Death, a very interesting state of being which thus equals to the end of life. The trials of life and death are what creates and destroys everything while teaching and transforming all organisms. From the infant to the elderly and the decomposed matter in which the rot, everywhere you gaze you see these trials. No one can escape the cycle of life and death. Not even the immortal, believe it or not. Time passes, and the cold hand steals the souls of even the powerful beings of the world. For no one can escape life and death – the true rulers of the universe.
Birth - A sound cry resonated from the interal organs of the Kirigakure’s famous hospital. With Konoha’s mighty power crumbled and the rise of two new powers taking over, even the hospital fights to become number one. In the mind of the small infant, born at the exact time of the rising full moon and setting sun, this balance of power would not matter just yet but would one day become the light which fuels her being. To restore a balance between the two powers, between life and death, darkness and light, good and evil - everything she could manage. For now though she would simply cry out in helplessness as she searched for the woman she would one day call mother and the man, father. The unfamiliar room of the hospital was puzzling to the new born. All she could remember was spending time in a warm comfort, unsure of just what to call it, and never having to worry about a thing. However, now that the cold surfaces touched her bare skin, otherwise known as air, she felt as though she may be overcome. Warm hands occasionally held her and she felt a soft tissue, cloth as she would later call it, rub her to take away the remains of her warm comfort. She cried and fussed for as long as she could but all would cease into silence the moment she returned to a woman’s familiar grasp. She could hear this woman’s voice, and even a familiar man’s, as they spoke. She wasn’t sure how they were familiar, but they just were, and she loved them. Now that she was around them, all she wished to do was sleep.
Congratulations Mrs. and Mr. Kinzoku, your baby is a healthy and rather lively girl.”The doctor passed the infant over to her mother, the cries of the child dying out now before she settled into a very quiet sleep. This made the mother, Ayame, and father, Hotaka, smile with joy as they looked at their baby then passed gazes to one another. A silent conversation was going on between them. One only the two lovers would understand. A true sign of their devotion to one another and something many wished they possessed. It even made the male doctor smile, his hands placed firmly behind his back out of respect.
”Not to rush things but seeing as how beautiful this baby is I can’t help but wonder what you both desire to name her,” the doctor began, his attention then turning to the sleeping infant.
”A baby such as this should have a remarkable name on my opinion.”The couple glanced at each other once more, the wife smiling before the husband put on a thoughtful face before nodding to her. It was obvious the two had already decided or maybe it was obvious what her name should be. After the husband, Hotaka, muttered something beneath his breath the wife’s face lit up like a firework at any given festival and celebration. It was decided.
”Her name shall be…Misaki.””Misaki Kinzoku,” the mother smiled, confirming her husband’s idea.
The doctor nodded and retreated to his office to make the name, and birth, official.
Childhood – The following years for Misaki were wonderful and full of excitement. She was a fast learning child and due to this the basics of life became easy. She began to eat children/adult foods faster than most, began to walk at a very early age, and could form basic sentences. Her first words were Uncle Sato, which was a major surprise to everyone, even her uncle. Her uncle helped her father with work and spoke to her mother all the time so it wasn’t uncommon for him to be at the house every day. He did everything with the family except sleep there. Still, despite being around and playing with Misaki all the time he was still a busy man with her father. Everyone assumed she would learn how to say mama before anything. If only everyone understood what sort of bond would grow between the two and why the first two words were a sign of what was to come.
By the time Misaki was the age of 6 she had developed into a beautiful child and was on her way to becoming a full grown woman. She still had a lot of time left to grow but now was the time to start. Most children at this age had a choice to become what they desired to be in life and train for it. Her first choice was to become a normal citizen or a ninja. After a meeting between her uncle, father, and mother the path of the ninja was decided for their splendid daughter. It wasn’t a hard choice to make, seeing as how they all wanted her to become strong and the fact they all three were once ninja themselves, though retired to nurture their daughter. In the case of her uncle he had retired years ago to help the family in the first place and so he could enjoy life when he wasn’t.
Academy – The years in the academy were swift. At home, Misaki’s parents and uncle helped her with homework and the basics she needed to know to become a ninja. The academy soon became something which enhanced her abilities rather than the family enhancing based off the academy’s work. She learned faster than most due to having the three of their help and school. She could perform every jutsu with ease and did well on tests due to her decent memory. The only thing she had trouble with was her weapons. She kept missing the target, not by much but still missed. She wished she could just control the tools to their targets without needing the throw them. This soon brought out her bloodline that her parents and uncle wondered if she even possessed. Normally children showed signs of this ability at an early age but it appeared Misaki was one of the rare ones who showed hers at any given time; hers being in class at the academy.
