Description: A Dragon by the named of Po who is living in the Bear Country has come under hard times. Being a somewhat fat and lazy creature it’s finding increasingly hard work collecting suitable amounts gold to add to its burgeoning horde. It’s just too much effort extorting the bullion personally so he’s been resorting to using cardboard cut outs of himself and the odd firework to cower them while he sits at home watching TV. It appears however they are catching on and Po’s worried that they are beginning to lose fear of him. He would sort this out personally but he’s a big fan of day time TV and doesn’t want to leave his well appointed cavern. In this light you have been hired to extort the gold for him with your village getting a generous share of the loot. He’s offered bonus if you put the fear of god into them so he can continue to munch on deep fried sheep and watch Jeri Spraenka all day for some time to come. Warning: Any attempts to harm the dragon, other then being highly foolish will invalidate the contract and cause the mission to be automatically failed.

Objective
Primary: Extort a suitably large amount of gold to add to the Dragon’s horde from indigenous population of the Bear Country

Secondary: Leave a lasting impression of the dragons power in the minds of the villagers to ensure they give generously in the future

At present amongst the world of the shibobi many things have been set in motion by humanity from the past and present towards future they wish to create, to each their own desires shaping what they see into what they want it to be. No different were the choices sent by the tools of the nations as children born and raised into weapons were sent by the wealthy and privilege to complete dangers missions to better serve their own needs, villages of the what was left great five nations were the heart of such operations, offering misguided truths about themselves. Izayoi Aki was among one of their greatest accomplish of the hidden leaf, another healer with the ability to almost cheat fate out of its twisted fun and nearly laugh at her servant, death’s face. He was a the third coming of Tsunade they said, noticing the striking resembles he grew though his childhood and hers. A young blonde blue eyed child with the drive to work harder then most at his age without the special blood line abilities that were often mistaken as brands to separate the elite and the common nin before giving the effort to test and prove themselves amongst the world. Even at the early age when graduation was just a corner stone throw away Aki knew his path as a medical specialist, giving everyone a second chance for life. His parents often symbolized this ideal for him, his mother that saved countless life's with a smile, his biological father that fought to protect the village as a fellow warrior and his other father that represent freedom of his heart rather then society's. He loved them dearly and vowed so long as his had them to protect nothing would stop his progress in his art, to return their kindness. But just like Tsunade before him tragic and reality broken the foundations of dreams, testing the limits a person would truly go for them. His parents died in cold blood and his naive vow to them shattered from failure at his first chunin exams, leaving this promising child into a shell of self loathing and pity. What remained of Aki was almost a porcelain doll that drifted inside and out of his own mind, playing with the linger tangling of actually reality. This was the first step towards his astonishing progress as nothing before had hinder him greater then his fear of failure and without it his progress once again took up a staggering rate in bringing him glory that he no longer cared about. Reaching his limit within the boarders of Konaho Aki left to venture out and discover the endless play ground that he knew was outside the leaf. He still took on the title and work habits of a ninja of course since it was a lot more promising for him to play his games while being outside the common folk’s abilities but now as a missing nin he could play with himself alone.

Today was a different type of play time for the LaVaeas as he would have to take a deeper interest in realism today and take a little vacation away from dream land, his finical stats was a bit of concerned lately with the current state of economics, now a days finding wealthy individuals to hire shady characters proved more difficult too as the number of legal ninja had increased in the past months and the once lost villages soon gaining back power and reputations. He did manage to find one though, a lone contact of Aki’s had told him of this easy going client that was looking for a person of more...disturbing interest then that of the common do good er of the great nations political circle, and since it had to be rather unknown to most of the public it was a chore to get someone of reputation to take it. Aki was lucky to have an experienced dealer on his side to get such a tip but also knew he could have been double crossed at any point. Still didn’t matter though the boy needed some cash in this world before being allowed to buy the ticket back to his. Setting off the next day the missing nin headed towards a city in the hidden land of bears where the rendezvous point this evening.

