| Name: Haidenissui Founder: - Location: Kumogakure, Kirigakure, Konohagakure History: The Haidenissui clan was created by the Kumogakure shinobi and the Kirigakure shinobi. Together, they formed what was called "Haidenissui" which stood for "The distribution of electricity through a current of water". The name was basically a dictription of that the clan's powers could do. In the early 800's, Kumogakure and Kirigakure shinobi had tag teamed in countless fights, as they both studied each others elements. The Kumo began to use water combined into their electric attacks, as well as the Kiri, using electricity. They named this element the "HydroElectric" element. Through time, there became different ways to achieve this element. Through surgery, curse seals, and demons, many people outside the Haidenissui clan were using this element. Special Info: Natural affinities would be to combine both Suiton and Raiton in techniques/jutsu. Alekzaunder, on the other hand, had problems with using this technique as a child. His mother had him go through a surgical procedure to help him. This procedure caused him to have a hole in the middle of each of his palms, and in each finger-tip. With this, he has Raiton Manipulation. The free-use of electricity to flow out of his hands. Name of Jutsu: HydroElectricity - Bolting Flail

Element Affinity: Raiton + Suiton
Description: Bolting Flail is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning and Water element. Alekzaunder will first create water coming from either his gourd or from a nearby water source. Then he will hold the water in his hand and form it into a long whip with a spiked ball on the end, making it take form of a flail. After forming the flail, Alekz will emit lightning from the hand that holds the flail, creating a handsign using one hand. A current of lightning will stay inside the flail, but when reaching the spiked ball, lightning bolts will emit from the spikes and be grounded and also strike the target.

Description: Raiton • Kangekiha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning and Water Element. Alekzaunder will first create a large water projectile from the mouth. Element Affinity: Suiton
Description: False Rain Clouds is a ninjutsu utilizing the water element. Alekzaunder will make a series of handsigns, then pushing a certain amount of chakra out of his body and raise into the sky. Rain clouds will then form from the chakra and be able to rain, controlled by Alekzaunder himself. This jutsu is more than likely used for other jutsu.

Description: Lightning Rain is a ninjutsu utilizing both Raiton and Suiton element. After bringing in the False Rain Clouds, Alekzaunder will raise his hands and send a lightning bolt within the rain clouds, fusing his lightning with the water chakra within the clouds, creating lightning bolts that will rain down onto the target and the ground, exploding once hit.

Description: Suiton • Ja no Kuchi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element and Lightning Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Alekz will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw, and then add the lightning element to it through the soles of his feet. This serpent can twist and follow his target, stunning and knocking them unconscious if hit. After activation, he can create further serpents if needed.

Element Affinity: Lightning
Description: After forming the needed handseal, Alekzaunder will slide his fingers into the water below him and send a current through the water and the surface that will travel about 35 meters out in every direction from Alekzaunder's body. After pulling his fingers out of the water, the lightning will emit from his feet. When he walks, the lightning will pulse and follow him in his footsteps. If the enemy comes in touch with the lightning, they will be stunned and paralyzed. The only way to avoid this jutsu is to just not touch the water.

| History needs to be longer.
And based on your description, your KKG is something nearly every shinobi with those two elements and appropriate rank can achieve. In order to be a KKG it would have to take the usage of the two elements to a new level in a similar manner to Ranton [Storm] a cannon elemental combination of water and lightning.