At first she had trouble guiding the weapons to their targets but after practicing at home, alone, she learned how to control her unknown ability enough to make the center of the target every time. She didn’t know this was necessarily cheating though until her teacher caught her on it and told her parents. Her parents informed her that she needed to practice weaponry the correct way and told her she could only use her ability outside of class, unless she was in a spar which required her to use her full ability. Misaki was a little disappointed because of her inability to aim but after working every night with her uncle, whom was more skilled with weaponry than her parents, she learned how to make the bulls-eye without needing to cheat. Her teacher would keep a close eye on her every day at school and after witnessing her skills without her ability he happily sent home a letter to Misaki and her family, thanking them for their hard efforts. This earned Misaki a trip to the sushi shop, a place she loved to eat at while drinking tea. Most kids loved soft drinks but Misaki liked more of the finer things in life even at a younger age.
Genin – After graduating the academy at the age of 8, Misaki was now a Genin of the Hidden Mist. She was skilled with the basics of being a ninja whether it was jutsu, weapons, laws, training methods, chakra related tasks, etc. She had an excellent base to work with and was moving up in the world. It was now time to practice her bloodline; luckily she already started. Her family held a meeting as she went out to work on her jutsu. The discussion was whether to stay in Kiri or take Misaki to Kumo in order to practice her lightning element and to work on her blood line ability. The reason for traveling to Kumo was because this was where the lightning element was born and due to its ties with her bloodline, she needed to learn lightning first to truly control her inherited ability. The argument that won such a debate was that they wished for Misaki to see the world and become familiar with all customs of the hidden villages. So it was decided that Misaki would travel with her Uncle until she learned all she could as a Genin. She would return for her Chunin test, then most likely leave until she was a capable Jounin. This was the basic plan but only time would unveil her destined fate as a ninja.
When the packing was complete and all goodbyes were said, Misaki and her Uncle head out into the mysterious world on foot. Her Uncle would teach her a new element, about her bloodline, jutsu, basic information on the different fighting styles, about the village of Kumo and its people, the proper way to travel, and much more. She had a lot to learn in the next year or so before the Chunin exams neared or before she would take her test. He would make sure she was at least B rank level before even attempting the exams. She always needed to be one step ahead.
Kumogakure – Once in Kumogakure, the two travelers took care of their needs by purchasing a hotel room, washing up, and sleeping. They had camped along the way; giving her uncle that chance to teach her how to pitch a tent, gather firewood, start a fire, gather food, and more. She had a lot more to learn about traveling but this would all become clear when they left Kumo, camped in the mountains, etc. For now their main goal was to focus on teaching Misaki everything there is to know about Kumo and the Raiton element.
She started her training by sightseeing the village of Kumogakure. Every day they traveled around a different section, visiting the many shops and places to eat occasionally, until they had traveled through the whole village. They had already purchased Kumo clothes to fit in too. Once they visited everything they then toured some landmarks and historical sites. It was a lot for Misaki to take in at once but her uncle mentioned that they would become more familiar with everything as the days progressed. Once they visited the library and most of the other sites, they then took to the mountains to begin training. Her uncle was a professional Raiton user so teaching Misaki was not difficult at all. After many days of training and camping in the mountains, Misaki eventually learned the ration element and a few jutsu to go along with it. During that time she even learned the layout of the mountains including where some caves and waterways were. Her uncle helped teach her stealth and worked on her basic fighting skills. Then, once he felt she was ready, they returned to the village and toured around some more.
Kirigakure – A year later, the two then returned to Kirigakure to visit her parents. Since she now knew more about Kumo; the family helped her learn everything they could about Kiri while constantly reminding her of Kumo. So far she was becoming a traveling database. She could remember distinct places with ease in both villages whether because she trained there or personal preference. In Kiri she worked on her Raiton jutsu more until she had maxed out the village’s allowed number she could learn. She then worked harder on her weaponry skill, evasion, and stealth. Since she was from Kirigakure, a Jounin in the village was able to aid her on these skills. He mainly helped with evasion and stealth more than anything but was able to teach her the basics of projectiles. His name was Riku Shikyo.
After learning the max abilities she could overall, Misaki decided she was ready to be Chunin. After winning her parents and Uncle’s approval she went to Mizukage and requested the rank up. Much discussion unfolded and days passed before her fight was scheduled. She took on a Chunin from the village and at the age of 9 she became a Chunin.