Aki had arrived to the country much earlier then he expected so he choose to better use his time and scout it as much of what he could find of interest, taking a view vital landscape he could find just to be a tourist for a little bit to kill time. He found...nothing, lots of tress, rocks, not many towns or people about, nothing really all that noticeable, aside from one thing that made Aki’s face just smile. A huge valley filled with a miasma, deadly too from the looks of the bones of animals and the lack of birds in this area. Aki couldn't help but feel a little trace of joy in finding this pocket of toxic rock vapor, putting on a small circular plug for his noise and mouth he ran down the cliff and took out a few veils to store the gasses and analyzing them for later time, the expert herbalist knew not to longer long in this area so it was last cap was filled and placed safely in his pouch he dashed back at the wall running, rushing back catching his breath. Looking at this gathering the medic new it was a sliver slot mine for future. Not long after allowing his lungs to gather oxygen again Aki was confronted by a ninja of with the head band from the hidden star, which he had never heard of before now rushing at him. “ Are you alright sir? I saw you down there, if you haven’t figured its a strong poison that would have killed you should you have been down there any longer and though you may need this” the random boy side before offering a pill capsule with what Aki would tell was a antidote for this type of toxin. “ Thanks” Aki said before killing the boy out right there with a kuni slashed at the throat and putting the pill in his bag, Aki’s face didn’t react to the blood spilled at him, it was as if it was second nature to soil himself in gore and murder as it no longer phased him. Stitching up the body and moving it with him to a discerning location outside the city he was suppose to meet this client. Aki rushed towards the restaurant with the hour ticking away from what appeared as though rushed by him. Finally arriving there with breath show how hard he tried to make it on time before walking over to the booth he was suppose to meet the strange.

“ Your late” the heavy coated man in shades proclaimed to the medic as he wiped away his parted lips from the cold meal he had while waiting “ Ya sorry my bad was out doing my own thing” “Very unprofessional, especially for you Izayoi Aki” “ Ya well can’t be helped now, lurks should have told you a little about me so it was to be expected” “ He has hence why I didn’t wait for you to eat, regardless I am still very interested have you on board with this task for my master” “ Master eh? What kind of task would this be?” “ Something that I cannot explain here...take this map and freely enter the cave that lurks at the mark here, its a fairly linear area so keep walking, once you see the flicking lights and start hearing voice you will see my master and he shall give you this mission” “ Flicking lights?...strange voices what the hell kind of person am I meeting?” “You’ll see soon enough his name is poe, I’m sure someone of your skills should be able to handle anything right?” “ Hmph fine” Aki said before getting up and taking heed towards the location drawn out for him. The Lavaeas first pact swain Mystearica followed in suit with Aki to try and offering some advice " Are you sure you should be handling such a odd mission yourself? even if your a missing nin this sinks of tricks, what if this a trap to kill you?" " Hey I've got to start some where don't I? might as well try something as dangerous as this to toughing me out right?" " You are start an odd ball this is a first time you've been on your own on a mission" " Oh well"

The cave was unnaturally large for such a heavily forested area where the wind was so hinder here. But never the less the Nin followed his instructions and went in to see what this “master” was all about. Aki only brought a single touch to carries less of a load before knowing what he actually needed to bring with Mystearica shaking her head in doubt of their safety, at least it was a longer lasting one that would hold out a good hour if it was really that deep. It wasn’t long though since from the moment he saw the odd flicker of blue and strange voices peering in his ear Aki knew he was about to see just who wanted him for the job. What the LaVaeas saw was unlike anything he had seen before!...a television... but not only that a MASSIVE TV that could have earlier been have this mountain itself " This is just too weird Aki...", his eyes glow with greet excitement...but that soon turned into dread as Aki saw what was on the other end of the watching that television, a dragon the ancient creatures of the old world that help unparalleled power as far as the he had ever seen this was the first of the long myth. The missing nin prepared himself to battle such a beast, though he would only find it in him to react first...he could not offered to make a single mistake about this foreigner . “ Who are you and what have you done with Poe!” Aki shouted in convincing himself to be brave while sweating a single drop stress down his face at what might have his largest mistake.

