Mental Age:26 Gender:Male ||Appearance| General Appearance: Michio stands exactly at a height of 6 feet, [183 cm] weighing in at 183 pounds [83 kg] His frame is rather thin, accompanied by wiry muscles. His light gray hair reaches down his neck at the back and frames his face in messy locks that never seem to be able to stay the way they should be. The comb always has to admit defeat, leaving out only the possibility of using tons of gel. Which might not exactly be his first choice. His usual clothing consists of a white or gray shirt that's usually buttoned all the way up, or in a messy way when he oversleeps and has to be in a hurry, a tie of varying color and then a dark blue or black jacket over. His pants are generally dark dress plants or blue jeans. His eyes are a deep green, the color of life and forests . However, despite their color, they always hold a rather cold look within them, almost empty of emotion at most times. Behind the cold glare their is always the hidden burn of curiosity as the eyes which absorb any and all they come across. Although his eyes seem mostly void, the rare flare of emotion may appear when the feeling is particularly strong, these flares bringing more color to his eyes as they appear to be a flame within his iris. Insomnia
Description: Characters usually suffer from amnesia and usually terrible nightmares when they sleep. Also because of there brain activity being increased it becomes almost impossible to sleep meaning the bodies and minds of the experiments globalize and are able to thrive under lack of sleep for weeks and even possible months of no sleep. However after a time of one month if they have no sleep they will see a sharp decrease in mental function.

Due to a previous event, whether it is physical or mental trauma, character's with this trait cannot remember large parts of their memory (There is no levels 1, 2, 3. Your character just has memory lost)
The Master Elemental: Your element control has vastly been mastered. Your dominant element and your second element have been completely mastered that you are able to perform S-rank techniques and below for your dominant and A-rank techniques and below for your second. Your Third element (If obtain) you are able to learn techniques that are B-rank and lower.
A mental computer: You're able to process more and more information followed by quickly adjusting to it swiftly. You're able to obtain twice as much information as you could without any hassle but any more would certainly put your brain into overload. You have an understanding about this limit so you try not to go overboard.
3. Near-limitless Energy: The amount of energy almost seems, as stated, 'near-limitless' not feeling the ways of exhaustion and being able to hold your own seven post more than the average shinobi and you're muscles are way use to the amount of blood you draw to your muscles making taijutsu training much the easier. You're taijutsu type of training word count decreases by 500 words
3. Too many arms: It seems you have so many arms and legs because you move them so fast and so ridiculous. Doujutsu opponents have a very hard time looking at your arm and leg movements and it just seems you're moving your arms and legs like a blur.
3. A Spartan: Your body is insanely tone, you knew how to eat well, you train your body properly and on top of that, you're pushing yourself harder and harder as the days go on. Your strength has increase significantly. Your wounds heal quicker and you rarely, if ever get a small cold.(S-rank shinobi)

Raw Spedster: This is the peak performance of the general 'speedster' that taijutsu and kenjutsu users can obtain. Considered the nirvanna, raw speedsters have a general understanding of how fast they need to run in either short, mid and long distance. The most devastating of speed is short distances (sprints essentailly). At this point doujutsus will have a slight problem in dealing with Raw speedsters (unless the doujutsu user is a Raw Speedster themselves). But generally they can easily be percieved that this person used some type of teleportation or time space technique. In usual cases, these people in this category have to be aware of the limitations of what their bodies can do.
