The light snow crunched under his footsteps as he walked over the training grounds. In deep reminensice, his mind fell on the time they had been here before as genin with Kaosu-sensei. Ordered to fight the match had been nothing short of biased due to a certain greed by Shihouin. Yet now it would more than likely be different. His eyes gazed across the battered and marked training field as he leaned back slightly with both hands tucked away from the cold in his black pockets. Standing alone he thought in wait for his friend Ayame to arrive. Hopefully a message sent by way of genin would arrive to her as soon as possible.

His mind lingered over certain thoughts, thinking about how much they had grown over the years. As the wind brushed his hair over his eyebrows, the golden eyes seemed to stare into the distance as if they reflected the perfect sunset. Was Ayame stronger than him, or was Ayame weaker still? Who knew? He didn't know much about her jutsu style but he knew a bit that would allow him to keep himself on his toes. Though, he was not counting on the little info he knew about her to save him in this spar.

The wind blew across the training field like a cold breath, causing the leaves of trees to shiver in the cold wind. Blades of sharp grass failed to cut through the wind and bent backwards as the chilly air pushed over them. The brown patches of dirt stood unmoved, little pieces of gravel rolled near his black boot as the wind pushed them on to a new location. A large beam of light in the sky shone down, no heat from the sun because of the season. Today would be cold all day, more than likely. He sighed in the cold air, waiting and continuing to think.

Things were so different now. They had changed, all of them had grown up and become much more. He felt as if he was moving too slow to keep up with Ayame, much less Nasamea who had undergone experimentation and attained a new KKG. Shihouin's power of the Sharingan was cursed. In order to gain a Mangekyou he had to kill his friends and in order to finalize on the power he had to kill a family member. Was not their any other way for the Sharingan? Maybe the fight with Ayame would enlighten him with an idea, after all she was a walking power house.

As he waited, his loud thoughts hushed in his mind. He prepared himself slightly, keeping his senses open and a kunai in his hand, spinning it around on a finger. Today the difference would be measured between friends. Maybe Ayame would see that personality wise it was not so different and it had shorted. He had justice now! No longer consumed by power. Hopefully she would appreciate him for that.

The cool air stung the bare skin of any who seemed to challenge it. Part of the reason was because Konoha people were used to warmer weather. However, after this past year or two it was apparent that snow was going to be returning for years to come. Now it was not just the ninja who had to learn to adapt but civilians too. A few higher ups agreed that this would increase ninja statistics by strength and adaptability due to their being "potentially more members". Nasa just found them all weird for mixing a humans interest and weather patterns together. Maybe she just couldn't even imagine it but truthfully she didn't care all that to much either.

The ramen's shops fragrant scents of shrimp and chicken filled the air before her within a matter of minutes after reading this article in the paper. She could now set it aside and eat; her mind wondering over everything for a good while as she still searched for that connection. Of course, rather than appearing as her casual self she was in a full disguise with her chakra levels at near zero due to her her sensory and control training. She never wished to be spotted first; only for to be the spotee.


Not a minute had passed before her eating session would soon end to. From the dispatcher came one of her roaches; its form landing on the ground. The roach crawled around like any other insect as it squeaked to her in morse code. It was silent and stealthy as it did this before it snuck off. Nasa waited five minutes, devoured her food, paid the tip, and walked off casually. The owner was a bit baffled but simply shrugged it off.

After she cleared from the market and made her way into the training grounds; she waited until the coast was 100% clear to return to normal form. By then she used chakra and her invisibility tech to sheild herself from any followers and took off into the grounds. She would have to set patrol aside for a while. Lucky her they granted her access to do this since she was requesting for Shi for roughly a few days now. She knew he was busy and decided to wait. The roach would fetch her when they received word of some freedom. Lucky her she was now granted this chance.

Hoping she wasn't interrupting anything, she soon appeared in a tree above. A kunai was in his hand as so it seemed he was ready to fight someone. Did he know she was coming? With her breath silent, her chakra shielding her, and her eyes ever so watching - she waited for him to make some sort of movement. Had he merely been training she would know but if he had been waiting for someone she felt she should probably not intrude. If he attacked her she had an evasive move planned already. Although probably the only thing she would really need was her mind, chakra, and the filled gourd of her back.

Even though Shihouin knew that Ayame was apart of the inner workings of the villages military system, it shouldn't have taken someone like her so long to reach the training grounds. He was only left to assume a few things. The genin that he had given good money to had run off with it and decided to skip out on sending the message, Ayame denied his request and the genin had not yet come back with the information, or that she was probably too busy and just ignore the request without wanting to send any information back. They were apart of something much larger than the both of them, -Ayame and Shihouin- their ties with history were rooted in the hands of fate and cultivated in a garden of destiny. This isn't to say that Nasamea was entirely left out of the equation, made things much more original, and interesting. She was the aspect of their team which showed that not all things were engraved and set in hard stone.