Aki could have never imagined seeing this massive beast from the ancient world appearing before him now as he did, the glowing amber from the reptilian eyes larger then most building's windows, the crossing intersections between the brilliant blue scales, that muscular of the body that took only ages to form and the the right gens, razor sharp teeth so fine that Aki could have easily mistaken them for mountain tops...what was even more amazing was the fact that from that odd sitting position and comfortable look upon the large monster’s face, it said to the medical expert that this great beast was enjoying his TV time like a person...”What?” Aki shouted to himself in disbelief at this scene, ok he admit the TV show he was watching was very entertaining and one that he himself could have been watching as well, How you met your mother. It was always funny and all but still this was rather odd. The dragon did indeed seem to be watching the good stuff and was very content about it too with the popcorn bowel to his side nearly empty and still the great lizard was not even paying attention to the missing nin or his adorable swain.

“ I don’t think his paying attention to you Aki he seems to be rather occupied with the show at the moment” “ I see that...but I really don’t believe it...I really want to at least see what the hell is going on but I’m not sure I want to interrupted his relaxation, since it would be rather troublesome to deal with a dragon power” “ No kidding, only legend has ever spoken of this specie's abilities and from I know back home its not good by any means, we best show some respect or we are dead” “ Ya...”. Aki went on trying to approaching the dragon slowly holding down his weapon back in front of his face. Then what happened next on the show? Lilly is was about to tell Marshal that her debut was what was keeping their interest so high, then came the commercial break “ Alright that seems to be enough for a bit” an old groaning voice said in a massive deep tone that shook the cave, from his resting position the master of this cavern quickly lashed onto Aki’s perfect body with his massive claws, slowly bringing the young human towards his face and leaving a giant imprint of his body in that stone floor where come from, Aki couldn't help but feel the end for him as now the dragon was showing the wrong interest in him. He didn’t want to fight without knowing how much of a threat this monster was so he just waiting for the opportunity to strike if he needed to and besides he was sure he would lose. The dragon brought his large golden eyes at Aki’s baby blue’s, narrowing at them very sinisterly with his nostrils vibrating open then closing, taking in the pleasant aroma he was letting off “ Hello there, so what bring you here little one, did you intend steal some gold with your magnetic charm?” The great beast beamed at the young nin before changing his expression to that of a seemingly cheerful expression and laughing lightly. Aki’s jaw just dropped a little as the stun of what had transpired, trying to get himself to settle with it, it didn’t take long for him to recompose himself to the situation but it was not any easier to understand “ Err.. well you see... I’m looking for...” “ Po and you found him” “ Your po?!!” Aki exclaimed in disbelief.

“ Yes I am and I'm sure your that Aki kid tom sent me to help with the tax collection this month” “Tax collect...Err never mind, yes I am Aki mind explaining a little more?” “ Well every month I receive a hefty amount of gold from the village that is close to my cave, just so i don’t kill them all and such” “ Ah...lovely” “ And to make sure they remember I tend to make an appearance before them every now and again and give them a good show of my power” “ Ok so I’m not getting what you want me for since that seems pretty much a solid way to get your money “ “ Well yes...however times have change and I’ve grown hectic with my...other duties so I've been using a cardboard copy of myself and a few fire works to...” “ You’ve gotten lazy and don’t want to get your own money...” the dragon took a step back with his massive gaze “ ...How did you guess?” “ Well frankly from you not even acknowledging me till your commercial started and from the imprint of your body in your nest it does not look like you’ve been there for quite a while and would rather watch TV then to do your own work” “...Your perceptive I’ve give you that but there is more to your mission I want, first off I want them to realize its MY power that is threatening to them, if they realize that I’ve gotten help by lesser beings then any creditability I have left will be gone, second I don't want most of them dead,I need them to produce enough money for my horde, understand?” “ I’m getting a picture buts whats in it for me?...wow that's a nice TV weird did u have it made?” “ Err... moving on... If you manage to pull this off before the the sun sets then I'll give you a large cut in the mouths load, so the more you get from them the more you get." The cut outs and fire works are hidden on the north side of the village in the forest behind a large rook with a passage deep underground”