Intellect
Characters with this trait are generally smarter than your average shinobi, able to create excellent strategies and figure out how another's technique works faster than the typical ninja (Supplementary: Helps out Knowledge, Mental Processeses, Inventor, Herbalist, Diplomat)
||Personality| Overall Personality:Michio could only be defined as the trickster. He loves to play games, more so he loves to play games with other beings. A little extra chaos always makes the world a brighter place in his eyes. He has always been the prankster and the practical joker; although many find his jokes to be...less than funny. As such he is very sly and cunning so much so, that he often believes he can talk his way out of anything, but more often he only manages to talk himself into more trouble. Michio often enjoys games of any sort, but his stubborn nature often makes him more than unwilling to accept defeat and will often cheat or bewilder his opponent if it means Michio can walk away the victor. While never one to seek power for himself, Michio is attracted to those with power, both objects and people, be them demons or human. He never found interest in being the one with power, yet he has found that the most interesting things occur most often around those who posses it, thus he tends to attach himself to those with more power than himself. He deliberately cultivates an air of mystery about himself, keeping his actions unpredictable so that even those closest are often kept off-balance and guessing as to his next move. He tends to be random and seems to have a few screws loose. He is playful in the sadistic sense, pushing buttons of those around him, teasing them just to watch them react. Michio is exceedingly intelligent, able to deduce, think and often outwit those much older than he. Additionally, he is curious. Very curious. Too curious for his own good. In a world of missing nin where knowing the wrong thing could easily get you killed, his curiosity is perhaps his greatest enemy. He has this inner drive to know -everything- and secrets are truly the bane of his existence.Truth be told, despite his tendency to play the part of the Trickster, Michio is hardly evil. Charismatic, slightly manipulative and perhaps a bit sadistic, yet he has no true evil goals. Merely chaos is his only goal. More than any other aspect of his personality, Hiroshi seems to be eerily silent and unshakable calm. Even as the leader of the village, he is rooted with a deep sense of respect and doesnt often speak unless spoken to. Perhaps this respect is used to mask Hiroshi's deeply hidden perverted side, in his younger days he was not above peeping on the girls hot springs or reading 'naughty' books. On the rare occasions in which he does speak it is with upmost respect towards the person who he is speaking to and he usually does not speak unless it is required and will progress the situation somehow. He is a firm believer in actions over words and despite being the leader of the village, diplomacy isnt always his strongest skill because of that. However, there are also times where one may hear the occasional witty remark while in his presence.His calm is such that even in the most dangerous situations, she will have the most unshakable calm. To those around him it will seem as if he has no fear, no emotion at all, other than calm and cool confidence. Calm and quiet seems often to be the only thing anyone ever sees from him. Having learned at an early age the benefits of controlling his emotions. Over the course of his life, he has nearly perfected this art, only those who know him very well are able to glimpse the emotions which fuel any actions. Others will find it difficult, if not impossible to deem what he is feeling, as his body gives almost no notable signs unless he wishes it to. He also possesses the ability modify his viable personality for most social situations. This falling into place due to his ability to separate the different social situations and modify, or rather hide in an extent, his personality to fit each of the situations. Michio is an outrageously curious person, causing the simplest of things to be blown into a full scale fiasco merely because he put his nose in a place it did not belong. As such he greatly enjoys learning new things and living through new and unique experiences. He enjoys doing anything that may increase his knowledge base. He also finds. He finds delight in puzzles, seeking the solutions franticly and even after finishing them; he may do them several more times just to prove mastery over them Perhaps as a result of his aforementioned curiosity, Michio is extremely intelligent. One of the smartest minds within his previous order, he has been called as a Genius. But the ever modest one, Michio denies it. He knows, what he knows. He does not openly brag about his knowledge, nor does he openly give it away, preferring to only display said knowledge when needed. Largely due to his massive curiosity Michio seeks to always increase his knowledge base and because of such it is incredibly rare to find him without a book or scroll of which he will examine every character of in an attempt to gain any and all information from the material. "The world is the chessboard , the pieces are the phenomena of the Universe, the rules of the game are what we call the laws of Nature and the player on the other side is hidden from us” That simple statement describes Hiroshi’s outlook on life. The world is the board, it's shapes all fitting into the shape, it's environment effecting the people . People are the pieces, the hand moving them is guided by emotions, their motives never clean, pulled into play by primal desires. Any interaction with other's is dictated in strategy like a game of chess, every move in every situation is important. Battle even more so fits this mantra, every move made should be one planned stiffly, but with enough room left for adjustments as to compensate for unforseen events. "Predictability allows individuals to study a potential opponent, note their apparent strengths and weaknesses, and plan accordingly" is a phrase he lives by. He appears also to be extremely intelligent and a brilliant tactician who almost never seems to be prepared for any thinkable and unthinkable circumstances. Because of this aspect, he greatly enjoys games and puzzles of any kind. Although he may act indifferent to the feelings of others, underneath his calm and rather cold demeanor, Michio feels deeply for those around him. He always seems to go out of his way to solve the problems of others or help them with even the smallest task. In most situations, he is always kind and forgiving, that is, providing the circumstances are not to dark. He is often joyful and of light spirits despite the pressing matters of his rank within the village. He finds happiness among the small nuances of daily life and does his best to bring happiness to others with a calm smile. On the same token, Michio is a firm believer of right and wrong, although he knows there is a moral gray area, he only uses it as a last resort and will not stand for injustice towards any being without great cause.
