Description: Full Moon Swing is a form of Kenjutsu created by Eiji. Eiji will swing his sword in one hand and once it makes a full circle he switches hands. Eiji will constantly do this getting faster and faster until it appeares to be two full circles on the side of him. The drawback(s) are that he has to stand still to perform this jutsu although someone of a Jounin, Anbu etc. can move around while doing this but only in a forward motion. Going backwards would throuw odd the rotation and decrease the speed causing the jutsu to become less and less powerful. Another drawback is that stamina plays a huge role in how long this jutsu will last. If Eiji is low on stamina then this will last about 2 minutes (or one post). The upside(s) are that he can deflect D-Rank or lower taijutsu based attacks. Also if it's timed just right he can counter attack.

Description: This is a jutsu Eiji uses when he is dual weilding two sword which is why this jutsu is called "Dual Strike." Eiji will stand in what calls a counter stance. He stands sideways with his left leg out and his right leg behind it. His left hand is down while his right hand is slightly raised above his head. Eiji's left hand is used to block taijutsu attacks and his right hand is used to counter and/or attack. The downside(s) are: Ninjutsu based attacks render this jutsu useless unless Eiji is weilding a sword that would allow him to counter Ninjutsu attacks. Otherwise it is completely useless. Another is that it can deflect Taijutsu attacks head on. One from behind, above, sides, and below would catch Eiji off guard thusly can not be countered. High rank shinobi such as A-S Rank Jounin, A-S Rank Anbu can counter attacks from behind and sides. High Rank shinobi downside(s) attacks from above and attacks from below such as underground. Also this jutsu is renedered useless in water or in the air.

Description: This is a short and quiet simple jutsu. Eiji uses lighting to move around faster. He can use it to get closer to an opponent, go around an opponent, or even just to get somewhere faster. The downside(s) are there is a set distance that he can travel. Example: Eiji is outside of his front door and wants to get to his firend house which is five houses down. He can use this jutsu to travel two houses down. That is his limit. (Miles about 0.3). This distance increases with rank. C-Rank Genin and travel one full mile. B-Rank Chunnin can travel a mile and a half(1.5 miles). A-Rank shinobi can travel two miles. S-Rank shinobi (Jounin, Anbu, Kage) can travel further depending on the chakra output. This jutsu also cuts down on stamina used to travel far. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A TELEPORTATION JUTSU. IT SIMPLY ALLOW THE USER TO TRAVEL FASTER THAN NORMAL. IF IT MUST BE CLASSIFIED CONSIDER IT SPEED. IT'S NOT SUPER SPEED IT'S ABOUT TWICE AS FAST AS A NORMAL SHINOBI RUNNING.

Description: C.H.A.R.G.E (Or Chanelling His Aready Rapidly Growing Energy) is a move that Eiji created to increase the power of his lighting. Since he is a Genin it doesn't increase much. (About ten percent 10%). Downside(s) are he has to stand still so that this jutsu can work. He is extemely open for any kind of attack during this time. Also if he is interrupted during this jutsu it will have no effect on his lighting attacks and it will cause his chakra to decrease. High level shinobi can charge quickly and their chakra will decrease less if they are interrupted. High level shinobi downside(s): Quick charge leads to less power resulting in them being able to do this faster they will also have to perform this jutsu several times. They still have to stay in one spot while charging.

Description: This is a physical attack where Eiji rushes his opponent. Just moments before he get to his opponent he drops to his knees and swings his sword at his opponent's leg then thighs then waist. Eiji targets those three areas to Eiji are very important. If someone is struck in either of those areas enough times they will fall no matter the size. Eiji can perform this jutsu with ease because it was the very first one he learned. Downside(s) are it is very easy to tell when he going to do it becuase he's not that fast. If the opponent moves even the slightest the sword will just gaze the area in which he was targeting. If the oppoenent moves before he strikes Eiji is left wide open. High level shinobi can attack any three areas they want. They can also perform this jutsu faster and with more accuracy. Downside(s) this jutsu can only be used by someone with a sword and who is skilled with it. It requires two swords to perform this jutsu right. (Although it can be done with one just less effective.)
