Description: The user creates a small ball of electricity on the tip of each finger that she can shoot out at any time she wishes while the jutsu is active. (gets 10 shots max before having to be re-used, though if they have less then 10 fingers, they only get as many shots as how many fingers they have) These balls of electricity travel very quickly and fade after traveling a range of 10 meters. Each ball is able to cause a convulsion and a light burn when they strike the target.