Yet, there cannot be light without dark. While everyone sees the kind, calm side of Hiroshi; deep within him there is the indeed a source of darkness. Although he would never admit it, he is quite sadistic, especially when fighting, it is rare for him to not toy with an opponent and he finds a twisted joy in watching people squirm. It is only when he truly fights that anyone sees his dark side, to see the hate and anger of his past rise up and take their rightful seats in his mind. As often as he suppresses his darker side, it still comes bubbling to the surface in tense situations. .Striked Personality still in effect but it is not the active personality. Years after devastation, natural disaster and all sorts of disease had ravaged the land we know as the "world" today, a small group of people from the earth began to be born. They were however born at the wrong time on the shinobi timeline and were born during the time of constant strife and battle. These people were atheists in everyday and believed that they had no god, and believed that no sort of god exists within the world. They were not shunned during these early times of shinobi life, but rather ignored. There was no strong belief system yet, until shinobi began to make advancement in chakra powers. Generations began to grow stronger with proper breeding between strong individuals, clans had become chakra banks and power was now something that all clans were seeking to obtain no matter what. The small family of atheists began to become ignored and they began to become an outcast, lepers without spots if you will.
However they went into hiding and began to train and breed few members of their group. They were practicing the same thing that the 'religious' were practicing but in a different way. These group of people believed that the key to power was within ones self and external and purposeful manipulation of that was wrong. They did not breed and kill of weak children to become stronger, they only did so to protect the lineage of their clan. The group of atheists began to grow larger and larger, more suppressed by other clans due to the fact that they were of normal intelligence and abilities. So in retaliation of this widespread suppression the group of atheists unleashed their hidden power, a power of total human origin.
A young boy had been the chosen one for this jutsu at a young age. The group of atheists had created a certain teching, one that relies on the effect that chakra has against other humans. This system of chakra purification turned normal chakras into "Ki", a very pure source of chakra with abilities that would allow the atheists to "reject" chakra based attacks which would finally give them a weapon to work with. The only problem with this was that the "ki" took years to develop and it took time and talent. It was said that talent near impossible.The steps were certain breathing techniques that required a pure body to work under. This body had to be clean and pure without kekkei genkai, spirit, foreign seal, demon, or tailed beast. With this step completed the boy was trained into the arts of the inner ki, which purified chakra. The boy practiced until he was grown enough to start training . It turned out that this boys chakra levels were still extremely high for his age, even after the purification of his ki. He was the first success of the clan and the elders of the group of atheists from long ago were proud in him. The boy is who whom the world knows as Hiroshi
~Birth of Hiroshi~
e cool air of the late summer evening filled the air as Vera Tetsuya stood hugely pregnant surrounded by family members, all proud to see the her pregnant with the newest Tetsuya Clan member. Suddenly a gasp of surprise escaped from her lips, "Hikaru” She yelled over her joyous family members to her husband, Hikaru Teru, named after his great-great-great grandfather, ”It’s time!.....” Hikaru Tetsuya, who had been talking to a distant cousin about the village’s military force, suddenly rushed into movement’s at his wife’s call. He pushed his way through the crowd of family members as he made his way to his wife. Quickly Realizing what was going on, he scooped his wife up in his strong arms and carried her to the nearest medical facility, their child on the way and coming quickly.
