Abilities Gained:
After the Three Wise Monkeys bestow this onto a person, a permanent seal forms inside the user's chakra system that captures small amounts of energy over time. When the Form is utilised, this seal is opened and the stored up energy is released into the chakra network.

The following effects will occur:

The user's supply of chakra will intensify and grow, making their techniques more powerful (jutsu ranks are 'bumped up' by one to show the increased chakra use and extra power). To someone with the ability to see chakra (such as the Uchiha or Hyuuga) it appears as if the subject has been engulfed in golden flame. Those who cannot will initially see a shimmer, like heat in a desert, before the user begins their attack. The boost they gain is equal to the level they are at, so if the user was a B-Rank, their chakra would increase by a B ranked amount, essentially doubling their supply.

Their physical strength and stamina will rocket, so much so that they will be able to stop a punch or strike from a giant summon (such as Manda or Gamabunta) and even push back against it. In stat terms, the users current strength and stamina scores would go up by times five, with a cap at the Demolition Crew level of strength and Bruce Lee level of stamina.

Users will also temporarily gain the Raw Speedster special characteristic.

New jutsu will become available (see Other Effects).

Disadvantages:

Can only be active for a limited amount of posts (two to B-Ranks, four to A-Ranks and six to S-Ranks).

If it is still in use after that time period then after the Form is released, even if the fight is won, the user's muscles will tear themselves up and the chakra network system will collapse. Depending on the user's physical condition, this will either permanently cripple them, cripple them and send them into a irreversible coma or simply kill them outright. If they survive, in a coma or not, they will never be able to mould chakra again, nor will they be able to perform any strenuous activity without severe pain.

When leaving the Form (if they kept within the mentioned time limit) the user will be exhausted. To reflect the drain on their physical attributes, the Stats of the user will decrease until they get some rest. B-Ranks leaving the Form in time will be unable to mould chakra for several days and the body will need at least a weeks rest to recover with their stats each losing 30 points. A-Ranks leaving the Form with two posts to spare will be able to perform only C rank ninjutsu and genjutsu and below only and will lose 20 points off their stats. With one post to spare or just in time, they will be unable to use jutsu and will lose 40 points off each stat with the same rest periods needed as above. S-Ranks leaving with three posts to spare will be able to use C rank ninjutsu and genjutsu only and lose 20 points. With two spare posts they will only able to use D ranked jutsu and will lose 40 points. With one post spare or just in time, no jutsu can be used and 60 points will be lost upon leaving the Form, with two to three weeks needed to fully recover.

Before entering the Form, the user cannot use chakra for a set period of time, B-ranks for one and a half posts, A-Ranks one post and S-Ranks for half a post. Climbing trees and walking on water are still acceptable.

Due to the massive amount and intensity of the chakra, all ninjutsu and genjutsu are bumped up a rank to show chakra draw and power. As a result, All S ranked techniques are limited to a single use, A ranked limited to two or three times and B ranked limited to five or six times every time the Form is used. Taijutsu techniques and forms are not affected.

B-Ranked users suffer from a slightly diminished metal process, becoming highly aggressive to all nearby people and occasionally drooling. A-Ranked users keep most of their cognitive functions but are still more aggressive and cannot speak. S-Ranks keep all their mental functions and do not become more aggressive, but can only speak in short, monosyllabic sentences.

Other Effects:

Several physical changes occur when entering the Form, such as:
Excessive hair growth.
Eye colour changing to a luminous amber.
Finger nails hardening and growing razor sharp.
Growing fangs.
Growing a tail.
Hands and feet becoming more like a monkey's, becoming capable of more difficult tasks.

Other changes include a more aggressive attitude and loss of linguistic ability (occasional grunts and screeches not withstanding). Please consult the Disadvantages section for details on this.

The colour of the user's chakra also changes permanently to a golden yellowy colour. There are some who's chakra are almost ready made for this change (such as Yamazu's, who's chakra was the normal blue but flecked with gold and yellow).

