So you wish to be a mod? You want da powah?! You want to be in the know? You want to grade things and help the site? Are you ready for the workload? The stress? The drama sites normally contain? SAY NO MORE~

We will not appoint mods immediately. Oh no, we want to be sure you'll do your job, work hard, and not create drama in the staff lounge.

What we are looking for in personality. Yes, you can't be a mod without being professional. Personality traits: Unbiased, you can't just say someone can have something because you like them. Work, the mods have to work and be hard workers. You need to be level headed, getting worked up because you don't like a system or something isn't cool. You need to calm down and think things logically.

For Applicants:

1. You MUST have a good amount of free-time

2. If you get accepted into the position, please actually reply back telling us that you absolutely accept. I don't want to add you to the staff only to see that later on you don't even want to do it anymore.

3. No favoritism (applies more to custom and eval mods)

4. Must be familiar with the site’s Rules and Guides and must completely understand them. If you want to learn you'd better get someone to teach you and actually learn. You can't just get the position without working hard. If you are still learning and are working hard you will most likely get a mod position though probably start off small like with character sheets.

Evaluation Moderator: Responsible for reading and grading evaluation requests and locking the topics after. Also responsible for moving the graded topics to the 'Solved Topics' forum. Requirements: You must also make sure that the members requesting evals have properly followed the template and have titled their request appropriately as well. You must have time to read over topics. You must also be able to be unbiased and be a good rper.

Custom Shop Moderator: Responsible for handling the shop requests pertaining to the purchase and or selling of items, jutsu and equipment as well as mission and weekly payments. Shop Mods are also responsible for locking posts after approval and moving them to the appropriate forum thereafter. They are responsible for modding new customs like jutsu, equipment, animal/summons, and rare abilities.

Requirements:

Must be good in math or know how to handle a calculator.
Must know the shop guide and know how to change the money.
Must have good analytical and reasoning skills.
Must be realistic.
Must know the world of naruto and be caught up on the manga.

Character App Reviews newly submitted Character App Request, making sure that the person followed the correct template and filled it out properly. Also, makes sure that their history makes sense. Then you approve them, lock the topic, and add their starting money and update availability. Requirements: Must be willing to read through all apps and histories and must pay attention to availability

Technical Mods:
These Mods are basically the clean up crew. Their job is to move topics to the appropriate sections (ie: approved topics to the approved sections, old/untouched topics to the baskets.) and lock/delete topics. These Mods do not approve things, unless given permission, however they may voice their opinions. Requirements: Have good knowledge of how to use the forumotion tools.

Global Mods:
These Mods are basically the police of the Forum, their job is to watch over everything and make sure the site is running smoothly. Their Duties may include; moding Character/Jutsu/ect., watching over battles to make sure everything makes sense, moving topics, making sure the rules are followed. Requirements: Knowledge of the rules, an understanding of Jutsu, Jutsu Ranks, Ninja Ranks, ect. a knowledge of forum mechanics.

Battle/RP Mods:
These are required to read any questionable battles/ RPs to determine their accuracy. Requirements: Must be a very good RPer along with being very good at RPing fights.