The mighty dragon put the ninja down softy on the ground just before the commercial ended and his show had returned, Aki was tempted to actually watch it with him as well but was dragged out by Mystearica soon enough before slapping him on the top of the head with her wing, just to make sure he was paying attention to her and away from his day dreams “ Ouch, what was that for?” “ To make sure you where here, you realized that this is crazy helping out a dragon like this guy right? Fooling an entire village while not killing them is rather cruel For his own greed too, think about what they have to make to please him every mouth and what little they are left with afterwards” “...Ya I know it is.... But so what? frankly I don’t have a care some random town's needs” “ Aki! These are innocent people that haven’t done anything to you and!..” “ Please shut up with it Mystearica, we’ve been through this already and I’ve killed plenty of people already that I’ve never meet before this time won't be different and they get the chance to live...just not will, you gotta accept that I’ve already chosen to be a wanted criminal so that I can and will do what I want...I have to now...so lets just get it over with” Aki gaze went soft looking away from his pet, sightly tilting his head up at the sun so the water gaze of his stare was not visible and he could blame the sun " Aki...Fine...What are we going to do first” taking in a bit of a pause before inhaling a little Aki spoke again “ First off your going to hide yourself as one of this area’s common birds, make it a small type then start planting these explosive tags around the buildings that don’t seem to have a lot of people around or in them, make sure have them so no one notice’s them, while your at it memorize the land scape to so we know it better” “ What are you going to be doing? “ “Gotta pick something up first” With that the two of them continue to move down the routine till they came across a large stone amongst the flied of trees in which they would use as the point and then put the fire works there as well hidden underneath the large brush. Finding t he cave and putting the cut outs and fireworks closer to the entrance to be pulled out sooner.

Then Aki and mystearica went on their separate tasks, Aki moving around the village towards the location near that toxic mist filled valley to find the corpse of the man had killed while mystearical changing her form into a common bird, took the time to scout the inside layout of the village and secretly placing tags all along the dark allies and a few roof tops, one by one taking the large coil of tags her master had place around her feet and reduce it down slowly. As the LaVaeas Finished up with the departed person over his shoulder, the medical man hasten his return, also putting up a wire’s along the pathways he traveled between the two towns along side some basic traps such as firing knifes if the wires were trip or sending a large log over to smash someone too. After wards as the city was in distance view the LaVaeas gathered some odd herbs and fugi inside the large forests and placing them in his pack before setting off back to the spot behind the rook. Myrtearical was already there waiting for him “ What the hell is that for?” she pointed to the corpse “ You’ll see tehee” Aki began took at a portable mixer and some cinders, soon he started working his herbal magic, grinding the plants he gathered into a fine powered and placing it inside a mid sized vile with a pepper shaker top “ Poison?... won’t that kill them?” “ This is a mild toxin mixed with that valley air we fond before, with the simply plants here it would take longer to produce something like that so instead I’ve tried to created a simple powder agent that at best cause them a few really bad reactions like fever, itching, dizziness and create a few skin blotches with this food dye, tried to get blue to be the color that will show up on their skin” “ Won’t the local doctor recognized the symptoms from the local greenery around here?” “ The town’s people here don't spend a lot of time around that hidden ninja village remember? So the agent's symptoms there won’t be something their used and I'm betting they don't really have an advance medical progress, plus the dye in the color I’ve added will get them to freak out enough to not really worry about their knowledge, besides phase two will keep them busy long enough to fail to notice” “ I hope your right"
Aki took a good amount of time perfect the drug, trying it out on himself once before finishing it. The healing himself as not to be distracted for the next stage.

Aki finished his concoction and give it to his pet to on her leg strap, he instructed where to place it just over the town and start sprinkling, though she had to be just to be above the town and hiding the shaker will enough to not be seen but not too high other wise the light winds would prevent the poison from being evenly dispersed. Mytearica soared high in her fake form while flying over the whole town. Such a normal little city didn’t really have a need to worry about the ninja world and would pay for it. Mystical's part worked splendidly as the lightly covered blue was hardly notice amongst the brought blue sky and the awfully shine of the sun piercing down oh them, those that felt the contact of the tickling powder immediately felt itchy at first before they slowly felt the fever in come then dizziness. After wards the swan quickly rushed back at Aki giving him the signal, Aki quickly then fire off the first set of fire works to single the arrive of the dragon, where stage two of his plans will proceed and the villagers were feeling the good effects of his drug for an hour now.