Due to the increased chakra and physical change, new jutsu become available while in the Battle Form:

NOTE: This ability has nothing to do with Natural Chakra or Senjutsu. The only thing it shares with Sage Mode is the word Sage in the name, which comes from the people who use it (the Monkey Sage's) AND NOT FROM THE TECHNIQUE.

Though not completely necessary, it would make things easier in the future if you also translate this into posts. (Half a post, one post, etc.)

Yonbi Inmetsu Sen (Four Tail Destruction Beam) ~ Due to already having an S rank jutsu on your application, this one cannot be available to you until you reach the appropriate rank.

All right this is pretty strong, and to be honest it's going to need some moderation to make sure everything is fair. Not to say that it's OP but it's up there with strong techniques like gates. Not comparing this to Sage Mode, but I've gotta admit strength is on that level. I know this has nothing to do with natural energy or anything though. Here we go.

Abilities Gained
The strength level here is way way high. It's very high. If you look under Stats Explained, you'll find a description of all the stat point levels. I know you've worked in describing all you can about this, but lets not make this ranked based. Essentially that way it only grows stronger as you grow stronger, and due to our point based system here, you could be way stronger than any S Rank with this up. Pick a limit. For instance, I'd gauge your overall strength level (@ S rank) at around Atlas or Demolition crew. Of course by creating this "cap", that means as long as you're under S Rank it'll be weaker, so keep that in mind. This however prevents it from being OP though.

You also gotta explain where the chakra comes from. For instance, you gain an extreme amount of chakra if you open the gates. This is because everyone has that inherent amount of chakra in them, it's always there. However few have the talent to access that chakra. For a curse seal, it seems to turn all of the energy you have into power which makes it easier to use lots of techniques. See how the chakra comes from somewhere? Maybe yours has a seal or something that keeps that amount of chakra there and it builds over time? Or maybe the weapon that inherently has chakra in it?

The amount of chakra conjoined with the level of strength makes it pretty strong. With this level of strength and doubled chakra, and the way you explain the disadvantages makes me seem like the having all this strength acts against your body. This is confirmed when you say the chakra network could potentially collapse. Because of this, I don't think dexterity is a fair increase to your stats. With all this power surging through your body, it would be hard to control your muscles in a dexterous fashion. However, you would be able to move faster in long sprints (over 5m) in a linear direction. So I would have to kindly ask you to change that up for something like what I've suggested or another trait. You wouldn't lose your dexterity, but I just think it'd be hard for you to have increase that the way you explain it.

Disadvantages:
For something strong like this, even at S rank you'd be limited to about 6 posts. 9 posts is a lot considering that you have no limitations on entering this. Since your chakra supply increases, you can fight normally and then use this as a final trump. Not a lot of high ranking techniques give you that ability except something like 8 gates. So of course lower ranks should decrease accordingly.

We need some kind of percentage or chance factor on them losing out the chakra network/crippling them. For instance if you went two posts below limit, this wouldn't happen or if you went one post below you'd be crippled for this amount of time. Of course it might be dependent on how you use it, but at the same time we need some kind of base level weakness effect. Just give us a general description on what would happen to your body if you used it for X amount of posts at X Rank.

To conjure this amount of chakra up I'd say it take about of post of no ninjutsu or genjutsu, or anything that uses up chakra. Maybe at S rank it would take half a post.

Also due to all of this chakra/strength it seems that control comes hard. I think you'd be limited with ninjutsu/genjutsu or any technique that manipulates chakra in that fashion. Plus your techniques are apparently stronger. So I think a proper limit on ninjutsu use is in order. The way you weaknesses work, I think it'd be hard for you to push out A-S ranking techniques because your chakra is visible to the naked eye at some extent. Not to say that you can't use high level ninjutsu, but you might not be able to use them a lot or repeatedly.
