| Name: The Missing Child Rank: D Custom Or generic: Generic Participants: x1 Genin, x1 Genin Team (Jounin Supervision Not Required)
Description: A young child has been reported as missing by his family. They currently have no idea where he might be at as both parents are low level civilians that have barely had any time to spend with their child (they're not even sure if it's a boy or a girl). The only person who might have had a clue as to where the child is is the older brother--unfortunately he's currently out on a mission and won't be back until the next week. There have been no sightings of the poor child either. The only thing you have to work with is a picture of the child, and it's easily noticeable that he's got extremely pale skin and is rather small for his age (five).
Since he's not a ninja the academy teachers can't tell you much and civilian school can only say that he's a quiet kid who's pretty frail. You need to find him within 24 hours or else his parents are going to be taken away for improper care of their children (his older brother's just a Genin at the age of 12).
Objective Primary: Find the right child within 24 hours.
Secondary: Do so within 12 hours.
ETFC IC: 24 Hours | OOC: 1 week

Hana was reading. A slight blush crept across her face as she read the romantic scene. It was between two characters Keira and Hakkai. She giggled slightly at the thought of the two characters FINALLY getting together after all that time. It made her teary eyed but the scene began to heat up.
Hakkai held Keira close and kissed her rosebud lips. Her chapstick made her taste of strawberries. Goku and Gojyo were in the other room. Sanzo was most likely in his own room smoking. Keira licked his lips becoming more daring. The young woman wanted her love to do show her how much he loved her tonight. She moved her hand into his fine black hair. He moved his into hers. His left eye was a dark green while his other was covered by a monacle. He was only twenty two. She was so much younger but she still loved him. Their age didn't matter to her. Perhaps to others but for now they had each other. The woman slid her hands under his shirt. He looked slightly surprised but began to do the same. After all, Hakkai wasn't the type to be impolite and make the first move. She gasped when-
Suddenly a bird flew through her open window and hit the wall next to her. Hana shrieked and realized it was a messenger pigeon. She walked over to it to make sure it was okay. It looked a bit dazed but otherwise unharmed. She took the note from his leg and read it. She needed to go and get a mission. It was D ranked. She sighed. Sure she'd gotten stronger but she was still stuck with D ranks. She hadn't even had much of a chance to go on bigger missions.
She got dressed nonetheless and took the dazed pigeon with her. She held the little bird in her right arm so her fox wouldn't get a hold of him. Kitsu was pretty big now. Much bigger than when she was a genin. He was nearly full grown now. He was still adorable. Though he was better trained now. Hana headed out the door and to the administration building.
Once there the hokage laid out the mission details about the kid. |

| Hana sighed as she headed out into the rain. The ANBU already got the information from close relatives and such. Though Hana decided to go to the public school just in case. The parents knew nothing of the boy. Perhaps his school desk did.
The rain poured down on Hana. Her hair and body were soaked. Her ninja gear was pressed to her body like a skin suit. Her hair was plastered to her face. Like wet cherry blossoms to a bough of a tree. She continued down the street. There wasn't anyone in sight. Hana kept a look out but she was sure the kid had a special place. Runaway's always went somewhere they thought was safe. Which meant, he would be in a secluded area, at someone's house, or hiding.
She entered the school building and to the office to see his records and see what his class number was. She didn't find anything out of the ordinary so she headed to the classroom. She talked to the teacher to find out information. There was only the info the ANBU already gathered. She then asked who his best friend was. The teacher hesitated and told her he died. He was a student that wanted to become a ninja. But his parents wouldn't let him so he then went on a mission by himself. Basically he followed a ninja team. He got himself killed basically but was put on the memorial stone.
Hana smirked. She told the teacher thanks and headed there. The little boy had only died about a month ago. The missing boy acted like nothing happened. But Hana knew for sure that he missed him terribly. With his older sibling gone there was worry and doubts. He obviously went to the memorial stone for safety, probably after a fight with his parents. |

| Hana headed to the memorial stone. There she didn't see any boy. So she looked around. Finally there was only one more place left. She walked to the memorial stone and looked behind it. There a small boy was huddled against it. He was soaked and shivering.
Hana sighed and went to go stand in front of him. "You're Jin right? And this is where you came to be with Yuri isn't it?" The little boy nodded silently. Hana sighed and pulled him into a hug. "You know. I've heard you've been really strong about this. But your brother is coming back. He's trained. And if the small chance of him does die. Well, he died for his village. YOu need to be proud of the fact. He died to protect you. Which means, you need to die to protect a loved one too. So you need to find someone to protect Jin."
Hana took almost an hour of coaxing the boy but she was finally able to get him to come with her. She finally brought him back to his family and sat them all down. They then had a long talk about making time for your kid and being there for him. Basically they got a lecture from a teenager. Though it was one that they needed. When Hana was finally done lecturing she headed to the Hokage's office and then back home to get something to eat and finish her book. |
