| Konoha Shinobi |Basics| Name: Uchiha, Saki [Fan | Blossom} Nickname/Aliases: Coward's Daughter (By those who didn't know her parents) Flowering White Lotus of the Uchiha (Unofficial nickname/title.). Age: 14, nearly 15. Physical Age: 15-ish? Mental Age: 15 most of the time, with the occasional awe-inspiring flash of mid-twenties. Not sure if that's a good thing or not.
Gender: Female. I think. I'm not going to check to make sure, we'll go with that. ||Appearance| General Appearance: Ah, where to begin? Neither especially large or small in build or height, Saki is rather... normal, really, if one considered only those factors. While reasonably athletic and hardly flabby, she isn't the muscular type either, though it can be difficult to tell at a glance. She is beginning to shape up and fill out into a more adult kind of body, but she still has a good deal of youth in her figure. Her primary choice of clothing would most likely be the kimono, and she generally favours dark blues, and the majority bear her family's symbol on their backs. For footwear, she alternates between ordinary sandles and geta with small metal plates at their base depending on the circumstances most of the time, but will reluctantly wear boots if the weather or terrain would be especially difficult to deal with otherwise. Ah, but there has to be more, right? Stricken with an usual condition from birth, Saki portrays the genuinely white skin and hair of an albino, along with the pinkish-white irises associated with the condition. Due to her condition, she often appears as if she's practically never been exposed directly to the sun, which, in all honesty, isn't too terribly far from the truth. Though for the most part her skin is as smooth as the milk is vaguely resembles, she isn't entirely without scars, though they're usually covered up with clothing. Most of these are especially faint and hard to make out without close inspection, save for one along the lower left side of her rib cage... which you're not very likely to see anyway. While hardly lacking a place to 'hide' weapons, Saki usually carries them in a holster at her left hip, adjusted to a height and angle where they could be easily reached. With her relatively long legs for her height this requires a little more effort than she'd like, but she dutifully puts up with it. As an Uchiha, her eyes carry a quiet intensity that doesn't quite make it the rest of the way to her face. In fact, going by her facial expression alone it would generally be quite easy to assume she was always calm, but her eyes are her most prominent tell. Height: 5'5" || 165 Cm. Weight: 114 Lbs || 52 Kg. Eye Color: Electric Magenta. Hair Color & Style: Medium length, reaching to the lower shoulders, white, generally tied up in a ponytail.

Doujutsu: This skill allows the person to be proficient with their doujutsu and use it to it's fullest ability. Characters like these would be Sasuke, Danzo and Neji. Characters not like this would be Obito Uchiha and Hinata. This is reserved unless you have some sort of eye technique.
Level One Doujutsu: You understand the basics of your kekkei genkai. The needless amount of discipline, training and focus are well on their way towards the advancement. You are able to do D-rank, C-rank and a probable B-rank, which would be your trump card . You still make mistakes and that's all. You may have some D-rank and C-rank but you lack a bit of control on it and are starting to see through the mistakes

Since the amount of chakra is smaller, it is easier to master control over it. People with this skill are like, Itachi, Kakakshi and Orochimaru.
Basic Control: You have a understanding about the amount of chakra you put out but being a beginner, you have basic knowledge on the matter at hand. You're able a put forth little effort with basic techniques and a few C rank techniques.
||Personality| Overall Personality: At first glance, it's easy to mistake Saki for someone who is shy, or, if not that, at least 'distant'. Inherently a rather quiet individual in most circumstances, it is only around people and circumstances for which she has a strong personal connection that she becomes truly outspoken. More often than not, Saki is the type of individual to think before she speaks, but that isn't to say that she's exceptionally polite. Though she 'can' be polite, and frequently is, her thoughtful manner of speaking can be just as keenly used for cutting or cruel comments with perfect timing. Luckily, her social graces include knowing when to keep her mouth shut or smooth things over with a few well-chosen words, so this rarely gets out of hand. As an individual used to taunts and teasing, Saki is remarkably disciplined at controlling herself when faced with these. It's not that they don't effect her, but she's gotten to the point where she simply refuses to let people know just how much teasing can hurt. To the few she opens herself up to, Saki is just as thoughtful as always, but in a more genuine manner. She'll bicker and argue and tussle with her friends, but there's generally a lack of venom to any scathing exchanges. This is, perhaps, a response to a fear of abandonment... or perhaps Saki is just born that way, and the reasoning really doesn't concern her too much. When it comes to fighting, a clear head and decisive actions are Saki's trademarks. She keeps her cool, and even though her abilities may not always be up to the task, approaches the issue with a 'focus on the solution, not the problem' mentality. This carries over into her day-to-day interactions with people, though even she can be worn down and frustrated by events. After all, nobody's perfect, and she'd be the last one to argue the point. The sun's not yet on the horizon ~ - Spoiler:
Perhaps it was fate. Perhaps it was chance. Perhaps it was only the darkness of the night, as a child was born in the whee hours of the morning. Was something wrong with it? Was it unhealthy? Sick? Cursed? A parent could only wonder at such a child, it's skin as pale as the purest white silk. Would this go away? An inspection from a family doctor - well, perhaps not family, but an individual nonetheless of the same heritage, - confirmed that it would not. The condition would be for life, but it did not mean anything was wrong with the newborn child. It merely... was what it was. An oddity, but nothing more.