Several Hours Later
Near midnight, after several hours of labor, the screams of a newborn baby erupted into the air of the small Hospital Room. After a few moments, a Medical Ninja, whose face was rather green, handed the small child to Hikaru. ”Your son………..” he said, his voice seeming to be filled with wonder, due to the fact that he had helped bring life into the world.
Looking down at his son, Hiikaru nestled the child in his arms, and spoke his voice also filled with amazement, ”My son…….my perfect son….” he turned as he felt his wife’s cool hands push weakly against his arm due to exhaustion , ”Let me…..let me see our son.” she said, weakly smiling as she put heavy emphasis on “our”.
Hikaru chuckled lightly as he carefully handed their son to his mother, putting him gently into the arms of his wife. ”He’s beautiful…..” she said lovingly as she gazed down at her ‘beautiful’ son as she held him up against her chest. After a long moment of silence, in which both new parent’s were staring down at their son, Vera looked up at her husband, ’What’s his name..?’ She asked, knowing what they had agreed upon and just wanting to hear her husband say the words. Hikaru spoke again, "Our son is Hiroshi Tetsuya"
After Birth
Since birth it wasn't long until Hiroshi learned the secrets of his clan and what abilities he was good at. His father had always wished for him to be the best, awaiting the day he was of age to begin learning so that one day he may not only follow in his footsteps but overcome him. Hiroshi was going to be the prodigy, the top fighter of the Teru clan whom could defeat anyone. With the name of his mother came the burden of the other clan whom had the last name of Takeshi. Due to the Raikage's wife, being she was a Takeshi from the opposite clan, anyone by the name of 'Takeshi' was normally treated differently.
When the time for the academy came around it became more apparent what life would be like having this last name. Some of the kids attempted to bully him a week or so after, telling him it was his relatives fault for the destruction of their village despite having no relation whatsoever. It was mostly from their parents influence and obvious that the children truthfully did not understand the circumstances that had occurred the day the destruction occurred. Word had not got out yet that these two clans, although having the same name, were related at all. Despite it all, Hiroshi easily stood up for himself and casted them aside since they were afraid of his more muscular size. His father had trained him to be like this even at such a young age, all to accomplish the goals he had for his son.
Overall, the academy years went fairly well with Hiroshi rising to the top; as expected. One thing that bothered him though was for once a girl had actually came to like him and he had thoughts of dating. However, due to his father, he had to deny and walk away in sorrow. The girl managed to see through and although Hiroshi attempted to sneak out when he could, his fathers teachings managed to stop him. Vera had seen this and managed to stop her husband to give their child some freedom, but Hikaru would allow it to happen and fought back that his training was important for the sake of their clan. A goal Hiroshi had to abide to to please his father.
Change of Time
As soon as Hiroshi graduated luck seemed to be more on his side as he and the girl whom had a crush on him seemed to be in the same team. At first Hikaru attempted to fight this and have him moved to another but due to his grades and skill compared to his teammates; the three of them made a rather perfect match. Leaving with a sigh, Hikaru allowed it to happen and thus the secret, well sorta, relationship between the two began; besides more training Hikaru had in store for his son.
Already learning to master various taijutsu forms because of his clan, his father decided to teach him lightning with aid from Vera. Vera, being a rather decent master of lightning and taijutsu, took a major part in his training now when Hikaru wasn't teaching him. This took up majorit of his time when he wasn't with the team, meaning less time for him the girl to spend together but she understood. They managed to buy some time during breaks or when Kaito was lucky enough to run errands for his family when they were busy.