Chunin | Sungakure – Now that she had proved her skill and ranked up to Chunin, her family agreed that it was time to move on to bigger and better things. She would travel to Sungakure, or at least what was left of it, for two years. This would grant her enough time to train her Raiton element to its max as a Chunin and learn not only the basics of her bloodline but enough jutsu for a C rank shinobi such as herself. Afterwards they would return to Kirigakure once more so she may obtain her Jounin rank before they traveled to Konohagakure.
In Sungakure, Misaki witnessed the aftermath of war. The village was practically nothing except for a few small houses here and there. There was one large building made of sand which contained important information and a small wall around the village but it was nothing compared to what it used to be. The two visited this building first, after talking to the villagers, and Misaki’s uncle showed her just what the village used to be. She read many clips of books about culture and the old ninja which resided in the village. She also looked over the once great Kazekages and their abilities which they possesse; her attention wrapping itself around the old Sandaime Kazekage – Eiji Kinzoku.
”Uncle! Uncle!”Her Uncle came over to her calling. She raised the book to his face and showed him the image of the Kazekage. She then pointed to his description.
”His abilities! His clan name! He’s just like me!”Her Uncle only smiled; she now understood. He proceeded to explain to her about how Eiji, or the Kazekage, had created the clan through hard work. Upon the birth of his son he realized the clan would continue. After many years had passed she became the next wielder of this special ability – Magnetism.
He proceeded to explain more about the clan and pulled out a kunai, using it to show her how the ability worked. She took the kunai and focused, trying to draw out this old power she used to cheat in the academy not too long ago. She picked it up with ease and her uncle explained how it was associated with the ration element – explaining why she needed to learn more about the element first before starting her clan training. From then on the two worked on this said bloodline as well. Misaki learned fast and after many months she was said to be the clan’s prodigy child. She learned all the techniques she felt were necessary until she could no longer learn them anymore, meaning she needed to become Jounin, and then began to work on her ration element.
Once the two years passed, Misaki learned all she could when it came to the Raiton element, her bloodline, and she had near perfected her special characteristics she was said to have. She even worked on her traits to the highest she could. She was now ready to return to Kirigakure once more.
Kirigakure – Once again the faithful Kunoichi had returned. Things had changed since she last left though and due to the slow climb of outside villages there was not a requirement to rank to Jounin. So, rather than requesting a fight and such, she had to complete D ranks, C ranks, and B rank missions to rank. Her Uncle explained that it was time for her to spread her wings in Kirigakure and so she was placed in a team with other ninja. She was allowed to do the D ranks on her own since the other D ranks were given to teams and her pride was rather high. She mostly worked with another Chunin when she worked on C ranks and she was either in a team with all Chunin or worked with two Chunin and a Jounin when it came to B ranks. After spending all her time on missions and training, which took time from her family visiting, Misaki soon met all requirements for a rank up. The question was though, was she truly ready?
Being only 13, Misaki was unsure whether or not she should attempt to challenge the other Jounin. Seeing as how most ninja her age were still Genin and the fact there were new requirements to become a Jounin, Misaki felt she needed to gain more experience. The young Chunin decided she wanted to test her knowledge with student teaching. This would help her express her knowledge regarding the other villages she has been to and what she has learned about the Raiton element, chakra, the special characteristics she has learned, and more. She felt that maybe the teachers there could aid her in her growth as well whenever she wasn’t at home training. So, after talking to her parents and uncle about what she wished to do, Misaki attended the Academy once more. Instead of being a student though, she was there on business, and after much talk she became a student teacher. It would take a few years to become a teacher but she didn’t mind. She was only here to learn and teach only a little rather than take on a full job.
Academy, Again? – She wanted to be one of these ninja who became a Jounin at 13 but though strong and fast, from traveling and training, she, again, wished to gain more knowledge on the ninja world. On her first day she sat in the back of the class and simply watched. She would follow everywhere the class went but stayed near the back for a week. Afterwards she sat to the side so she wouldn’t be a distraction so she could be closer to the teacher. It was good to relearn a lot of stuff she already knew and was even better that she could share her own knowledge on matters. After a few months passed, she was asked to teach a lesson on geography and the war. Since Misaki had learned about everywhere except Konoha, this was rather easy. For two weeks she taught the class about the different villages and for the third week she taught about the war. She needed to be guided at first, since she had never done this before, but once she started it was like riding a bike. She was a natural born leader and teaching became like a hobby. At night she would gain more knowledge by studying on matters she knew, learning facts she didn’t, then would teach the next day. Her teacher covered parts she didn’t know but overall the teachers at the academy congratulated for a job well done.
