Unlike normal RPG's, this does not include cool graphics and your favorite Final Fantasy character, what you will find here is a elaborate and massive story. This story includes the life of the character you wish to create and the other characters in this RPG.

Description: The technique creates a copy of the ninja. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the clone gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will turn back to water.

Description: The ninja will create a whip of water which can strike and bind an opponent. The ninja can also use a jutsu like Jibashiri to send an electric current through the whip to stun their opponent.

Step one: Submit for Training Approval
Step Two: Train
Step Tree: Approved and Added to Jutsu List

Approved Unless said otherwise

You submit them here first before training to make sure they are approvable, they get approved for training, you train them. Then they get approved and finalized for use.
