History: The clan initial history has been lost over time. When looking at the historical records of those with this type of Kekkei Genkai, it had been summed up into one particular location: Lightning Country.

It appears that there the leader of the clan, Susamajii, a shinobi who had roots from the water country, had traversed into the field of advancing certain elements together to create a better use. With the combination of striking power and ferocity of lightning and the reflective capabilities of water, Susamajii and the fellow leaders of the clan had created the element of the storm. Though it does not produce the power like a true storm, it’s symbolic for what the combination is.

Susamajii integrated within the beginning of Kumogakure aligning themselves well with the First Raikage of the first generation. It was during which that there influence, along with other clans of that era, began to shape what Kumogakure is today. The ferocity of their armies, the intensity of the Raikages during the search for the bijuu, this made Kumo and shaped it. The few clans who made an impact were out in the light for their actions. The Arashii were always hidden from the scenes, behind the veil. Many, to this day, question the actions of the Arashi for no one knows what makes the entire clan tick. Historians have tried to compare them to the clan of Konoha, the Uchiha. Both were secretive, both seem to have incentive to rid of something bigger than themselves. What made them different, according to historians, was the single fact that the Arashi clan did not wage war with the clans of Lightning country. Although not a peaceful clan, they understood their limitations at the time and understood that in order for their clan to survive, they had to integrate within a self-sufficient system. Spy networks had tried to keep cool detail on the Arashi but over the years the proof of them having an alternative agenda was held on a thin string. Whether this is the fact that the Arashi are very keen and perceptive of each individual clan member and all of their records neatly away in some storage somewhere that only high ranking members can find or they truly had no agenda. Historians and the spy networks could not come to a proper conclusion.

They are somewhat a silent clan. When it comes to the political situation in Kumogakure, they try to stay at a neutral standpoint or try to avoid it altogether. Twenty-five years prior to the current, they once had a high role in politics. Few of the Arashi had enter into the world of government seeking means of peace and prosperity for the people of Lightning country. The few who had attempted to do so had fulfilled the promises made by themselves during the reign of the Raikage. This made many allies towards these people and also enemies of the state. The internal networks of lightning country, again, tried to find that motive that would give them the excuse to excommunicate them or eliminate

Special Info: Not in all cases, but most cases, a shinobi who hail from this clan have a darker skin tone. There have been few cases where there have been mixed children in the family and this plays no role when it comes to skill but again, it is still few.

Description: The user creates several bright beams and shoots them at the enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from the user's hands as this technique is activated. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of missiles to a great amount to pin down an enemy.

Description: The user focuses the beam towards one finger. Unlike the laser circus, this beam is just a single shot that can be directed and manipulated for pin-point accuracy. The other name for this attack is the mid-range sniper shot. It's good if an enemy tries to get space from the user, the laser shot is effective against close and mid range users. Although not the strongest of the attacks, if aimed correctly, it can be fatal.

Description: A advanced form of the laser shot. The intensity of the laser has not only increased in power but also in range. The power of the sniper shot can pierce through wood and certain soft metals and can pierce through soft tissue of the flesh. An effective strategy for this attack, if the user has the opportunity with mirrors, can use that to expand the range greatly. But what it is range and power, the user sacrifice free moving manipulation of the laser.

Description: The user condenses the power of the storm into a small and contained ball that is no bigger than a baseball. Once the user throws it, those within the target vicinity will receive an explosive shot of lasers that will expand outward. The explosion max range of damage is five meters all together but with the mix of debris or any other objects around it, it can expand it greatly. What this jutsu does is sacrifice accuracy and free manipulation and relies heavily on power. This attack is most effective against multiple enemies in close vicinity.

Description: Another variation of the laser grenade only there is an increase in the amount of grenades released in one area. The powers of the grenades do not lose its intensity, its deadliness come from the amount of grenades set out. The amount that this technique produces, at maximum, is ten grenades at once. This is effective against multiple enemies in a spaced out area.

Description: The concept of the laser wave is similar to that of a shockwave. The user will clap their hands together, forming the laser before opening it out and releasing the wave outward. The wave itself can have a maximum height of ten feet while the diameter of the wave can range from ten feet to fifteen feet respectively.
