Insomnia in Ame [Satsu & Kazu - pm if there's a need to join.]

Ms. Nichiyōbi

At 4 am in Amegakure, most things were quiet. Human-wise at least. Hissing from stray-cats, barking of hungry dogs that are fighting over a scrap of meat. That was what Satsuriku's keen hearing could pick up as she sat in the open window, her golden eyes slowly dragging over the scenery of the village parts which were visible to her. Tilting her head a bit to the side, she listened as a drunken man was assaulted probably only 2 streets away from where she was. It was obvious how that was going to end. Pathetic. As usually when Satsuriku was alone, she couldn't sleep. So she usually did this, sitting in her big window, listening and experiencing the night of Amegakure through her senses. There was no tiredness pressing on her brain, there wasn't any feeling of sand in her eyes from lack of sleeping. She rather felt like she had just woken up not an hour ago, and was ready for the outside world. Like a cat waking up from it's lazy slumber, discovering that it's time of day had come. She was in a hunting mood. Her nocturnal behavior had long become something she was used to, even if she had preferred to be able to sleep while it was dark outside. Having to train, fight, try to beat sense into your very slow students.. it was all a major pain in the ass when one hadn't slept for two days or more. If it was possible, it made Satsuriku even more twitchy than usually. Where is he..

By he, she of course meant Michio. The Leader of Amegakure. Her Leader. Her playmate in bed, someone she sparred with. Probably the only person she respected and didn't try awfully lot to kill. But it was not that she missed him really, unless that feeling of annoyance and need for kicking his ass was considered missing him. But she needed him to help her sleep. See, usually after sex with him she was able to sleep like a baby for at least 5 hours without having any dreams or sleep of paralyses annoy the crap out of her and make her unable to sleep more. Although she was against the whole idea of cuddling, Satsuriku usually found herself waking up in the strong arms of her partner in bed and crime... and usually he got a whacking of a pillow for that. It would never occur to Satsuriku that she actually sought out his company as she slept. But when he randomly disappeared like this on some mission or whatever it was he was doing, she just couldn't sleep. She needed that 'activity' to release stress and to make her tired. And perhaps the company helped some also... Truly she had considered searching for another partner in bed while Michio was gone, but it had never happened. After all, she was very picky... and if you had someone like Michio in the first place, the standards got preeeetty high.

Ever since the fall of Konoha, Satsuriku had felt like her whole life up until now had become a little blurred.. and her focus on everyday matters just seemed to leave her more easily than ever. She had lost a bit of a purpose and thus she had barely been able to focus on the training of the two Konoha kids which had been 'kidnapped'. "Well, seeing as I am awake now .. I could just as easily teach something." The students were grunts, nobodies.. and surely didn't deserve more sleep than her. The one who had an apartment closer to Satsuriku's would be the victim for now.. although she couldn't remember which one of the boys that was. Not that it mattered. She just needed to release some pent up anger and irritation. Anyone would do for that, but she was actually having a 'purpose' behind her torture of the two Genin. Which was kinda amusing in a way.

The green haired woman swung her long legs inside of the room, sliding off of the window shelf before landing softly on the floor beneath. Her apartment wasn't entirely too flashy, having a bedroom, small kitchen and a bathroom. And a small space which could be called a living room. The colors were mostly dark, the walls steel grey while the furnitures were mostly black. A green and soft rug covered the floor of the bedroom, which she was standing in now. Her bed was however big and expensive looking, of a king size and with an iron headboard that had handled a lot of struggling up until then. No further details needed on that. Her long legs carried her across the room and to the chair where her clothes had been flung casually just 4 hours ago as Satsuriku had intended to go to sleep. A very optimistic way of thinking. After putting the clothes on, she made a short visit to the bathroom, splashing cold water in her face to get some color in it, before glancing into the mirror. Her golden eyes stared blankly back at herself, the dark circle under them pretty visible.

Today would be her third day of no sleep at all, and if Michio wouldn't return soon, there would be no knowing what might happen. He was sort of her 'brakes'. If she had an impulsive need to kill someone, he was the one that stopped her. He managed to make her snap out from her derranged thoughts. And yet, even after a year had passed since their fateful first meeting. They still knew nothing of each other. The only things they shared was fighting and sex.

"Bah." In a way, she resented herself for that. For having someone 'control' her. With a flicker of her long hair, she turned and walked in fast steps away from the bathroom and to the window where she had been sitting earlier. In an effortless move, she had jumped out of it, and landed safely on the ground 3 stories below. Through the shadows she moved without a sound, startling a couple of homeless cats as she seemed to have appeared out of nowhere amongst them. Satsuriku's upper lip curled the slightest as she mimicked their hissing sounds before laughing quietly to herself and disappearing again into the shadows. It took her less than 5 minutes to arrive at the small apartment in question, and of course as always, she didn't exactly knock on the door. Like an alley cat herself, she climbed up the wall and found quickly a half opened window which she slipped through.

