Description/Abilities:Since his main specialty is Taijutsu, once the weights are removed, Strength and speed are doubled. The weights are 300 pounds, twice his weight. Since bodyweight changes, Mitsu will constantly adjust the weights to stay double his own as his own weight changes. The weights are made of the same materials as his suit. This means that the smallest holes can stretch to very large ones, meaning bones created will not rip them.

History: The very first day Mitsu entered the academy, he knew he had to prove his worth. So he took some of the money he had from his parents after they died and used them to buy weights. He almost never took them off, and added to the weights slowly as he grew stronger and grew in weight. Soon enough, he was wearing almost double his body weight. Then he took about a week to control his speed without weights, placing them back on after each day so not to get used to not having them. Once he had gotten to the point to where he could carry a bit more than twice his weight, all that was needed was to weigh himself every so often and keep the weights to the correct pound to keep that statement true. He has done severe training with and without the weights, and is able to handle the increase in speed and strength without them.

Appearance: They are made of special materials to be small, but heavy. They are black in color and generally aren't very noticeable since they look like sweatbands, blending with his jumpsuit.

Would help if you stated just how much they each weigh.
How much do the weights affect your speed when they are on and off?

Try giving at least a good paragraph of description and history. Even though I know they're just weights.

She's saying that despite the fact that it's already explained, you still need to give a detailed explanation on the application for professionalism so you will need at least a solid paragraph in the description explaining the exact pounds of your weights (Which has to equal to exactly twice your body weight if you want double speed/strength) and your history requires at least 150 words of your history, which should explain how you got them, why you got them, when you got them, etc.

Description/Abilities: It is an average quiver, which holds Mitsu's arrows which were specially made. There are four straps total. Two which can strap onto Mitsu's leg, and the other two which can warp around his waist and shoulder to keep on his back. The quiver has a rectangular shape, and can hold up to 50 arrows.

History: After Mitsu had visited the fletcher and blacksmith about his arrows, he left off to the leather maker, and asked for a white leather quiver to carry with him. He had also asked that the quiver bear his clan's symbol upon it. Mitsu also asked that it be able to not only be able to be secured to his back, but upon his leg as well, with a second set of straps, and that it hold at least 50 arrows, and be rectangular in shape. They had looked over a few designs together, along with any possible patterns he may have wanted, which had had requested none as long as it met his primary requests. So the leather maker got to work on his quiver, placing the symbol in black as he requested, along with tribal patterns along the edges. Mitsu thanked the leather maker for making such a wonderful piece of equipment and for a job well done.

Description/Abilities: There are two kinds of arrows. One is like any other arrow, except it is ration chakra conductive, especially the arrowhead. The second, which has the same arrow head, has a metal coating which is conductive especially to ration chakra as well. The wood arrows can hold up to D rank of lightning chakra, while the metal arrow can hold up to a B rank amount of chakra, but usually takes in C rank. Wooden arrows, being lighter, can travel farther (50 meters), but have a kill range up to twenty meters. The Metal arrows, being heavier, fly shorter (45 meters), But have a kill range of 30 meters. When infused with ration chakra, it holds it in until the arrow head comes in contact with something. Once contact is made the chakra is released, in this case, ration chakra. D rank chakra will cause numbness to the affected area for one post. C rank chakra the limb is completely numb and has impaired movement for one post, followed by tingling sensations the next. B rank chakra completely paralyzes the person for one post with a few short muscle spasms, followed by numbness and impaired movement of the limb with very minor spasms the second post, and finally tingling sensations the third.

History:In order to fire a bow, you need arrows, so that is Mitsu did. Knowing a blacksmith in town, he talked to him about designing arrows that were specially made to be infused with ration chakra. The blacksmith suggested different types of designs, and Mitsu chose the arrowhead with the best aerodynamic properties for longer flight and greater speed, while still being able to kill the target. Mitsu hired him to be able to make the arrows whenever he needed them to be made, and promised he would be paid well. After Mitsu had offered to pay a portion of the price first, the blacksmith couldn't refuse, making him some arrows to try out to see if they worked well for him. Mitsu did, and asked him to be able to make fifty in total. Knowing he was being paid a portion first, he quickly made them and by the next day, Mitsu had his arrowheads. Then he went to a fletcher, whom he asked if he could supply a type of arrow body which conducted ration chakra better than other elemental chakra. The fletcher knew exactly what to do, and designed the arrows in two ways. One with a wooden frame, which would fly further , but shorten the kill range, and another with a metal casing, which made it more conductive to the ration chakra giving it hightened effects over the wooden ones, increasing the kill range, but decreasing the overall range of fire. Mitsu then talked to both the fletcher and blacksmith about working together with making his arrows, and he had 50 arrows of each kind made.
