Description: The user performs the necessary hand signals to focus their chakra into the body of the target by doing so, it greatly and rapidly forms blood clots to close the wound, and then if the user focuses more chakra into the transfere, it can begin to form muscle tissue. and if they focus more, the can even return skin cells. By doing so, the user can restore some chakra to the target and repair injuries based on rank. the higher the rank, the deeper the wound it heals. This technique is not capable of returning the dead back to life.

Description: The user performs the necessary hand signals, and causes the wind to increase in a tornado similar style. No tornado is created, but the gusts of winds slash at enemies like knives. The higher the rank, the stronger the gusts are, the more they hurt, and the more enemies they target.

As long as I can train for more at a later date, Yes. this is my list. (Sorry, I really wanna use that jutsu lol) If I can train, Approval would be AWESOME! lol

Well, the main thing I'd like to know is how this jutsu exactly heals injuries. An example would be like the Mystical Palm Technique that Sakura and Tsunade utilize speeds up the healing process by inserting chakra but all I'm seeing is that you're inserting chakra into the patient's body, which would at most, replenish energy but not injuries.

Overview: All you need to do is explain what the chakra is doing to the victim to heal the body.

Also, I failed to notice this before but Im a bit confused on what "X chakra per post" means, if you mean that they gain a certain amount of chakra per post, that probably won't fly for two reasons, the first being that chakra isnt measured by a single number but rather by rank (S, A, B, C, D, E) and the second reason being that, unless you put it a drawback such as it costs you the exact same chakra you're giving, it won't really fly.

I removed the chakra use per post, I apologize for that, I'm used to Ultimate Shinobi's system. Secondly, to describe the "X post for full" thing, I added that it has to be focused, if it's no focused, it just scabs over the wound. it doesn't repair any muscle damage or replace the skin. It seals the wound so that it doesn't bleed out. if muscle damage is restored, the target doesn't get the pain from normal muscle tear. if the skin is repaired then there is no evidence of the injury. I'll make sure I add this info to the jutsu. I also fixed the elemental jutsu and those will be my two C rank I would imagine. I don't desire any D rank currently.