Her tall and slender form was poised in the doorway, as the woman parted her lips and started talking in a rather loud voice. "Get up sunshine! We have training to do, and it's not wise to make me wait. You might end up getting dragged out as you are clothed, or not clothed." Upon waiting for the boy to awaken, or react if he had already been awake, Satsuriku lazily scanned his bedroom. A small wrinkling of her small nose showing a hint of distaste. She was usually like that when in the personal spaces of other people... after all, only God knew what he had done in that room.

Beating Hearts Don't Belong

9:34 Pm, Kazu wipes the sweat off of his forehead and walks into the small bathroom. He just finished his nightly work out routine. He always did around 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 25 sets of lifting weights, 60 pounds worth. He brushed his teeth for about 2 minutes, took at 5 minute shower, used the toilet one last time, then hopped in his bed with one fan going. He stared at the ceiling and sighed. "I guess I gotta wait for McFancy to get back, or else miss hotty won't go to sleep. And when she doesn't sleep... somebody gets hurt. And he's not here to hold her back.." he said as he closed his eyes and slowly fell to sleep. He didn't really have official nicknames for them just yet, he was still trying to figure out what kind of names he could use, without being killed of course.

Dreams Aren't Peaceful Unless Somebody Dies

The land was covered with sand and pillars of earth. The moon brimming the sky with its light. Clouds black as the darkness didn't venture close to the moon. The pillars created shadows that seemed to reach out for miles. The bones of the fallen littered the sand. Showing that the area was a battle zone, or even a killing ground for a sick individual or group. Kazu stood on a large sand dune. He overlooked the area around him, seeing the pillars stretching for miles. He looked around, seeing the bones sticking out of the ground, with the wind blowing the sand from different directions.

Kazu stood there, emotionless as he gazed upon a child's skull at his feet. His cold expression at the skull of a child, meant he was losing the last of his kindness. Kazu looked away from the skull and was about to walk away, when Kazu could feel a grip around his ankle. It was the child's boney hand, gripping onto him. Kazu had a shocked expression on his face as he looked at the child sinking into the sand. "Join us!" screamed the child, as it's face became engulfed by sand. Kazu kicked his foot free and ran down the dune. As he looked forward, more skeletons arose from the sands.

He looked on in horror as skeletons that hadn't lost all of their flesh yet moved and stumbled forward, towards him. Kazu turned around, in the direction he came from to see the child skeleton with a few others standing at the top. "Drag him under! Let him see what he'll become!" screamed the skeletal child. Kazu turned to see that the skeletons were close, and starting to lunge at him. He quickly responded with kicking them aside. Kazu looked to his side and saw more of them coming at him, as he looked to the other, even more. He became surrounded by things he couldn't explain.

He tried to fight them off, keeping them at a distance. But the more he took down, the more popped up. It's like they multiplied each time he defeated one. He was slowly getting tired as he continued through the waves of skeletons. Then some came from below, grabbing his ankle. It slowly began to pull him under. He squirmed until the skeletal hoard overwhelm him and pinned him to the ground, making him slowly sink down. The sand filled his mouth and lungs as he looked on in horror of the carnage that had appeared before him. He couldn't even scream in horror at what he saw.

He was slowly falling unconscious because of the sand blocking his breathing. Then he felt that he was being flung through the air. The sand flew out of his mouth as his blurred vision saw the child skeleton slink back into the sand above. Kazu hit the ground hard, even if it was shallow water. He rolled over and coughed up as much as as he could. He looked around, but because he had sand in his eyes, he could barely see a thing. He heard voices talking in the background. He couldn't make out much of what they were saying, it was hard to tell with the sand.

"Hello!?" He screamed out with his voice groggy and full of sand. He stood up and looked around, still trying to see through the sand. He took a step forward and stumbled down to his knees. He had no energy left. It was like the sand completely drained him. His body sore, his mind became fragile. It was like his entire being was broken in an instant. How fragile he seemed to be. He looked up to see a figure walking towards him. "Help me... please.." he said, with a tear falling down his cheek. He looked down to see that he was crying blood. And that he was bleeding everywhere. Something was happening to him. He looked at the figure before him, and was hit with something hard.

He awoke with his eyes wide open. He heard somebody in his home, and as he slowly turned his head, he saw the slim figure standing there. The golden eyes almost seem to glow, the green hair seemed to be shiny in the light. He turned his head from the figure and looked at the clock. "4:25 Am? Don't you ever sleep without that man?" he said in a groggy voice, sitting up on his bed. He was wearing just shorts that went down to his knees. His home wasn't really in a condition for others to see.