After about two years she felt it was time to become a Jounin. She was only 15 but working with the students and other teachers at the academy really helped her expand her knowledge. She also had continued practicing her skills and was practically Jounin level. She even began accessing her next element thanks to the help from the other teachers and her family. Since she was not allowed to utilize any jutsu though, she absolutely needed to rank.
The test was rather gruesome and hard. Many wounds were inflicted on her and her target, thanks to her bloodline, and many say she was lucky to have beaten her opponent. Since most said she was, she had to fight another opponent in a few days. This match was a lot easier simply because of the different skill set; like fighting someone who overpowers you then fighting someone who can’t keep up. She fought one more opponent just to be safe but she beat all three. Seeing this, the Mizukage felt she was a worthy ninja but wished for her to go on at least one S rank with a group of Jounin. Most parents would be terrified to allow such a thing for their 15 year old. Seeing how she brought honor to their family though, they agreed and Misaki went on her first S rank.
On this said mission she mastered a few skills and was able to witness different fighting styles, combos, and how a true team works. She saw the true power of the ninja, except for what Kage could offer, and felt equal with the other Jounin as she aided them in completing an assassination. It was splendid and she couldn’t wait to go on another. Do to their team’s performance, especially Misaki’s, she was soon promoted to Special Jounin.
Special Jounin | Konohagakure – Though only a Special Jounin, and not a an actual Jounin, Misaki was still grateful of the rank up. She ranked up both by letter and ninja group which pleased her. It meant she could learn more jutsu and such now. More importantly, she was close to learning her second element. Before setting off to Konoha, the next destination in the families plans, Misaki did all the necessary missions to acquire Jounin rank. She then trained and practiced her element, clan, jutsu, traits, and special characteristics to their highest potential. When she was ready, she would then attempt the Jounin seat once more. The Mizukage, seeing her efforts, granted her letter rank but didn’t classify her as a Jounin exactly. For Misaki, this was good enough. She was allowed to bypass the typical rules, despite not being a Jounin, and after an evening of goodbyes and celebration the two wanderers set foot to Konoha.
The journey was very easy compared to traveling to Suna. Konoha’s climate seemed like a neutral point between Suna, Kiri, and Kumo. Suna was outrageously hot and dry, Kiri was moist and damp, Konoha and Kumo seemed more refreshing but Kumo was known to be colder whereas Konoha was rather warm like Kiri. In the destination book, Konoha was her third favorite. It would have been her second had the whole village not been destroyed to basically rubble. The village itself actually moved to the trees. There was almost a whole society of people unlike Suna but it still wasn’t as great as the old village. Misaki knew this from talking to many citizens, seeing the mass of the rubble, and reading through numerous books they possessed. It was just like she had done with Kumo, Suna, and Kiri – read all about them, talked to people, sight seed, and tried her best to learn their customs at least a little. She knew the most about Kiri with Kumo being second. Suna was next followed by Konoha of course but only because she had a lot to learn about Konoha.
All seemed peaceful in Konoha but after a few attempted raids from bandits, Misaki knew the other villagers were safer. Suna may have been the safest until people could withstand the desert. With the minute amount of ninja to protect Konoha it wasn’t a bad question to ask how they survived. The ninja possessed decent to above her standard skill but there was so few. She learned then that you don’t need an army to conquer anything, just wits, but did she possess these wits? This troubled her. Out of everything she has done she was limited on fighting experience. So one night she snuck away from her shack and requested a fight with one of the better Konoha ninja in the village; if not the best. He accepted and two used their full skill. Misaki was quick to get caught up in a trap and lost with a kunai to her neck. Her uncle showed up then and nearly attacked the shinobi but Misaki stopped him. She explained the situation and later she and the shinobi formed a teacher – student bond. After the defeat though, Misaki knew she needed more training and battle experience.
Misaki helped out in any raids from that point on. She was an excellent candidate for the protection of the people because of her lightning and magnetism techniques. It was rare amongst the ninja for most possessed katon, doton, and futon as elements and wood, byakugan, and other bloodlines. The fact she sensed and was able to control metals made any weapons the bandits used, useless, unless they were wood. The senju took care of those though. She gained more fighting experience this way and by sparing the ninja of this village. Her newfound teacher helped her train, giving her uncle a break here and there, and because of all this Misaki was growing quickly.