Even though he had waited for some time, the time that had passed was not an issue. The cold air that thickened his skin had become bearable by now, after waiting so much. Training as a Jounin had given him that much, and it showed. The kunai around his long finger whirled and whistled slightly against the wind, as he ran over new thoughts. This training was to increase his battle potential and his ability to immobile a target in very little time. No doubt today he would be pushed to the further edges of his chakra supply and be forced to go all out as soon as possible. He hated the fact that someone else would see this plan by way of experiencing it, but for now he had come to the solid conclusion that a field test was necessary and in proper order to make sure this strategy worked out.

Among his friends one had seemed to not sharpen her senses. Using his own he could hear her from here, he could hear her coming up as well as if she was literally trying to sneak through the foilage. The way her body brushed up against the foliage and cracked small leaves and branches. It was as if he could almost feel her approaching. There was no need to move to see her, he knew where she was exactly. In his head he could imagine her position, himself standing down on the ground while she overlooked.

"Small Unit Tactics. Apart of the ANBU Military Tactics Guide issued to all ANBU receiving a rank of B or higher. Individual Movement Techniques: This tactic focuses on the ninja attacking and maintaining motion. One ninja will attack to suppress the enemy while another one will move toward the enemy or to a more favorable position. The movement should be at least five to ten meters per move. An over-watch tactic is one that is usually used by a Kage Bunshin or another ANBU member. The Kage Bunshin or ANBU member will choose a position at least a story higher than the immediate battle area. They will remain out of sight to the enemy until told otherwise. Once ready, they will lay down supporting fire while executing fire and movement tactics. This allows you to attack your enemy from multiple spots and makes it difficult for your enemy to react to both sets of attacks. The Kage Bunshin should focus on fire and movement tactics while using low ranking attacks that do not require them to be right in the battle field. Fire and Movement: Lay down suppressing fire and move constantly. Never remain fixated in one set area. Lay down traps and suppressing fire quickly and move, advancing to the enemy or to an advantageous point. Dear Nasa, I think I have already seen through your plan. Please show yourself in front of me, 3 meters should you eye me as a man, 5 meters if you are being careful for nothing and 10 meters if you are scared of me. Take your pick."

He had seen through her plan already, or more than likely her current mind set. See she was good at these things, she used clones and other types of attacks to make sure that she was successful in pressuring her opponent to mess up which would give her room to strike. He knew these tactics all too well, they were apart of him as if he had battled her yesterday as a genin. Nasamea was good no doubt and she was high among ANBU when it came to success rates in missions. She played a versatile role, she was good at leading and good at solo work. However those were not her strengths from what he could tell, she did best work on a team where she could plan her moves accordingly. She was good, but sometimes forgetful.

He smirked and waited for her.

She could have sworn she had been more quiet than that. How could she have forgotten such simple measures of silence to trick his mind. Her aim was more so paranoia of the senses. This left the mind to wonder about random absurdities such as a killer or wild animal. Maybe even a forest fire or something far more drastic. It was up to the minds creativity at that point but as for now; her plan had spoiled. She listened though to the two tactics and what he had to say. Being a woman with at least a bit of honor, or more so what she believed she had, she felt it was necessary to grant him the three meters. However, four would speak a lot more about her than five.

Four, the median between seeing him as a mean and being careful or seeing him as a man while being careful. She heard he wished to talk but after grasping the visualization and metal presence of a man who had changed; she was a tad bit skeptical. Shi was known for his "mind swings". One moment he was a stable loving man and the next a cold blooded killer. Despite this instability though she still respected him; seeing as how she was no different. Had she been able to actually grasp the intent to murder cold blooded maybe then she would be another Shi. Maybe if she did, she wouldn't be so weak. However, she made more friends than enemies. She supposed Shi's original intent to shun all away for power made sense. Humans, er, she?, were complex personalities. Seems she forgot she was a human for a second there....

"Now you know as well as I that I both see you as a man and have a careful nature. It was this nature that has left me with all parts attached and maybe a few scars...", she didn't catch what she said until after she said it. The memory of what she did to Shi settled back in as she had landed on the ground below and walked forward. Somewhere between seven and eight meters a cork twisted itself off and slid down her leg to the ground. She used chakra to keep all contents from spilling out the hole but also so whatever stream did would curl back up the gourd and onto her back.