He had a small Queen sized bed in a corner, next to a small night stand with a clock and lamp on it. Next to that was his closet, almost empty except for a few clothes hanging. He had a dresser, that had a bit of clothes in it as well. In another room, was a small TV, a telephone and quite a few training equipment. A weight bench, a few dumbbells, a treadmill, a mat, a bunching bag and a metal bar in a door-frame, to hang upside down while doing sit ups. And a small kitchen, barely had a thing in it. Just a fridge, a microwave, a stove/oven and a sink. Food wise? Barely anything. In his bathroom, it had the essentials, but thats about it.

"Gimme a few will ya Greeny?" he said, getting out of bed and grabbing a white tee-shirt and black pair of pants. He walked into the bathroom and put on the clothes. He looked at the mirror to make sure that he was actually awake, and not still dreaming. He shook his head and walked out, wearing his white tee-shirt and black pants, with his black socks. He walked over to the front door and grabbed his gloves, jacket and shoes and put them all on. "So, why are we training at 4 in the goddamn morning?" he said with a yawn, sitting on his bed.

Ms. Nichiyōbi

There there little kitten. A dark voice echoed in her mind while she watched her student. She could almost smell the distress in the air, as she saw the boy awaken so abruptly. A faint smell of sweat from the tossing and turning, along with the very ruffled hair and distressed along with confused look only confirmed her suspicion. Someone is having a bad night. Good to know she wasn't the only one that had those wonderfully fun experiences. She waited as Kazu gained a bit of sense on what was going on, a calm and yet a little bit.. twitchy expression on her tired features while she felt a little amused at seeing his little fumbling around as he was trying to gather what time it was and what was going on. ~~"4:25 Am? Don't you ever sleep without that man?"~~ "Tch." A small sound of warning came from her, clearly indicating that anymore of comments in that direction might earn some serious ass kicking. It was known around the place that she was very jumpy and quickly annoyed if people started commenting on whatever it was that was between her and Michio. Clearly mostly because her pride was too big to accept the fact that she was getting dependent on someone. Her gaze was piercing as her already little amount of patience was being tested. How long did it take someone to wake up anyways? If she had been an assassin or someone performing a surprise attack, she could be now drinking his blood out from his skull after having danced on his corpse. Slow.. slow slow... Her index finger tapped against her forehead. She had to teach him how to react better.

As the boy got out of the bed, Satsuriku's golden orbs looked him over in curiosity. He wasn't really all too shabby, even if he had -no- talent at all. Well that was a lie, since he had shown a lot of growth lately. But it wasn't in Satsuriku's nature to really like those that were of a lower rank. Casually as he had gone to the bathroom, the green haired woman walked over towards his bed and sat down on it, crossing her long legs while leaning backwards against the pillow so that her upper body was now resting comfortably on the bed as she still had her legs somewhat touching the floor. The warmth of Kazu's body was still lingering there, and turning her head a bit, she could also feel the faint smell of him. Not the same as Michio's.. no. A slight sigh escaped her before she busied herself with grabbing the clock and messing around with the timer as she waited for the boy to return from the bathroom.

"Bad dreams?" Her low toned voice was as sweet as ever, but he would probably know better than that by now. Those who lived long enough to actually say they had trained or work a little with Satsuriku knew quickly that her sweet words and comfortable voice was not something to be trusted. The woman was as unpredictable as nature itself, her state of mind that of a fragile glass which seemed to be ready to break at any given second. But man, was it probably tempting from time to time to actually pretend that the beauty did care. The clock got put back on the nightstand, and the lamp got a light flicker of her fingers a few times while Satsuriku hummed a light tune. Suddenly she did feel a bit like napping, but it wasn't an overwhelming feeling. Slowly her eyes closed and she drew in a deep breath while stretching a bit like a lazy cat.

~~"So, why are we training at 4 in the goddamn morning?"~~ A chuckle escaped the woman as she opened her eyes, a small fire burning deep within the golden color, making the paleness of her skin and the dark circles even more obvious to notice. "Clearly because I feel like letting others experience my lack of sleep. And besides, aren't you always complaining about not getting enough training done? Should I perhaps allow you to sleep a little longer like the baby you are?" She grinned a wolfish grin, exposing a few sharp and pearly white teeth, before she sat up and looked to the side at the brown haired student of hers. "Hey, have you ever had sex?" Either Kazu would now start to fear that rape was about to happen, or his male hormones would kick in and he'd think he would get laid. "It helps with sleep... Training would also, but it's not like I have to get serious against you." As always, she had to keep pushing onto the weak spots of the fact that he was still just a Genin. A trick that worked very well in getting the boy to train harder than ever. Oh how easy it was sometimes to manipulate people.