The fireworks began working their magic, lighting the skies up with countless colors and patterns filling the though not as visible as it would during the night, it was just enough to send a lot of smoke effects to the skies which was a good thing considering that Aki didn’t know any fire style abilities. It was fine for the bright array of colors not being seen too well, he wanted them to fear the dragon not mark the arrival of festivity. The villagers all instantly turned over to the direction of the great signal seeing the massive cut out of the mighty ruler of this area, the sapphire dragon they had seen over and over each month to gather the money for his horde at their expense. However just as the dragon predicted, the villagers did not fear that cut out right away, in fact if anything they were slightly annoyed at the fact he had appeared just as it seemed as a odd epidemic was running across their home and infecting few with the odd symptoms that to them looked serious if not treated. But with the little time given to them from the number of people to the time in between when the symptoms of blue blotches and weakness in their system to now the great beast they all found annoying rather then scary, it was a lot of stress to handle and some panic, the weaker minded people started to run scared calling out the plague was caused by the dragon himself as a final judgment for their lack of respect while the rest of the majority merely thought if him appearing out of coincidence.

This time was different the dragon did not just appear then disappeared after the fireworks it remain there standing at a mild distance with the expression of anger frozen upon its large frame. Though thankfully the one thing the actually Po did in his show was make sure that the cut out’s location and appearance were far enough from the look out towers view to have them unable to fully see the image of the beast without it being slightly blurred to the average eyes, making it hard from them to make out the actually details of the rouse otherwise it be too easy for them to tell this perform apart from reality. The villagers faces were disgusted at the awfully timing that had come to them now, dealing with Po and now having the sickness curse them “ Dam Dragon what are you doing here?” “ Get lost we have enough to worry about” “Your money can wait if your get some this time” they all cried out in irritation at the cut out, Aki certain had his work cut out for him this time, signing at the task and its hard work before continuing, forming a quick few hand seals for one of the most basic ninjutsu around for ninja. He had already sent mystearica back out disguised as a different bird, with a mike and ear sets attached to her tiny ears with a secondary speaker attached to her neck, one with a stronger amplifier on a different channel for him to proceed with the act, all which blended in well enough with her feather patterns as not to be easily detected. He told her to fly around town, circle the points where the general location of the tags she placed where and help broadcast Aki's voices on high with the tiny amp on her neck to make it appear as the dragon's presence was everywhere. Forming the hand seal and disguising jutsu on himself, Aki shifting his vocal patterns to that of matching the dragon’s but not shifting his form entirely, he needed his actually hands to keep his cut out stable, so altering the basic jutsu slightly. “ SILENCE!” Aki roared into his mike on the different channel that would radiate towards amplify instead of his summon’s ear, “ You should be gratefully for my protection of your pathetic lands and instead you maggots act as though you are greater!! Fools do you all need not heed my warnings!! do you all doubt my power!!” Aki quickly changed channels after finishing, looking out from behind his hiding spot he tried to use his trained eyes to spot his bird “ Mysterica where’s the first tags?” “ Outside the northern part of the town closets to you” the villagers all gasped at each other at the dragon’s warning “ you didn’t cause this! did you?” an villager elder screamed out “ Ya stop trying to take credit for our bad luck” “ Haha...fools”

Aki’s laughed in his false act before setting off an explosive tag where it was near a building, setting the wooden structure ablaze before it busted down a large portion of the building that it was attached to crashing down with everyone's screams drowning at the fire's crackling. Most of the poor people there managed to escaped the burning building with few cuts and bruise from the debris, only a single man was crushed by the blast, the rest of the villagers tried to put out the fire while cursing Poe’s name but with the limit amount of people not sick it was not easy. “ Quick we need a runner to the hidden star! Quick call for reinforcements” “