Once she hit four meters, her arms crossed as she had and the kunai still in hand, she eyed him down. The ANBU wold mask was still covering her face but her green shielded hues pierced through to his. It was daring to stare an Uchiha in the eye but it was a sign of respect in her mind as well. She trusted he would not pull any fast moves seeing as how she had not pulled any of her own; yet.

"I heard you wished to see me, what for?"

As she asked this, a thin strand of metal leached its way slowly around her feet as she prepared for any potential attacks.

To tread in between confidence and carefulness. She would pick a distance like four meters. She needed time to distance her self for her ninjutsu, too close was not too good, it would take too long to manipulate her Iron Sand if she didn't already have it prepared. Even though her Iron Sand was capable of performing attacks at all types of distances, she worked better at a mid-range combat type style or using magnetism and pin point accuracy with weaponry skills at a long range. Shihouin was jealous of her, she had the potential to cover all three areas of combat... He had only close and mid range, and had not learned to cover the last range yet... or better to say he hadn't created the proper jutsu for long range combat yet. He would in time though.

He met gazes with her and did not turn on his Sharingan. After she finished speaking he simply went straight into battle. With haste, his hands came together quickly and once they touched parted once again. A shadow clone formed a meter to his right side as he twirled the kunai around his finger and stopped, pointing it at her eyes. "Go." As soon as he spoke he twirled the kunai around his finger once more, caught it with his other fingers and threw it directly at her left eye. The entire flashy move took a mere second or two and he wanted to try to engage her as quickly as possible.

Shihouin prepared his next move carefully and cautiously, this would take a lot of his strength if he planned on stringing these tactics together. He had to make sure his most important move went under her radar, which was up and coming. If these tactics worked they would no doubt increase the success rate of his missions and make them a heck of a lot easier. Though he could only do it against one or two targets...

The moment Shi said "Go", Nasa casted her focus away from her gourd display and placed it solely on Shi's metallic items. Anything that could be magnetised would be. They did so in silence though; not quivering or drawing any sort of attention towards them as she took control. While this occurred she spotted Shi throw something towards her from her peripherals. She had been eyeing the ground and more so their feet to spot movement; the corners of her eyes just barely seeing their hands make movements. In consideration of Shi being an Uchiha, Nasa felt she should watch out for any obvious signs of a potential genjutsu spell. Aka, keeping her attention mostly away from the fancy hand work to throw that kunai. By watching their feet she could spot their movements with her eyes while avoiding his eyes too.

With her magnetic field up and running at 7 meters around her, including Shi and his clone, she could feel the kunai basically coming towards her. She could also faintly hear it. Since she knew he threw something and sensed the magnetic properties of it angled towards her head; she ducked down into a crouch. She wasn't out of her safe range though. In fact, the iron sand around her and beneath her feet was closer. However, maybe she wouldn't have to worry about Shi.

While she ducked the metallic items on Shi and on Shi's clone began to lightly vibrate before they shot out all around him; just like before. Shi knew what was coming next. These weapons or metallic items would then begin to already make their move and try to stab into him from all around. Had he not moved he would be faced with a bloody nightmare once more.

A soon as Shihouin threw the kunai, the moment it left his finger, he jumped back along with the clone to a larger position. He kept his body limber and ready to move and jumped low with a foot near the ground as to change position if he needed to during the jump. With in a second or two he would extend the range between them to about 9 total meters. Soon before landing with quick hands he began to shed his shirt, leaving him bare chested without any tools at all. The marks from her stabbing him would show.

As he freed himself from the clothes he would form hand signs as quickly as possible and end them by putting both of his hands together. The clone would find its way underground as it landed while Shihouin would switch footing positions and attempt to move right in a slight, quick jog away from his previous position. He woudl prepare his next move and hopefully this jutsu would work.

OOC: Short

Nasa watched the Shi and the clone mover away, her chakra extension to his tools dropping as she let them go. It appeared the kunai had missed as well; its form flying off before it landed roughly three meters from where Shi's clone once stood. This emphasized the force placed behind it. A wasted effort. Now she had to watch these two; her chakra returning to the gourd and iron around her. The pile that was starting to build would begin to creep its way around her as she remained in a crouch. She was merely building her defense this whole time while Shi continued to extend the duration of this battle. Normally he would come at her but it appeared that he was being crafty today. He wouldn't just avoid her like he was so he was obviously planning something. She was now more on guard.

The moment the clone began to go underground she formed a hand sign and within a second; poured a C worth of chakra into the kunai still in hand. It was now loaded and ready for use. While doing so she also move from her crouch into a partial crouch. This made her ready for any sudden movements if she needed to jump away. After all, the clone was coming from underground. Maybe it wouldn't even attack but if it did she was ready. The iron sand continued to pour around her still while she did this. On her right side it even started to twitch as she prepared for an attack from Shi. She wasn't about to let him attack her if her life depended on it. She actually wanted to win this battle fair and square.