For a moment, she looked with a thoughtful expression on her beautiful face at Kazu before a small twitch at the corners of her mouth started to give her face a bit of a comical expression. And with that, she burst out laughing. It was a cheerful laughter which made her lean back against the pillow as she wiped at a few tears in the corners of her eyes, still chuckling a bit to herself. "Ah whom am I kidding. I could never sleep with someone that's not even my rank. Let alone, just a kid." In a single swift movement she had stood up, her hands on her slender hips as she looked around the room before making a gesture towards the door. "Let's go. There's no reason to keep lingering here in this smelly apartment." She started walking ahead of him, pondering to herself at what she should let him study. Without really noticing herself, she had made a small turn and was at the window again, already halfway out of it before she blinked and stopped. Do I have some issues against doors?

"Eh whatever, this way is just as easy. Come on slowpoke!" She let herself drop out of the window, landing on her feet without a sound on the ground, as she started to walk in light steps towards the training field. As always when she was training her students, she didn't wear her green coat, as there really was no point to that. She also liked being able to move around without feeling the restraints of the coat against her skin.

"I think I have some very good ideas for training tonight." Her voice was eager as she rubbed her hands together with a devilish smile on her face. All that was really missing was horns sprouting from her head and a tail sneaking down from under her dress. Should I let him do push ups over fire with weights on his back... or let him balance on swords.. "No.. no.. that's not original enough." She argued quietly with herself, her gaze flickering around over the surroundings as a slight headache started to press against her frontal lobe. Her mood was starting to get in sync with the lack of rest, and her ideas of training always got very adventurous when she was in that state of mind.

We all walk our own roads. Walking on the same road, will just make us all copies of one another.

"Bad dreams?" he heard from his bedroom. It came to a shock that she would even pry into his home life. Normally that was a boundary thing. "B-bad dreams?" He said in a shaky voice, "I don't have those." he said in a nervous manner. A sign of weakness wasn't allowed. Such things would only lead to misfortune, especially with Satsuriku-sempai. Her insanity would probably rank with her beauty, extremely high. It was one thing he learned the hard way about his sempai, she was ruthless and would smack him each time he did something stupid, which was constant. "No need to treat me like a child all the time sempai." he said, looking at the mirror that showed himself. Since the fall of Konoha, he always wondered what happened to his mother. Did she make it somewheres same maybe? Or did she die? He was a little saddened by thinking this. The only adults left in his life now were the two psychopaths who plan on.. well, he didn't really know what they planned on doing.

He quickly came back to reality when she spoke next, "H-have I ever had s-sex?!" he said, almost falling down while putting his pants on. His mind was now rushing through different situations that might come about. Either, she's asking him to have sex with her, or she's just messing with him, again. He gulped and looked at the door. "No." he said in a solemn voice, he wasn't really sad about it, but he was a little ashamed. Most shinobi would have had sex before the age of 18, but he hasn't yet. And she's probably just bating him on anyway. She went on how it helped with sleep, and so did training. But she only went easy on him, which put a fire inside him. He sneered because one day, he knew he'd be on par with her and McFancy Pants. Hell, with their combined training, he might even surpass them both.

But he won't push his luck, he'll probably be 40 before he even reaches their skill level, and he has to live that long. First, he has to live past this hell-ish training. He doesn't mind it, because he loves training. It was a bit quiet before she spoke again, saying who was she kidding. Kazu felt a little disappointed though. It was like, he was being looked down upon just because of his rank? But he wouldn't accept it even if she offered it. He wouldn't want to tread on the wrath of his other teacher. He'd rather keep his balls. She said it was time to go and he just nodded. But before he could say anything, she was out the window. Which, is odd. "She comes in through the window, and leaves through the window... what a gal." he said, following suit. But instead of just simply jumping down 4 stories, he jumped from window ledge to window ledge, showing that he can hang off of them and catch onto something within a few seconds with quick reflexes.

When he made it to the ground, she was already making a walk towards the training ground. Kazu quickly followed. He sighed as he was a few paces behind her. He watched her slender figure sway in the beams of light from the moon. He put his hands in his pocket and sighed. What was he thinking? Was he trying to get himself killed? Kazu knew that even if he tried to put on a move on her, he'd get killed by either her or mcfancy pants. But he just couldn't help it. Even during training he kept staring at her figure, without her knowledge, well, he hopes. Kazu has fantasied about it before, but he would never tell anyone. Not even Noel, the rat. There's a rat that lives in his apartment, and he named it Noel. He gives him cheese and he tells him secrets. But not the one about his fantasies for his teacher Satsuriku.

