-In cheezy announcer voice- Thats right shinobi! I'm hosting an OOC Tounament right here! Players must fight to the death or until the other either surrenders or is unable to battle. But you gennin and chuunin need not worry! I will be separating the fights so that you are only fighting your own rank. That is...unless you feel brave enough to fight higher ranks!

Everyone will be fighting by the rules here. If you run out of chakra you LOSE. This is why I am doing this OOC, so people don't get upset that they lost their character from a tournament.

But now you are all probably wondering "But Sly, why would I enter a tournament just because you made one?" Well, that is a good question! But I indeed have an answer. You fight in my tournament and win, Make you an Item/weapon! And most of all, It's FREE! I mean, wouldn't fighting for it be enough payment? Each rank will get their own kind of weapon. Higher the rank, better the weapon, simple as that. Also you will be gaining money!! Simply post here if you wish to enter with the template at the bottom of this post. I will separate the ranks and post up the brackets once registration is complete. But you must act fast! The registration period is only until THIS SATURDAY!

Now you are also likely wondering what the arena will be. I can answer that too! Think the ring at the chuunin exams. Remember the walls that were extremely high? Well, those walls are here too! The ring is a circle and exactly 100 meters (328 feet) across (thats diameter for you math peeps) On the north side there is a 30 foot(9 meters) high tree, and branches do not begin until 5 feet(1.5 meters) up the trunk. On the East side of the ring, there is a pond that is 20 feet(6 meters) long, and 10 feet (3 meters) wide. The south end has a rocky terrain with boulders laying about, perfect for cover. Finally, the West side has a desert-like area, with plenty of sand. In the middle of the arena, it is simply a grassy circle which is 30 feet(9 meters) in diameter. The matches will start in the middle of the arena, and each ninja will start with exactly 10 feet (3 meters) from each other. You can do whatever you wish to the arena during the fight, repairs will be done afterwards (meaning, the arena will be like new each match)

Well, thats all for now! Let's have fun, and don't get mad at the other for winning, this is for fun, and for glory! May the best ninja win. OH!!! I almost forgot! I have ONE more rule! If you leave the arena, you LOSE! Just for those who might try to use the wall for cover.
