack etc.

Abilities usually ranges from each member considering the use of the clan’s skills are to a point where one has free range over how it's used. Though there are man cases when some moves appear similar if others are using the same type of weapon.

Kouasshuku/High Preassure: By combining the wind and water elemental chakra's of Ozunu and Sinota, the results lead to a number of high pressure Suiton and wind jutsu. As well as being used a standalone ability, the Sokudo as its been called can be sent out in burst from any part of the body to help meet various needs.

However trying to perfect most of the techniques without a distinct chakra control can lead to disastrous results. Often leaving one drained and bed ridden for a few days to recover the expel of chakra.

Kanbu: The Kanbu are all upper household members that are born with a generally viewed control over the lower house. Many of the older members look down on the lower houses despite them being Kin.

Lower House-

Ressa: The Ressa are the lower houses usually married off and scattered out to other countries and houses a lot faster than the upper house's offspring which usually take mates in. Ressa are used to spread the Ozunu/Sinota Influence.

Requirements: Must be from either the root house (Ozunu) or Sinota. At one point must have lived in either Kirigakure or Konohagakure. Must have Kinjutsu as a specialty.

Description:

The Yaiba Shikai is wide spread form of the flicker balde. Chakra is spread throughout the users whole body in a concentrated form then slowly expanded, allowing wind nature to flow through the users structure. This lessens resistance and friction within the body allowing one to be “fluid”. This slight passage through the users body can only be used for a limited amount of time (three posts) Since this causes the muscles to expand at a rapid rate there is the possibility of the jutsu failing and tearing the muscles

Weakness: Such a technique is better off only being used once against a person because it becomes predictable.

This Jutsu collects a large amount of wind nature chakra. Refining it and sharpening the edges to a fine line. At which point the gust of wind is launched in a single direction, making several slicing "winds". The dust and debris that are kicked up while using the jutsu make it possible for the user to make a quick retreat or move about freely as the one on the recieving end would struggle to keep a line of sight.




Clan Traits:

Most members of the clan have light colored hair, are all kenjutsu specialists and have a wind or water based chakra nature.

I'm assuming your clan is ready to be evaluated seeing as there is no WIP in the title or anything similar in your post.



Regarding the rank of your bloodline, please give it a rank that covers what the bloodline is able to do at it's peak.

A little confusion on this part. Judgment Boushi? I know Boushi is roughly the Japanese equivalent of the English word 'eye', still, where is this coming from?

Until the power is truly gained, the ability to "see" is scattered through time for those who are new users of the Boushin. However the few with experience are able to control the flow of time traveling through their minds.

This ability more or less lets you metagame on a character's past and thus gain crucial advantages, depending on what you learn. It may be random tidbits of information you learn, but the randomness can't be replicated properly In Character. But, you also say that with experience you can control what you see, which more or less counters the randomness of the visions. Plenty of loopholes and possibilities with this one.

Again, this lets you metagame. You could very easily say 'x Sinota was around when x was happening' and learn about someone's past/abilities, or have x Sinota teach you techniques/abilities that are unique to particular characters simply because they observed said character's technique and managed to theorize a way to replicate the technique but died before it occured or did manage to replicate it successfully. Lot's of different possibilities here.

Also you say 'usually' which doesn't mean 'always'. Usually means 'most of the time', which means you could very well interact with the deceased outside of the Sinota.

Regarding the bloodline itself:

• Is the bloodline active since birth? If not, when, and how?

• The Lower House is said to have a weaker/dilluted form of the bloodline, how does the bloodline differe in the Lower House from the Upper House?
  
• How does one activate/use the bloodline? Are the visions random? Is seeing spirits random?

Regarding the bloodline's weakness:

• What exactly will lead to their insanity/violence?
  
• Why exactly would they go insane/violent from the bloodline?

Tenshi Boushi/Oni Boushi [Jutsu] -- As it is a bloodline, there is no need to resubmit it as a technique.

Feint Blow -- Not really important but... what about the Fuhen who utilize the technique?

Flight -- Same as Feint Blow. Also, how long can you stay in flight? Up to what heights can you go? Do your chakra wings have any other abilities asides from enabling you to fly?

No no sorry, I was still working on this. forgot to add the WIP when I decided to switch, it's no longer a Doujutsu but more like a physical/chakra based moral compas if anything. ^^;

Flicker Blade -- Seeing as you're utilizing fuuton to create the illusion of the weapon already attacking and hiding the movement of your own weapon, the wind itself is being utilized to increase your reach, but by how much?