After two to three months had passed, the time came for Misaki to learn her second element and jutsu to go with it. Her uncle and her new teacher talked, her teacher agreeing to help. Her uncle did not know the katon element and thus the main reason for them to travel here was revealed. When the actual training did begin, Misaki had trouble at first but not as much as she would without her new teacher. Her teacher taught her the very basics of fire itself before moving on to how to convert her chakra into it and utilize the element. Lightning was known to be quick and sharp with burning and stunning properties whereas fire seemed to possess more of a flow. It possessed more power and seems to feed off emotions more than lightning. This was just her interpretation though. As she trained the element and learned more about it, she began to understand its life and death properties and much more.
Gate of Misery – By the age of 18 Misaki was not only now considered an adult but a strong kunoichi. She had learned many skills involving her ration and katon element, her bloodline, her weaponry and ninjutsu specialty, and had trained her traits and specials through fighting and training. She fended off Konoha many times from bandits and even a few prowling ninja. She had even killed a missing ninja who attempted to end all that was left of Konoha. It took her, her teacher, and her uncle to take the ninja down while everyone else guarded the village and citizens from harm. Misaki was able to deal the final blow though with her magnetism. This soon brought on another missing ninja who seemed to apparently be connected to the first but he took was assassinated. Little did the ninja know though that another lurked in the background and fled from the scene; the three missing ninja being three brothers. This happening would later cost Misaki dearly but would also teach her what it felt like to seek revenge.
After a trip to Kirigakure to finally see her family again, she and her uncle left with their heads held high and smiles. Misaki had grown and her family was proud of all this. The occasional messages between the two from Misaki’s new summoning, the falcons, helped keep them connected over the years but was better to see someone in person. Misaki was grateful to her birds and the fact someone in the village of Konoha allowed her to summon them. The birds were very accurate too and informative. They proved to be useful scouters and more. These birds were also the ones to tell Misaki the terrible news of her parents.
One day Misaki received an unfamiliar letter. It appeared to have the Mizukage’s seal. After opening the said letter, hoping for her Jounin promotion, she found out that her parents were murdered. An attack from a missing ninja group occurred and her mother just happened to be in the building which was blown up. Her father, realizing what happened because he was across the street, went after a member of the group but was ganged up. He fought his hardest and was able to leave enough time for the ninja to arrive. It was too late though, his abilities were not enough and his old age hindered him. He died from poison because he was not taken to the hospital in time. He said he was okay and the fight delayed his transport. They both would be given a funeral, along with the other people who perished in the fight, and the missing ninja were murdered. All seemed good in Kirigakure since then but this left Misaki infuriated. She nearly burned the letter in her grasp but her uncle, seeing her rage, took the letter from her grasp. He ripped the corners as he had but rather than freaking out, Misaki calmly stood up and left in the silence to go outside. Her uncle read the paper. He too was agitated but mostly sad at the thought of losing his only brother. Setting his emotions aside she went to find Misaki to comfort her. This was Misaki’s first time dealing with the trials of life and death in full circle.
Misaki and her Uncle returned to Kirgakure for a short while after the death. They attended the funeral and discussed what would happen to the house and Hotaka and Ayame’s belongings. The two signed off for Misaki to receive everything prior to their death. What was ironic was that all this was planned maybe three weeks before they died. Misaki was tortured inside by it all and wanted to leave Kiri as soon as possible. She still held hatred from the Mizukage and the ninja of the village. They didn’t protect her family and her father could still be alive. Their security system failed. The ninja, in her eyes, had failed. Therefore the Mizukage failed. She was heartbroken. Misaki wanted the estate and everything in it to never be touched by anyone. She didn’t wish to stay in Kiri though. So, she had a talk with her Uncle who suggested that she seal the estate within an iron dome. He said just the house and that’s it for the grass and such would die. Doing what she can, Misaki did just that, and had the water and electricity for the house turned off. Misaki would owe nothing and could now leave with a piece of mind. Everything was protected and would remain this way forever. At least she hoped.
Time progressed and though her heart somewhat healed, her feelings towards Kiri never did. She continued to hate the place and told her Uncle she never wished to return. Her Uncle was rather disappointed yet very understanding. Kiri could have done more for her mother and father, especially her father, but failed. The two missed her parents, or his brother and his wife, dearly but there was nothing they could do. Misaki’s teacher and Konoha welcomed the two when they finally returned. Upon doing so, they took a long break from anything ninja related. Misaki’s Uncle felt his niece needed a break for once – especially after all that had happened.