The ninjutsu he was going to use was a secret technique, one that no one knew about except for him a lone. This would be the first time Nasamea had seen such a jutsu, something that would take a while to prepare by his standards. His favorite element had not been fire but lightning, and since he was born with fire as his strongest element he would have to deal with the fact that he was stuck with the technique. The elemental manipulation of this technique would be on a high scale, but would start small and then rise. Maybe, if Nasamea payed enough attention she could spot the opening. Preparing this just sadly, would leave him vulnerable.

As he moved towards the side she decided not to attack focusing her defensive stance and waiting for him to attack. Shihouin would attack of course. He stretched his head back and threw it forward attacking full strength. She had seen this one before though, a ninjutsu strong enough to burn her badly. Three fireballs came out of his mouth at once, racing towards her as quickly as possible. She had to make a decision on what she wanted to do, though Shihouin would continue to prepare the next move soon. He rushed forward preparing a long string of hand signs as he crossed the 9 meter distance, following his jutsu. It was now or never.

Spoiler:

Since she was in the half crouch she was already ready to leap away. Not forgetting the clone though, and a potential attack, she kept her kunai at the ready and would throw it accordingly. In the meantime though her focus was getting around these fireballs somehow with kawarimi being her last resort. They raced towards her as she leaped towards her back left; trying to place herself between two of them. She figured that by jumping backwards while moving towards the side it would give her at least a few more seconds to move. With these racing fireballs though she was skeptical. Her aim overall; three meters to the back right from her original position with her kunai still in hand and ready to be used.

If this didn't work out, say she lost the kunai, she would withdraw another, or if she moved too slow because of her gourd on her back then kawarimi would be her last effort. She would do this once the flames licked her skin and it was obvious she couldn't dodge. This all just depended on how everything worked out she supposed. But at the moment, things were not necessarily looking good.

Good good, Nasamea had been moving as planned and Shihouin was now closing the distance between them from 9 meters from his previous point to now about 5 or so meters. He was not moving remarkably fast but rather yet at a pace where he could influnece the battle with a flick of his finger. Nasamea's attempt to deal with the attack in front of her would prove useless.

He had not been using his Sharingan, or at least the original had not been using his Sharingan. There was no need to use it at the moment. But in one eye, the clone underneath the ground had been using Sharingan to keep track of her chakra movements and to watch her chakra. As she jumped back, the clone adjusted itself. Since she was not in contact with the ground and not trying to actively sense for the clone since she was using chakra, there would be an issue.

The single moment where she had gotten half a foot abve the ground the clone would rise up and detonate itself. This bunshin had been an explosive clone, but a different type. Since she was so close to the ground from jumping, she would be put at an disadvantage from a strike underground. This tactic was copied from Sanzen, his teacher when he was a genin. Luckily for him he barely made it out alive... and he could think the same for Nasa. Shi would now already be using Sharingan watching and predicting her movements as he would make another attack based on the way she dealt with the exploding clone.

In consideration of the fact that she was already prepared to handle any sudden advances from that underground clone or even Shi himself, Nasa was prepared to initialize a usual back up plan to evade. Of course, it was costly too in the sense of how she couldn't use it again. She truly needed to get serious now. She needed to advance more so then run as she had. She was letting herself get backed into the same corner over and over. The plans rolled in her mind as her form was replaced by an log. She avoided damage this time but the next time this may occur she may run into trouble.

Nasa reappeared from behind where she last sighted Shi. From what she saw he was narrowing the distance from 9 to lower so she would appear at 7 meters between her new spot and her original position. The moment she did she also took control of some iron sand with one hand and finally threw her kunai with the other. It would aim directly where Shi would be depending on where he moved and as long as he was within five meters still. Using that same hand she would apply some magnetic force behind that kunai to give it more of a force. This kunai would literally shoot halfway into his body had he let it. Meanwhile, chakra fragments would begin to appear around various spots in the training field. Her iron was still pouring from the hole in her gourd.

Despite his obvious attempts at landing the jutsu on the first try, Shihouin was able to land it later on. Nasamea had eyed him entirely while moving back to a position where he could manipulate hand signs and weave them for complex techniques. However, instead of an actual ninjutsu which he had prepared, he no doubt was only able to complete the requirements for the illusion. He only needed her to glance at a finger. Had she dedicated her attention to his feet, she would have been able to watch his movements, not be caught off guard by thrown tools and make sure she had plenty of time to react. The feint to paint the situation was a masterpiece.