I’m gone” the runner said sprinting as fast as he could towards the sea of trees “ Aki their sending a runner out! “ the swan said out “ perfect...” the missing nin thought as the running hasten his path towards the village close by. Seeing the sea of trees so close the young man thoughts were only of the purest intention of saving his town only to step on a paper bomb and find his body shatter throughout the forest entrails. Back in the village the people notice the strange explosion set off where they had sent their scout while at the same time hearing Aki’s still pretending to be Poe’s voice laughing again before setting off two other blast in the town that caused more havoc “ Think you can find help? From ME?!! HAHAH!!!”. This moment would be the turning point for Aki's light to really fade, the finishing strike extinguish the hope the villagers may have from fear, using the corpse he gathered earlier next to him and performing the next string of hand seals the medical expert brought the rotting corpse to life, placing it with a paper bomb before throwing out into the filed for the villagers to see, Aki to using his chakra controlled the living corpse to slowly try and move towards the village, limping, stumbling towards them very life like with a expression so real that bagged for helped, its hand held out trying to reach salvation right in front of their eyes, a young child ran out trying to bring the poor man in but before long the LaVaeas lite the tag up and again scattering another body into pieces right at his victims door step. The young girl stopped and was dragged away by her parents as the gruesome scene finally sank in them, no one could help them now... " I see, so that was why he brought that corpse for, to make it look like their last hope was worthless...hmm Aki how much of your mind have you twisted? crushing their homes and now hope?" mystearica thought. Aki then lite another paper note up after before sending an electrical charge streaming though the skies, gathering up the darkness above before striking harmless at the ground around the villagers. As the bolt of lightning hit the earth each of the common folk screamed and fell to their knees, even the sick were just at their best trying to pay homage of the great beast “ Oh...OH please forgive us great lord” “ Please show mercy!!” “ HAHA very well you know my conditions, when it has been done your suffering shall end, remember this day well..". With that aki sent a large rain shower amongst the skies with his chakra and left hand seals towards the fires to douse them and to create his escape with his paper dragon and fire works, Mystercia also returned to her master before both rushed back into the cave when the shower ended. The dark clouds receded, fire's put out and the damage had been done, several homes of the people were heavily damaged, the cold water made it unpleasant to stand outside, few people were physical harmed but those that were very much so near crippled for life and worse the sickness of Aki's drug didn't look like it was getting any better, even after the " Dragon" their were still new people being caught in the illness. They shall never know they would be ok if left alone. The villager's arrogance turned to fear, their once thought imaginary and harmless dragon now turned out to be a nightmare from a world before of pleasant dreams.

The villagers all tried to rush and gathered all the gold and variables that had to offer this month, only leaving the clothing on their backs and the food in their storage before rushing over to the great cavern and poured it into and in front of it “ Tha..thank you for spearing us, again please forgive us for our Impudence and please forgive us aga..in " the acting leader of the group sad before rushing down to bow his head.

Deep inside the cave after the villagers said their apologizes the real Po glared at them with his powerfully eyes with the smoke boiling out of his noise that scared them all off as he laughed in joy. Aki had already returned to his meeting point behind the great beast as the ancient reptilian hugged the large pile of gold “ Wow I haven’t seen this much gold in a while and their faces...they haven’t looked scared like that in a while what did you do to them” Aki just stood there for a few seconds looking off at the nice little sun set that had already started just as the sky turned red and orange with fire and beauty “ Uhh hello?” “ Hmmm? Did you say something? Oh right just a few things here and there they should be showing you a great deal more respect sometime soon” “ Mahaha nicely done, and you made sure not to kill too many of them did you?” Aki smiled as he kept watching the sun set and his happy client " Yes many of them will be fine don't worry, even the next generation should remember today...As long as you keep up with the act" " I shall...you reward will be here tomorrow" , bring his prize inside while awaiting for Aki to take his prize, but Aki would take his time, just enjoying the peace and the chaos he created. Already sending his summon to deliver the cure to his drug much like how he delivered it before, the villagers would find their illness healed faster then expect, giving them less to worry about that medical issue and worrying about next months offering. The missing medical nin would just wait there till the next day before leaving with his reward, waiting and sitting on board his sleep back to dreams.
