Alright even if its a question would you guys like extra 500 yen on our pay checks for all the work we do around the site?

I said nope because we want the members to think that we can handle normal role-playing and that we can do it as fairly as they can.

The advantage we get are behind the scenes anyways. For instance, how many of you will start at S Rank vs the people who may have to start at Genin? That's one reason why I like ranking up on the Staff team, because it shows the members that anyone can rank up, regardless of their position. Shauntay was a great example of this.

Actually Yosh. If possible I'd like to take on two characters and rank up with one. =w= If I get a duel kage position with matt then I'd like to still rank up with another character and show the others that I can do it again. owo

(doesn't really have anything to do with this but wanted Yosh to know)

But that's good, I think it's key that we show the members that high rank positions are not reserved for staff.

Not sure if this has been settled or anything but...

Upholding the member perspective I say no because I feel that, although staff members do a lot of work running the forum and such, that this makes staff look like they are above the member body. To keep things fair I feel both staff and members should earn their pay the same way as members and should be paid the same amount as members. Members cannot help that they are staff and normally members are rejected for wishing to become staff simply because we always had enough staff or whatever other reasons. Sure, if gives members something to look forward to, more pay, but when they look at the staff position they should see it as a spot which makes them take on more responsibilities while still upholding equality - not "im better".

I know its a long stretch saying pay will make members think this way, so please no one become heated or feel I am making any claims of any sort, but I am trying to give a glimpse on the worst case scenario and how equality between members and staff should be/remain established - even through pay amounts.
