The wind is razor sharp and can scratch half an inch in metal. Kazu then uses it for close range battle, which is the only way it can be used. It lasts 3 turns, then has a cooldown of 2 turns. The claws are 5 inches long, starting from the tip of Kazu's fingers, and about half an inch wide. They aren't designed to seriously wound someone/thing, they are meant to only cause minor damage, for stalling and lagging the opponent.