Kazu gazed upon her curvy figure as she swayed through the alleyway. "Hey, Greeny, why'd ya even take me on as an apprentice?" he asked, quickly moving his eyes up from her ass to her head. He didn't want her to know he was looking. Last time that happened, he got kicked in the groin pretty hard. "I mean, you don't seem the type to take on students, you more seem the type to kill them actually.." he said with a slight nervous chuckle. Meaning if he didn't watch his step, he might end up as one of those shinobi in an unmarked grave. It wasn't exactly how he wants to go, he wants to be known. Either it be fame, or infamy, he wants his name out there. "A name of love, or a name of fear." he muttered to himself as he walked behind Satsuriku. He wasn't sure why he even called her Greeny, was it because she's always wearing the colour green? Perhaps, or was it that he never saw her get envious over anyone?

He was curious to know if she had this emotion. He wanted to know if she was the jealous kind of girlfriend. Thats what he classified McFancy Pants and Satsuriku. Boyfriend and Girlfriend. Or.. friends with benefits. He thought about making up a story of seeing McFancy Pants having sex with another girl, but his curiosity died quite quickly. She seemed like she would rip off his head, shove it up his ass then chop up his body and feed it to the stray cats. With that image in his head, he shuddered to think that might actually happen if he asked.

Ms. Nichiyōbi

A small snorting laughter played in the back of her mind still as she had come to the ground after the drop from the window. It had been a bit priceless to see that hopeful and yet shocked puppy look that had crossed Kazu's face. He had obviously been thinking something that was not good for his health. Satsuriku sometimes missed those reactions from the man she was sharing her bed with. It was a bit frustrating from time to time when you were a lot around someone that seemed to always be as cool as a cat and have the answers to everything. Honestly made her almost wanna smack the shit out of him.

"Good question.." It wasn't like Kazu to try and keep up a small talk, but it didn't bother Satsuriku that he did so. It was more fun than to walk in silence. Or having her butt stared at in silence. Really.. did he honestly think she didn't know? If he stared any harder she swore she would be having a small burnt spot where his gaze had fallen. "Just for your information also, then I always know where you are looking. Especially when you are looking somewhere you should -not- be looking. Horn-dog." Her voice was casual, but with a small death threat behind it. Perhaps I should take him to a whore house? Get this whole puberty thing out of his system. It might benefit us both. Also help out with his training. That guy was just way too easy to read, and no matter how many times he got beat up for it.. he just kept looking! At least he was smart enough not to try and touch.. for now at least. "Why I took you as an apprentice? Hmh.. actually surprised me that you hadn't asked me that question like a couple of weeks back. But kinda only shows how slow you really are." Her teasing words were sure to bring some of the boy's temper to the surface, and for a few amusing seconds Satsuriku allowed a silence to stretch between them.

Her walking suddenly halted and Satsuriku turned on her heel, being almost face to face with Kazu as a grin stretched over her face. Her golden eyes glowed a bit in the dark as they stared into the boy's eyes, reading him, wondering if he was someone that was truly strong enough for all the loooong training sessions which were in the future. "I took you on because you are an outcast. A nobody. I could have spotted it anywhere that you were that type who would have preferred to go his own road in life. Betraying his village and team." Her slender index finger poked Kazu in the chest as she finished the last word, before she quickly flicked him on the nose. "I could also however sense that you would be someone who could turn out to be interesting. You have that potential that most don't have, the potential to turn off your emotions for others. And that is exactly what I need. You see, I am going to hunt down each and every Konoha ninja which is out there." Turning again on her heel, the tall woman stretched her lithe body as she inhaled deeply the fresh air of the night.

A big moth fluttered nervously through the darkness, helplessly struggling to find a light to stay at. "Yes. Every one of them. I will find them. They are going to be as helpless moths, fluttering around and trying to find some ground now that their precious little village is gone." With a movement so fast, it didn't really seem she had moved at all, Satsuriku was holding the moth between her fingers. "And I will squash them. Slowly. Like the useless little bugs that they are." A small, sickening popping sound echoed towards Kazu as the moth was crushed mercilessly before it got flickered to the ground. Smiling a bit to herself, Satsuriku just then realized she had yet to truly answer her student. Going back to walking, she waved her hand in the air, now finally giving the answer he was probably wanting...or at least waiting for. "But, for that to happen I need .. sadly, help. I need spies. And I need also more people to help me drive the Konoha ninjas out. It's a task pretty impossible to do alone. And I don't want just any kind of people to help out, oh no. They need to be handpicked. Just like you, and that buddy of yours who came here with you."

Was he going to get all emotional now? Going to cry and beg for the life of the ninjas who used to share a village with him? Truly Satsuriku wasn't sure, but she could sort of guess that he wouldn't. That boy seemed to be a little backstabber, and also someone who knew what he needed in order to survive and become stronger. "So, I give you the power you desire. I shall give you anything you want in order to become stronger. And in return, you become my little minion. Win win situation pretty much, yes?" She cast a casual smile across her shoulder, before letting out a small and joyful sigh as they came to a halt finally at the training field. It always felt so good to talk about other people's deaths and misfortune that she usually just lost track of time. Stretching lazily, Satsuriku motioned for Kazu to step in front of her, before she once again spoke to him.