She was dug underground somewhere. The beauty of the technique was hideously subtle from the start. In order for the small things to follow suit like small ants to bread crumbs, he had to dress up the tactic so she could be formally prepared to understand it. The shadow clone had nearly hidden in the shadow of Shihouin's movements, he was there for what reason? Mysteriously not throwing in any support fire or anything to help out the direct battle, why had he dropped off the face of the earth, rather yet under the face of the earth. He had gone beneath the ground like a snake to its hole, only coming back up to feed for her soul.

While trapped by an illusion which she could not comprehend, the clone moved and grabbed her unaware from her own senses. While the illusion was up Shihouin was in complete control of her senses, which means she was not sensing the real world at all in any fashion, just a world that he had created for her to see. Therefore, she was standing there vulnerable, just like Shihouin was. That's why the clone had been created, a separate conscious able to act on its own. He could attack while Shihouin could not.

The illusion broke once the clone had wrapped its entire body around her. He gripped her body in every way, and she would soon realize that she had been bound and gagged with nin wire near about to split her soft skin. He held a kunai to her neck and pressed so tight that he could feel the blood pressure from her jugular vibrate along the cold metal blade. No doubt her confusion would conquer her mind and leave her reasonable thought trailing behind. He was in control of the situation, and when the illusion broke he walked towards her.

His tall shirtless figure sauntered over to her against the wind. He moved slowly through the cold crisp air, smiling and taking his time. With each step, she would more than likely be able to feel her vulnerably rising. "If you move or try to kawarimi you'll die. Kawarimi is movement essentially, so I don't see you getting past that blade." His hand jutted quickly, like a strike from a cobra. Molesting one of her soft breasts, he gripped it and felt its fatty, smooth texture. "I could have hit this... But you were a monster back then...." Sinister smirks grew into a cackling laugh which warmed the cold atmosphere with rising surge of madness. He removed his hand. "Nasa your blood is special. I know someone who wants to do some experiments with you... to you... It'll be rough but I promise you'll be stronger because of it. You went through a full Kekkei Genkai experiment and was successfully able to change Kekkei Genkai. Which means there is a chance with rough experimentation that our original bloodline may have had some hidden powers with in it." His attraction to her was obvious here, the bunshin moved his grip way from her covered mouth, but allowed him to hold her firm

He reached over, holding the underside of her chin with the knuckle of his finger. "Maybe that means you aren't a monster, just that you became one. The experiments will begin shortly. Survive. I will make sure Medusa takes much care of you. Now just drift off to sleep for me." Shihouin opened his three tomoe, as the clone forced her to stare into its gaze. He would force her body into two powerful shocks and knock her into unconsciousness.

Spoiler:

The ending went a little too fast for her. One moment she believed she was on top and the next everything went blank. She was confused as to what happened; her position seeming normal before she seemed to awaken in a trap. Wire surrounded her and a hand was placed over her mouth. She immediately narrowed her eyes and she glared at Shi. Here all along she was trying NOT to look at him or get caught up in a genjutsu....then she did.

Her emerald eyes blazed like green flames as she stared dead into Shi's eyes. She knew she was in a sticky situation but was ready to take whatever he may lay on her. In her mind he would seek revenge for making him bleed but then again that was her getting back at him. Maybe he was returning back to his sadistic phase. As the questions rolled and Shi approached she grew a bit more tense. It was then the chakra she had already focused around her began to grow more. The gourd was basically near empty on one side and she would have to recollect it all later but the fact it was empty was a good thing to her. She still had ammo and still had a chance.

He told her not to move before making an unappreciated move. With his hand grasping her breast she flinched and clenched her jaw. She continued to stare at him, lightly fidgeting since she couldn't entirely move without getting struck. Even taking control of his tools wouldn't seem to be a good idea. She still had hers though; a new idea.

As Shi spoke she listened to whatever he had to say. In truth she was curious of this whole bloodline thing but the fact she may get experimented on struck a nerve. Her eyes, blazing out of rage, turned into sheer violent as her pupils dilated. She may not have been able to move personally but this didn't include her control. She heard his words begin to fade out before the last part was "survive".

However, before she could activate any chakra she made the mistake of not looking away. The three tomoe sharingan blazed to life as she felt her pupils shrink. She appeared almost as though she gasped but soon her eyes rolled back and she went limp. It was not as though she was dead but more so she went unconscious. Appears she would not be able to collect the rest of her iron sand and would have to come back or make more later. She still had half her gourd amount left since she did not use the other side. Her main worry right now though was something she always seemed to ask herself a lot; what would Shi do with her now?
