Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a splash of water.
* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/4 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows. Note however, that an elemental clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. Attempting to use a jutsu the clone no longer has enough chakra for will cause the bunshin to burst without the jutsu being performed.
- Will disperse after a single hit or upon the user's command.

Description:: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position with a splash of water and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they can travel up to but no more than 2 meters, and know exactly where they are going.

Description: : The user will start with a few handseals before being able to release a stream of bubbles from his mouth. These bubbles will shoot at good speed towards the target, and will explode upon contact causing them to flinch. A skilled Suiton user can make the bursting of those bubbles rather painful and more so with more chakra added. The bubbles will travel 50 feet in front of Aki before losing their momentum and pop away.

Description: The power of the lighting very strong, able to crush stone, wood, and burn away living matter. This powerfully bolt is able to burn through most rock and cutting though it while damaging metal of lower rank. It is discharge by Aki pointing his hand where he wants to fire it, it immediately shoots at when he wishes it, so after finishing the hand sighs he is able to store it in his hand and fire it when he wishes, it travels in a straight line very fast.The lightning will travel 30 feet in front of Aki despising into the air.

Description: Aki users and focuses his chakra to an area to being hit, he can begin the cell creation process the moment the area becomes injured and buffering reducing the damage with the old cells being pushed out by new ones rapid being regenerated from his body allowing Aki to defend against a lot of damage and began healing himself from excess injury. This ability to activate his cells and regenerating new ones. However the limitations of this it cannot be used to restore vital organs and still drains the amount of chakra uses, plus the cost splits evenly between regeneration and defense meaning that he can either defend half the damage and heal half, have no defense and just heal the site or just defend the site and not heal. He cannot fully buffer the damage and heal the cost. Costs a A rank point per post usage

How much damage can that do and how far can the bubbles travel?

i'm guessing the bubbles would damage like other jutsu's of their rank so like a D-C rank fireball be explanation enough? though it's be just like hard water hitting something compared to being burned. they shall travle 50 feet

Mizu Shunshin no Jutsu- Reduce the distance drastically. Additonally Shunshin cannot be used in battle thus the jutsu becomes pointless.
