Gender:Male||Appearance| General Appearance:Ebisu appears as a man very easily past his Seventies. His age is accompanied with the traditional marks of wrinkles, sun spots, etc. With his age comes his balding and white hair. He has a mustache and beard that is almost four inches long. His skin is a light pink and seems constantly sunburnt. His body is quite frail, often shaking while using his muscles. He can be seen wearing an orange yellow jacket with purple pants. He wears black shoes with worn out gold trimming. He has Red rimmed circular glasses and carries around a walking stick with a large turtle shell on his back. Ebisu is often seen smoking a pipe and/or carrying a fishing rod. He has a slight hunchback due to his age and walks fairly slowly. Height: 5’ 3”

||Personality| Overall Personality: He’s a mysterious, but funny old man that Ebisu. Often times his comedy is not intended, simply enough his actions as an elder man make him a riot with kindergarteners. He can be easily tempered if nudged the wrong way, but mostly is an understanding and kind old man. He does have a habit of talking far too much and leads to people disliking his company. Most of the time it’s about the fish he’s caught or his own history, however when he is asked about certain parts of his past, he gets a headache, almost like he is blocked by memory loss. He likes to pretend he has a fighting style, but when he attempts to use it, he simply falls over. It is clear that his body cannot keep up with this hyperactive attitude, but sometimes he can perform bits and pieces of martial arts. This begs the question, “Is he lying or simply a crazy old coot?” and it’s usually the latter. In a fight, he’d take a quick kung fu pose and then fall over. Perhaps, not even the pose. He likes to tell people he was born in Kusagakure before the First Shinobi World War, but people consider him to be a blabbering old man. His view on his own history is a bit obscure, but it will be explained as he sees it. He was born into a family of eight in a small town inside the Grass borderlines. There were no Shinobi, Samurai, warriors of any kind, none. The town had a zero tolerance for violence, so he grew up peacefully. Over time, the eight soon dwindled and he became an only child. It was very rare for many children to survive back then.
His teenager years have faded by what is assumed to be simple memory loss due to aging.
He remembers being a courier to other villages, but mainly Sunagakure. He resided there for some thirty years, but does not remember how he arrived there in the first place.
He has feint memories about traveling all across the world and can sometimes tell you about his various escapades. At around the age of 32, he visited Amegakure before it was led by Hanzo. He recalls seeing the massive walls bordering the city and an eeriness to their streets. Ebisu claims that he did not enjoy being a courier there and refused to take another mission there. The old man remembers something bad happening there, but has forgotten the exact details…
At one point, he returned to his hometown, but could find no trace of his parents or siblings. Even the graves seemed to have disappeared.
He knows he went to Otogakure at one point, that’s it.
Currently he resides in the streets of Konoha. For some reason Sunagakure had no longer need of his services. He claims the reason why he lives in Konoha now is because his last job asked him to come here and he didn’t feel like leaving.
Whether or not any of this history about him is true might be decided later on…
