Chakra Control:
Advanced Control: You have understanding about the amount of chakra you place into your techniques. Techniques that require little to almost no focus, you have control over techniques from A-rank rank and below. The lower the technique, the better you save on chakra.

1. Mild Energy: The amount of energy you are able to pertain is about three post longer than most characters. Not only do you have more energy with endurance, you are able to last longer in fights and training meaning your taijutsu type training are lowered by 100 words

Intellect
Characters with this trait are generally smarter than your average shinobi, able to create excellent strategies and figure out how another's technique works faster than the typical ninja (Supplementary: Helps out Knowledge, Mental Processeses, Inventor, Herbalist, Diplomat)

Muscle fiber alterations.
Description: The person with this characteristic has had there muscle fibers altered and this allows them to have increased speed and strength. They are usually faster than any member of there own rank and can match up to someone of a rank higher than them. (Supplementary towards Kekkei Genkai type Body Modification)

Mitsu was born in Kirigakure, but lost his parents at a young age, five to be exact. He never asked how his parents died, and no one ever told him. He lived on his own for a time, not minding his lonliness. But what truly caused him inner turmoil was that the whole town resented him and thought him as a monster. His life could be somewhat comparable to that of Gaara's at his early age. Children made fun of him, adults scolded him, sometimes people would throw stones at him and he would be forced to run off into the woods. This caused him to be very careful when using his bloodline abilities around others. It had somehow been set in his mind that maybe if he tried to help people, they would accept him. A few times he had ended up saving strangers from a thug or two. Sure, the thugs ran off, but the person he saved would be terrified and he would get scared and run away, often hiding in the forest.

His aunt and uncle later decided to take him in at their home in Konoha once word of his parent's passings had reached them. That was where he had found his refuge and comfort in his life. He would sometimes leave the house and camp outside on his own, still fond of what was similar to where he spent most of his time. It was here he was able to see the stars, which took his interests quickly. He began to ask his aunt and uncle constantly about the stars, and he heard many stories about them, often before sleep. He took it on as a hobby of his from that point. Once old enough, he would go off on his own into the training grounds and stay there for a day or three. His aunt and uncle knew they couldn't just keep him there the whole time, so they let him do as he wanted. sadly, they were not of the family that possessed the bloodline, so everything he learned he learned on his own. He was fortunate to find scrolls in Konoha's archives from his old clan and they helped a great deal as well.

Mitsu was nine when he left Kirigakure with his relatives. He started ninja training while in Kirigakure at the age of eight, and continued his training at Konoha. It took so long for him to be admitted into the academy because he was seen as a monster, and parents resented him, wanting their children to steer clear of him as much as possible. Finally, the kage permitted him to stay as long as there were no 'incidents' of any kind. But thanks to the parents telling the children he was bad, he was ridiculed and left alone most of the time. There in Konoha, he was highly advanced with physical training techniques and did well with knowledge due to his tendancy to remember details. The other children were surprisingly intrigued by Mitsu's bloodline and rather than fear or shun him, the flocked around him, their attention held by his clan techniques.

The time Mitsu spent in the Ninja Academy was rather enjoyable for him, both because of the constant learning and the companionship provided by his friends. He absorbed any information like a sponge, causing him to graduate the academy with high marks, near the top of his class and at the age of fourteen he exited the Academy, ready to serve his village. He was sort of made fun of for being the eldest of his team, but it also gave him seniority, at least his first sensei said so. He had been transfered from team to team a few times and eventually got sick of it, asking the hokage to keep him out of team ordeals, mainly so he could focus on training. This actually benefited him, as he became equal to a chuunin quickly, then eventually got the marks for it to be official. Now he is serious about training and confident at what he already knows. He has had this dream of being able to find another of his bloodline, hopefully in Konoha. The rank would not matter to him, just being able to find someone like him. Stargazing used to be one of the few things that gave him comfort in life, and still is. He likes to lay back in a spot he found in the training grounds to watch the skies at night, often camping out.

Once he became a chuunin, he requested that he live out on his own in an apartment. His aunt and uncle respected his request and helped him pay the first few months rent until he had enough income to pay on his own. He then started to become more independent and grew a sense of justice quickly. He had done a small bit of traveling under the kage's permission and stopped a few thugs here and there, scaring the piss out of them with his bones. "The White Devil!" they would shout, and all the thugs would run away. word spread to other villages which he happened to be at during missions too. They guessed it was him, considering he wore an all white cloak. Even a few chuunin rank ninjas were sent after him, but they were taken care of. That really caused the word to spread, so he was called back to Konoha and to stay there, taking as little out-of-village missions as possible, which was a downer, considering most higher-rank missions involved leaving Konoha. His name was known throughout Konoha and villages around, but his description faded, so it seems more of a small legend or myth of some sort. He did enjoy the fame while it lasted though, so he kept the title for his own. He kind of enjoyed the whole 'mysterious hero' gig. But now that phase sort of passed but again, he kept the name.