"Now, if you have any weapons on you I'd like you to put them on the ground at your left side. And if you don't have any weapons, then good good. Take also off anything that could slow you down, but please do not take off all your clothes." She grimaced a little, indicating that she would very much believe he would do something like that. "And then I will tell you what we will be doing." The missing nin from Kirigakure had a pretty interesting plan in her mind for the night's training, and she was sure that Kazu would sleep for a good long time afterwards. If he ever got to stop that was... if she was bored and couldn't sleep, he got sooo lucky to share that with her. After all, wasn't that the bonds of a loving teacher and a student?

A static jolt ran up his spine as he heard her say she knew he was staring. He turned his head and blushed a bit and let out a small chuckle. He knew the subtle death threat was there, but he didn't really care much for that. He knew the drill. He gets caught, she punishes him, he continues with what he was doing. It's been like that for almost the whole year. Only time he isn't, is when she isn't around. McFancy Pants isn't the same to be around with. He's more strict, and somehow twisted, in a calm way. While Greeny is just twisted. In Kazu's mind it was a hard to give names to the relationships he had with the people he sees a bit. With Greeny, it was more like a big sister/little brother along with a teacher/student thing for Kazu. But how that worked, he had no idea. Was it because they are most likely cut from the same cloth? Enjoying the devastation and blood letting. It was weird on its own.

A small twitch came to his eye when she said it only proved how slow he is. I'm not slow! he screamed in his head. He hated being called slow, he hated being slower then others as well. He wanted to be faster, he wanted to be stronger. If he had to give up on other attributes then he would. But he wants his speed to be above and beyond others. Especially if he's going to help the group. But if somebody stronger shows up, and appears like they can train him, he'll join up with them. He isn't afraid of doing that. He just wants the power to destroy and survive. Then Satsuriku stopped and turned around, face to face with Kazu. "Huh?" he muttered, looking at her. Her eyes seemed to have a distinctive glow in the darkness, like a cat's eyes that follow you in the shadows.

He felt her index finger prod him in the chest. He looked down at it and continued to listen to her words. They didn't really make much sense to him. Most likely because she bared a hatred for Konoha. "Hunt down the Konoha survivors?" he said, slightly dumbfounded. A bit inside him was scared. Not for himself, but for his mother. He wasn't sure if she was alive or not. He didn't wish to kill his own mother if she's alive. But maybe he can find a loophole in the game. His mother was only a Suna kunoichi, not a Konoha kunoichi, so she won't fall under the guidelines of hunting down all Konoha survivors. He felt a flick on his nose from her index finger. He hated it when she teased him, but what can he do about it.

She went on about how she's going to destroy them all. And that she'd need help by those she's handpicked, like himself. His head fell forward and his hair covered his eyes. A twisted grin crept up on his face. He started to like this game now. He shook his head and followed, but he still had that grin on his face. He was thinking of the ways he can 'play' with the leaf freaks. "This game will be fun." he said the moment she cast her casual smile at him. Kazu tilted his head to the side as he saw the training ground just in front of them. It's been worn out since Kazu first showed up.

Satsuriku motioned him to move in front of her. He stood just a few feet away from her. She asked him to put any weapons onto the side so he'll be faster. Kazu threw one kunai to the side. That's all he had with him, that's all he needed at the moment. He took his jacket off and threw it to the side. He wouldn't need it when he's doing training, well, he thinks. "So, what will we be training?" he asked putting his hands behind his head.

Eiji sat up on his bed with nothing on but his bed shorts. He put his hands on his face and let out a big sigh. He was not upset about his current situation he was more confused about why he was just sitting around. Sure he still did his everyday training task such as sword techniques and basic stabbing gestures but he wanted more and he started to wonder if he could find that here. It wasn't like he had much of a choice. It had been a little over a year since he went missing from Konoha so there was no telling if the village saw him as a threat or just someone who was lost and has yet to return. His family on the other hand simply chalked it up to being a shinobi. Still if Eiji was going to gain the power to save the world he was going to need the help of the people of his new home. Mainly the two people who brought him and Kazu here in the first place. Satsuriku and the really fast tall creepy guy who actually did very little talking. Normally this would go against his code of being a shinobi but after seeing that Konoha shinobi could abandon their own kind in the middle of missing nin territory only proved Eiji wrong about what a shinobi is. As time went on Eiji's perception of what is right and what's wrong was starting to gradually change. He knew only one thing and that was he had to obtain power. He had to get stronger so that he could save the world even if it needed saving from itself. Eiji felt like he was the last hope for a dying world but he would always ask himself is the world really worth saving? Or should he just let it all go to hell.