Also... Flicker Blade is more of a Kenjutsu technique that is combined with the Wind Element (i.e. Type of Jutsu = Kenjutsu), and Feint Blow is similar in that matter only that it is Taijutsu, and Flight is more of a Ninjutsu attack.

No, I never planed on the wings having anyother use until later on. I'm sure I added that the wings last anywhere from 3-20 minutes with about 140lbs of weight at about 60 kmph. I guess if it's ever used for travel I'll just have it cut the time by a third or something.

Working on it but yeah, projectiles and lower chakra based attacks. Any jutsu below the rank of hte character as long as it's not the stronger element. I'm trying to remember how the whole element circle thing works.

Limit this to B Rank... I can't really see an A Rank tech being able to defend you against every single kind of A Rank tech for two posts as long it's just not an element that beats yours when you're an S Rank nin.

• State up to what rank is defended/deflected regarding Nin/Tai/Kenjutsus.
  
• State the range in which the chakra aura defends you as there is a burst of chakra about you.
  
• Simply state duration is 2 posts.

Flight

• Since you plan on the wings having other uses later on... elaborate upon this within the description of the technique itself.
  
• You're implying your wings can last from 6 to 40 posts (judging by your 60 seconds = 2 posts from the technique Aura) which is kind of a stretch since you can use this in battle since your wings can actually act like a shield at the moment since it's a physical manifestation of chakra... that and you're pumping out a B rank amount of chakra for every post that it's active since you say that it's a constant drain, which for forty posts seems like your likely death, asides from adding in the fact that you might already have a depleted chakra supply to begin with or depleting it even faster in battle with other chakra based techniques.
  
• State definite intervals of max height & distance.

No 'attempted reach' or the like as that does imply that is not the max/definite range/height/distance/duration/whatever which means you can later on abuse said technique/ability.

Bloodline

Upper House v Lower House

I get that the upper house has a better flow of chakra already... but how does that affect their ability to use the bloodline, compared to the lower house? I'm curious as to the differences sine usually when you go out of your way to mention that there's a difference, there's a reason why.

i.e. Hyuuga. Main branch is a lot more powerful and can fully make use of the Byakugan. Side branch is weaker and can't make full usage of the Byakugan.

So, would this mean lower house members would have a limited usage of their bloodline, i.e. only able to utilize some of the techniques, or only be able to advance up to a certain skill mastery, etc.?

I want to know why the seal prevents the bloodline from being passed down.
Bloodlines are inherited genetically. It's not something that can be taught or learned to just anyone.

Your seal is a mental one. It's within the mind, so how can that prevent the bloodline from being passed on?


It's also because of this that I wonder a little about how this is a bloodline. Thus, I was hoping you'd be able to explain more about the abilities granted. To me, it doesn't really seem like a bloodline at the moment. It mostly feels like a clan with a couple of secret techniques up their sleeves that once implied, can cause the user to tap into their latent potential and thus become more powerful than the average ninja. Nothing really seems like something passed on genetically, yet.

Sorry if I seem to be oddly strict/paranoid about your bloodline. There's just a lot that I have questions about or doesn't seem to make sense to me. I'm not -always- like this, just when I don't understand.

Well, there's not too much I can say about this other than... well... how exactly can this be considered a bloodline...? Maybe I'm not understanding, but what I get is that essentially you're able to use chakra to create weapons of any kind. I don't really see how this a bloodline that'd be unique to only one group of people. Making 'chakra weapons' seems like something anyone in Naruto could do if they were interested in it. At the most, I can see this being a secret technique but not a bloodline itself.

I mean Baki 'made' swords of wind more or less to fight Hayate with. And some jutsus around here deal with 'making' weapons like kunai, katanas, etc. from their chakra so how is this a bloodline?

Ran out of ideas..was thinking of having some form of elemental chakra...but...hell I just I don't know. u.u Tiz a sad moment...

Alright so your KKG is based on using water and wind simultaneously to create a pressure hose for all intents and purposes, which truly isnt a KKG without a further more in-depth explanation of it's abilities. The sword part doesnt need to be within the KKG, given that if anything it is merely a kenjutsu style.

Well all I’m trying to say is that Sokudo amplifies water and wind Jutsu as a whole so I don't really have much else to put into it until I develop more abilities for it. My Naruto is not strong so tbh I’m gonna need help with this thing >_<

If that's it then it doesn't classify as a KKG, not even Secret Clan ability because it's about something anyone could do with Ninjutsu and/or Kenjutsu.