Finally the time for the exams rolled around and in this time the relationship between the two began to truly spark to life. The first exam went by in no time but as the feared 'Forest of Death' rolled around, Hiroshi found more time to spend with his team. This meant he had more time to be with the girl as well, making the third member feel a bit like the third wheel. However, the third was not forgotten and thus Hiroshi and the girl made a promise to only spend majority of their time together when the third was asleep. This was just what they had done and at night it wasn't uncommon for the third to wake up to them two sleeping together when his night shift came around.
Completing the forest arc, the preliminaries eliminated other ninja, leaving only him and the girl. The third member was defeated sadly, leaving the others with the chance to go on to the final exam. Sadly the two soon had to part their ways and continue their training, hoping to meet a few times before the month was up. Hiroshi trained at home with his parents, going more in depth as he began to learn the processes of training; the major thing used in their clan. The training was more intense now, only a month to learn meant strict hours with his mother, father, and a few other members pf his clan. Hiroshi never truly got to talk to the girl during this time, mainly due to the fact she left the country to train with her own family.
The time of the exam finally came and thus his family believed Hiroshi was ready to take on even the top members of his clan. Everything was going from him, his father was extremely pleased as he even bragged about his son. With each fight brought more anticipation before finally the time came, but with it was something Hiroshi never wished to happen. His opponent was the girl he had spent time with, the last person he wished to fight. His parents saw this and immediately noticed the inner struggle as him and the girl fought. Hiroshi didn't wish to injure her, knowing very well he could end the fight in no time. As the fight dragged on, his father shouted as Hiroshi simply kept dodging. The girl knew what was happening, seeing the inner fight and what she would put Hiroshi through if he didn't fight back and was defeated. She forfeited. After Several matches, Hiroshi was promoted to Chuunin.
Chuunin:
His life as a Chunin was rather uneventful a few months after the exams. People cheered him on, congratulated him, talked all about him to his parents about how they should be proud and more. Hiroshi didn't care much though, he wished to keep learning. So his father began to find time to take his son on missions. The Hokage had noticed his skills and even requested his father teach him as much as he could. His father's friend in ANBU even aided with the intense training Hiroshi began to go through as well. Hiroshi learned a new element along with numerous jutsu for this and his old element. He became exceedingly skilled in ninjutsu and Taijutsu. This made him rather dangerous due to his abilities. His father's friend was the one to teach him this and spent a lot of time with him when his father couldn't. His mother also knew Taijutsu and even began to teach him what she knew as well. This was pretty much all he did when he wasn't doing missions with his parents. He didn't seem to have much of a life but he didn't care; his goals were to get in ANBU which was what he may be close to doing.
Anbu Years
Due to all his hard work and avoiding getting personal, Hiroshi found himself becoming a member in ANBU in no time. It felt like yesterday when he became a genin but had endured a lot over time. His mother was murdered on a mission, defining his persona, his father and father's friend pushed him beyond his limits many times over, and Hiroshi soon became a very important part of ANBU. He continued to go on missions and began to train himself more. He woke up early every morning just to train before work and then did so after. Soon enough he began to start to settle but was still on his game. He has been in ANBU for a long time now and thus has become closer to the members and the Hokage. Soon after progressing through ANBU, Hiroshi became close to the Hokage, his personal right hand as it were and it didnt take long for him to be promoted to the highest ranking personal body guard. He became closer and closer to the man, a student of his skills, a friend and a guardian until his death. After the death of the old Hokage, it was written that Hiroshi would step up to assume the position, much to his surprise
Kage Years:
Becoming Hokage was possibly the best thing to happen to Hiroshi. He quickly rose to popularity, and enacted many new policies that bettered Konoha as a whole. He did everything for his village, and was an active Hokage, participating in village activities whenever possible, when he wasn’t busy. Konoha entered a golden era, yet he sensed a threat loomed on the horizon and thus he has begun looking for a suitable student to pass on his techinque to, while running the village.
What the Hell Happened?:
Disappearing in the dead of night, Hiroshi awoke with no memory of what happened. He doesnt know what happened, he doesnt know who he is, his personality is fractured and a new identity has merged with a goal of chaos.