Becoming an infant, her eyes opened. They were red. No, not red... but pink, of the dark sort that could resemble red when viewed in poor lighting. Her hair came in, as white as her skin - another oddity among a clan of dark haired individuals. This made her stand out, and by the time her parents had thought to disguise it with dyes, it was too late. The child, grown into a toddler, had been exposed to her peers. Her strangeness - in appearance, as she was not a particularly odd child in temperament, perhaps a little quieter than most, but still full of youthful inquisitiveness - had isolated her from what would have been her friends. What would have been her deepest connection, binding her in friendship as it did in blood to the clan of Uchiha, had become her hidden shame. She would cry at the hurtful things that the others would say, but only when she was alone - never when they could see.
Isolated as she was, intent on achieving acceptance, a child really only had two choices to make. They could excel, exceed their peers and by their talent prove themselves... or they could rebel, renouncing what they wanted most as useless while they secretly wished that, if only for a moment, it could be theirs. The ambitious blood of the Uchiha running in her veins, Saki resorted to both paths, throwing herself fullheartedly into training from the time she was old enough to steadily walk. At the same time, she began subtle probes, playing a trick here, upstaging a cousin there, and occasionally losing her temper and throwing tantrums just to see if there was anyone at all that cared enough to comfort her, or at least respond.
The clock was ticking. It would be morning soon.
As Saki began to grow older, she became a precocious child, more and more aware of the world around her. She came to understand that her parents, who she had always merely seen as her parents - enormous figures in their own right - were more than just that. Her father was known as the 'Righteous Comet', renowned for his nearly flawless mission record and strange way of combining flame-based ninjutsu with taijutsu. Her mother, who had always sang to her as a child, was, as well as being a talented kunoichi, in fact something of a minor idol in the sun country, renowned for her grace as much as her crystal clear singing voice and lively, yet subdued personality.
With that understanding came a greater appreciation, and she endeavoured to become like they were; a great shinobi like her father, and a beautiful person like her mother. Part of her knew that could never happen, with her eyes that people do often described as 'creepy', and her naturally quiet, intense voice, but... there was more to it than looks, right?
~ Ah, is this another part of the prologue, or does the story start here? The first rays of light.~ - Spoiler:
Things change with time. It is inevitable as the rise and fall of the sun. Konoha's will of fire could not allow stagnation and the abandonment of dreams, nor would it's shinobi have it any other way. Of course, that meant, from time to time, sacrifices must be made. Trouble was stirring quietly in the countries of wind and lightning, and a small group was selected to investigate this. Among them were Saki's parents and those of Uzumaki Kirima, who would later become Saki's rival and closest friend.
It was a relatively simple mission, simple reconnaisance, and no action was intended to be made yet regarding the disturbances. None of the individuals sent out returned, and the officials in those countries denied that they had ever seen them there in the first place. The disturbances died down and the investigation was laid to rest, but Saki's intention to know the truth of what had happened was not. She was still a small child at the time, but she still felt a greater sense of anger at those who had hidden the truth than grief at her parent's death. Perhaps that was wrong - it would have been more accurate to say that she had buried her grief in her frustrations, venting it by relentlessly pushing herself harder in her training. Someday I will become a true shinobi, like my father was, and I will find out the truth of what really happened.
Saki's beliefs were not shared by many in her clan, many of who had not been particularly fond of Koshi, and accused him of cowardice. He must have run into something dangerous, been unwilling to risk himself for the sake of the mission, and deserted, they asserted. After all, an Uchiha did not simply fail and leave behind no corpse, taking none of their enemies down with them. There was no other logical conclusion to be made, they asserted. The assertions, regardless of whether they were true or not, stuck. Though some of her clanmates sympathized with Saki for the loss of her parents, there were few who believed her that it simply wasn't true. After all, she was just a child with no experience, what could she know of how the world worked? That same year, Saki enrolled herself in the academy.
While there, Saki met an individual who's fate was tied to her own. Kirima, who had also lost her parents in that event, was also attending, and had even been assigned to the same class. Saki's introspective nature and Kirima's laid back troublemaking one did not mesh well at all. By the end of the day, a fight had broken out and weapons had gotten involved. A short while afterwards, both students were submitted into the hospital. Oddly enough, the friction that had existed before dissipated there, and after talking for a while - being restrained so they couldn't get in a fight again didn't hurt - they each came to a greater appreciation of the other's situation. While they still had their differences and disagreements, both Saki and Kirima had come to an understanding. For Saki, it was her first real connection to 'friendship'.
Years passed, her time in the academy flying by as if it was nothing. With her newfound friend, training, and schoolwork to keep her mind occupied, she had little time to feel sorry for herself. Though she technically lived with some of her cousins who ran a small inn in the village, she spent as much time wandering the village with her friend as she did at home. Though reluctant to cause trouble herself, Saki's thoughtful manner of approaching things, a contrast to Kirima's, lead the pair into more trouble than she would have liked. Somehow, though, they always managed to get out of being punished too severely, so it was okay. Though from time to time she struggled with a feeling of emptiness left behind by her parent's absence - she refused to either accept or deny that they were dead - these were as close to happy days for her as she was going to get.
Finally, the time for examinations came. To her eyes, her naturally talented friend didn't seem much to care, but for Saki, it was serious. Limitting her personal time, she threw herself again fullheartedly into her training and studies that she had been approaching halfheartedly. Does it even need mentioning that she managed to pass and graduate? What was left... was finding herself a sensei that would be willing to take her. After all, a Genin without a sensei was still just a student, right?