After sitting on his bed for a few more minutes the swordsmen got up and walked over to his window. Eiji put his hand on the window and looked out of it. His blue eyes looked upon his new surroundings. He didn't know the town that well and he only knew a few people. Two of them probably wanted him dead and the other could care less if he was dead or not. Still Eiji wasn't to concerned with that. He only wanted to train and become stronger than he was yesterday, That was his primary goal. To train and become stronger everyday. Nothing else would distract him. Women, money, fame nothing! Eiji left the window and went to the bathroom. Slowly he put both of his hands on the knobs and turned them on. He turned the hot water a little further than the cold water. Then he put his hands on the sink and lifted his head to look into the mirror. "I gotta do some training today. I need something different though. I need one of those skilled shinobi to teach me a new technique. Then again neither one of them had a weapon that I could see so maybe they don't know about Kinjutsu. If not then this could be a huge waste of time for me." Eiji put his head back down and splashed some water on his face. Once he was finished he turned the water off and made his way to the shower. Eiji grabbed a towel and placed it around his waist as he sat outside of the shower letting it get a little hot before getting in. Eiji liked the water to be a little hotter than warm but not too warm. Once it was hot enough Eiji took the towel off and got in.

No matter what was going on Eiji always took thirty five minute showers. That way he could be sure he was clean before going out into the world with the rest of the filth and low lifes who only stood in his way. Once he was finished Eiji dried himself off and started brushing his hair. He changed the look of his hair from time to time depending on the situation but Eiji would wear it down with a couple of bangs in his face. After that he made his way to his closet and opened it. Going through what little clothes he had Eiji found an outfit to wear. He was going with one of his favorite shirts. The shirt itself was black with dark blue stripes on the arm sleeves and a picture of a lady with long red hair and a small bikini. She had two swords and she was fighting a two headed red tiger. On the back in big bold letters it read "Two heads are better than one, but two swords beg to differ." boxers were dark blue, his pants were black with a dark blue stripe on the left leg. His shoes matched his pants in color and pattern. Finally he put on his red jacket. He looked in the mirror before he left. When he got to the door he grabbed his sword Payne and Fear. Eiji looked at both of them and put them on his back as he made his way out of the front door. The only thing on his mind was finding the girl Satsuriku so she could train him. He couldn't find the other guy even if he wanted to. That guy was too fast and Eiji would probably only slow him down. So by default he had to search for the girl. She had to know something but he couldn't just demand it from her either.

By this time it had to be four twenty-five in the morning. Eiji wasn't even expecting to find anyone up this early but he had to at least try to find Satsuriku. Maybe Kazu would be up as well. He searched through the town and found only a few people wandering around. As he passed by one house he heard people talking. One of them sounded like Satsuriku. Eiji looked around trying see where the voices came from. He looked up about four stories and saw two people in what appeared to be the bedroom. Eiji stayed out of sight. Once he listened closer he could make out both voices. The voices belonged to Kazu and Satsuriku. He didn't know what was going on or even how to address it. So he stayed hidden and quiet. A few minutes later Satsuriku and Kazu left. Eiji had a shocked look on his face. "What went on in there before I got here? Why was she in his room? Doesn't matter that's not my concern. All I care about is training. I bet that's where they are going. So those two were going to train and just leave me behind? Just put me out the picture." Eiji didn't let it get to him because he didn't care about either one of their personal lives. He just wanted power and that's it. What Kazu and Satsuriku did was their own business. Eiji followed them until they stopped. They were going to the training grounds. Eiji hadn't been to the training grounds in this village before. Usually he trains at home away from people.

Once they arrived at the training ground Eiji continued to hide. He had to pick his moment and it seemed like Kazu and Satsu were having a very intresting conversation. It appears that she wants Kazu and Eiji help to kill a surviving Konoha shinobi. "Survivors?" Eiji thought to himself. he had been gone for quite sometime so he was unaware of Konoha being destroyed or even survivors. He could only hope that his family made it out alive and well. If she was after Konoha survivors then Eiji's family should be ok. They are from Kumo so maybe that's enough to keep them off of Satsu's list. Still if anyone else survived Eiji would have no problem killing them. Not to long after that She asked Kazu to put his weapons down so they could train. Once he finished he asked what was it that they were going to do today. Eiji stepped out from hiding even though he knew that Satsuriku probably knew he was there the whole time. "Yes what is it that WE are going to do today? Train in Kenjutsu?" Eiji looked at Kazu then at Satsuriku. "So what's the plan? What are going to do here?" Eiji was eager to train and learn something completely different than what he was use to. He wanted the evil psycho woman to teach him some useful techniques. Maybe even a few he can improve on himself. Still it wasn't going to happen over night so he was prepared to endure her training. The question now is will it be worth it when it's all said and done?