By the age of 20 Misaki had traveled with her Uncle once more to the different lands, excluding Kiri. They revisited villages but mostly went to the smaller territories to learn about their customs. Misaki practically had an extended vacation with once a week training for those two years. She remained strong though, despite cutting back on training so much. The vacation eased her heart, spirit, and mind as well. She still hated Kiri but at the same time felt it was time to let it all go. This of course, was when the trials took their toll once more.
One their way to Bird Country to visit the many wonderful species of birds and such there, the missing nin behind her parents death whom had also lost his two brothers attacked. It was mostly her vs this ninja because her uncle was fetching water for their camp. It was his turn after all. Misaki fought hard but the Missing ninja was quicker and actually, better. This pained her and though she only really broke a sweat, her Uncle got in the way and died in the process. With rage, Misaki murdered the man who took his life and tried to aid her Uncle. His last dying words were to live in Kumo , to grow strong and wise, to remain open minded, and always keep an open heart. Misaki was closer to her Uncle more than her parents – this instance leaving her devastated. She felt her mother was murdered and that her uncle and father died with honor trying to protect someone they loved and cared about. How could they not protect themselves though? Being 40, retired ninja tended to slow down. Not all, but her family did. They let their guard down on her opinion. Now, she planned to never let hers down. Broken, alone, and actually scared for once in her life – Misaki buried her uncle, packed up camp, and did as he said. She traveled to Kumo and hoped she would be accepted there. She didn’t understand why he said Kumo and not Konoha but clearly it was important. She trusted her Uncle and would obey his last words to the best of her ability. One does not know their future though and the challenges they may face. For now though, her Uncle’s words were her top priority.
Kumogakure | Jounin – At long last Misaki arrived at the gates of Kumogakure. Being a village from Kirigakure, Kumo’s apparent enemy, it was tricky to get in. She dropped the Kiri headband and raised her hands in the air, claiming she defected from the village but didn’t plan to necessarily becoming a wondering missing ninja. She claimed that as a child she visited Kumogakure and now sought to join it. She wanted nothing more but to join and pleaded how she disliked Kiri, feeling the village was irresponsible. She explained her parents death and what happened to her Uncle as well. She claimed that Kiri only truly gave her rank ups and although she went on some missions she never truly stuck around the village. All of it was mostly the truth. In Kiri she only missed the Academy, her parents, and her Uncle. She hated the sea and loved the mountains, another reason she liked Kumo. She could get used to the occasional chill but disliked the dampness of Kiri once she was away from it. She was willing to become a member of the Kumo and do anything in her power to prove herself. After gaining access to the village she was stripped of all weapons and she was taken to prison. She hated it but would do whatever it took. They asked if she wished to keep her headband for memory sake and though hesitant she shook her head. She claimed she had all the memories in her mind and wouldn’t need it. They kept the headband, not planning to destroy it in case they needed it later. They checked out all her items but didn’t destroy them either. After searching through all her stuff and talking to the Raikage, she was eventually released. It may have been a month later but that was fine.
She was soon given a place to stay but not a Kumo headband yet. In this village she was now a citizen. She did as she was told and laid low for two more months. In fact she worked on hobbies like reading and art. She thought up new jutsu ideas and took trips to the library. She would have a cup of tea every night in the same place and talk to locals. Being familiar with the place already she was able to help even locals find their way. The ninja in the village watched her and would report to the Raikage. Once she was deemed worthy, she was put through a test for her ninja capabilities. She had to fight some of the Chunin and after defeating them, the Jounin. She fended herself off rather well and took on even a retired elder, beating him. She showed some color in these fights and afterwards, gave respect. She acknowledged the villagers as those she needed to protect, the ninja as her comrades or people she may have looked up to, and the Raikage with upmost respect. She obeyed practically every order asked of her and proved herself on a mission that she was capable of being a Kumogakure Jounin.
From that point on, after earning her headband and kumo flak jacket, she continued to train and work for her village. She became an official member of Kumogakure, leaving Kirigakure in the dark. She felt she could return to the village at any time because of her estate, items, and old headband. She felt she could be very useful in politics and general knowledge seeing as how she visited just about every land, learning their customs, and more. She missed Konoha and wanted to visit some smaller countries shes never been to before but after her Uncle passed away, she was having a hard time even thinking about travel. After all, it just wouldn’t be the same.