Ms. Nichiyōbi

She had watched Kazu closely as she had talked, wondering if he would show any shocked expression or even regret as she would mention how the Konoha survivors would be hunted down. But she nodded the slightest bit as the young boy seemed to do as she had expected, not showing a weakness but rather feel a bit joyous of the challenges to come. "You'll see soon enough what we will be doing.. but..." But, she wondered, when the other boy would come out into the light so she could get things started. Since yes indeed she had been aware of someone watching them, at least from since she was in Kazu's apartment. And there was probably only one person at this time of the night that would be literally stalking them. Her other cute little student, who might have felt a little bit left out. "So glad you finally decided to join us." Satsuriku didn't even turn her head as she heard the approaching footsteps and the familiar voice. "I'm glad I didn't have to go charging through the village while attempting to find your apartment." With a wave of her hand, she gestured towards Eiji to come closer before she spoke out again.

"First of all, I'm gonna make a rule right now. And that rule might be something that will make you guys totally cheerful and whatever, but if I hear any squealing then I am out of here." She smirked before tossing her long hair a bit back while placing her hands on her slender, yet curvy hips. "As of today... or well, tonight, if either one of you manages to touch me I will teach a free technique or answer any question you ask. I'll teach you whatever you want, and no torturing doing the training, and I'll do my best to answer whatever questions you want to throw at me. There is one thing though, I cannot answer anything about the group itself nor our Leader so don't ask me anything in that department. If there are secrets to techniques you seek, secrets to the ninja history, heck even secrets to your villages.. then ask ahead. But, that is of course only if you manage to touch me." Her arms got crossed in front of her generous chest, as a slight shuffle of the night wind let her dress flutter a bit. "You will basically get anything you ask for. If you want a new weapon. New apartment, anything." How long would it take for them? A year? More? This will get rather amusing.

"So attack me anytime of the day, sneak at me, try to work together, do whatever it takes. If even a single fingertip touches me, I will submit to your whatever silly requests. Anything you wish. Remember that." Raising a single eyebrow, she looked at both the boys before chuckling. "And no before you ask, I will not hurt you or attack you back nor hold a grudge. But it might be better for us all if you try to skip sneaking up on me while I shower or something like that. I can't promise I wouldn't shove a shampoo bottle down your throat by pure instincts and defensive measures."

After they were done training here, she had had in mind to take them on a mission. But first she had wanted to see how much they had improved, as death was most never merciful. And she couldn't always babysit them. "If there is nothing you want to ask, then let us begin shall we? And remember that I don't care if you fight dirty or whatever, when you are becoming one of the Dark Side, you have to remember that things are a bit more complicated than when you are doing that whole 'honor and whatever' stuff for the gooood guys." She seemed amused by her own words, almost as if calling it the 'Dark Side' was a small joke. Which it kinda was. What was dark and what was light in the ninja world? Weren't everybody just fighting for whatever they believed in or wanted to achieve? Who were exactly those that tried to say what was good and what was bad?

Suddenly her hands were moving, forming hand seals at an impressive speed, before two replicas of Satsuriku appeared on either side of her. Each one of the identical beauties wore a mysterious and slightly dangerous smile on their lips while they viewed the two boys. "Oh that rule before doesn't apply for my clones, obviously. It's -me- you have to touch." Surely enough it seemed pretty obvious for Satsuriku, but then again, she knew that people tended to be a bit slow. And her students hadn't really had a thing with impressing her thus far with their intelligence. "My reason for using clones is simply because I don't feel like using much effort, and frankly I don't think you guys deserve standing against -me-. Arrogant as it may seem to you guys.. well fine it might be mostly arrogance." She grinned and stepped a bit back, casually looking for a nice place to sit down. "Kazu, you will be using taijutsu against the clone in front of you. Eiji, you will be going against my other clone with your swords. I shouldn't have to tell you both not to hold back, but give me some new moves and go as far as you can. If I feel like you aren't doing well enough, you will be punished."

"Shall we?" The slightly husky voice of the clone in front of Eiji, was tinted with amusement as the girl's arms started to ripple a bit before she moved her hands up to each upper arm as pearly white bones prodded out from her smooth skin before her hands grabbed at both bones and drew them out of her arms. It seemed as if she was now holding two swords, made out of bones, as she took a stance and waited for Eiji to make a move. As this rather interesting scene had happened, as Satsuriku was pretty sure neither of the boys had seen her clan's abilities before, the other clone started to move a bit away from Eiji and the bone-sword holding clone. Waving for Kazu to follow so that they would not get caught up in the others spar. "Let's start."
