General Appearance: Gecko is the shortest of most of the Genin in his last. Many Genin had teased him about being short, and how he couldn't become a true shinobi. His right eye has a scar slanting down the side of his face because of him training with his dad, and blood gushed down his eye causing that remembrance of a mark being left in its place. Gecko eyes are a light green, and his hair is light brown. It hair style is more awkward than how normal shinobi had theres braided; His was very spiky all around, even on his hair line it was spiky and on the back was a long spiky pony tail in the back. Alot of other Genin would tease him about having a girl hairstyle but it didn't matter to Gecko because he had learned from his dad that hate on others would end up making you get killed by other shinobi. He had told him to just ignore those ignorant people. His facial expression is always confident, or determined because his biggest dream was to become the Kage of a village one day or to join Anbu and go to be a legend shinobi; That would have lots of other shinobi look down onto him instead of him having to look up to people. Gecko's outfit was based on red.

Gecko had everything red because he thought it marked the color of a warrior, and a soldier that could stand in fight until his last breath was up but that was just what Gecko thought. It wasn't a religion or nothing. On his arms were gloves that also marked his village symbol which was Konohagakure. The land of Fire. Gecko's clothes had got dirty and wet mostly because of the mud piles that happened from the rain in it. It took him over two days just to wash. Gecko collar was a grey long-neck collar that passed down from his neck to his arm pits. The grey long neck had also had grey belt buckles on it to easily strap it when he was going to get into a fight. Underneath his gloves were cloth tied around his arms. His pants matched his shirt, his gloves, and his pants. They all were red. On his right knee was his ninja pouch. It contained a kunai, and several shuriken. His Ninja sandles were dark black.

Overall Personality: Gecko, despite his kindness and compassion towards his subjects, shows little kindness towards his opponents except to say that he will not continue the chain of revenge by attacking their loved ones. He is a conundrum, who has proven too difficult for master psychologists to figure out, as they did in order to try defeating him. He is a passive person, not rushing into battle, nor demonstrating bloodlust, though he does not go so far as to be a pacifist, destroying without mercy all those who threaten him. These are the personalities that the Nara clan influenced onto him. It appears that, while he has shown emotions, he has no morals when completing his duty, a fact he has admitted himself, saying that they could not be allowed to encumber him if he was to be a good Shinobi. He himself has stated that he does all that is necessary, and shows his emotions freely, as he considers them necessary in order for him to remain "human", which is essential if he is to continue a long-lasting life.

He also appears to be greatly confident and calculating, showing unshakeable confidence that his attacks will defeat the opponent because his impeccable logic tells him so, though he has revised his opinion on the difficulty of the battle when his opponents reveal that they have tricked him. He also commonly tells his enemies what he thinks of the battle, giving his opinion on their strategy, abilities, and chances, as well as the merits and disadvantages of each side. This stops, however, if he considers the battle finished, which only happens when he has felt their power completely, or the decisive blows have been struck. He shows knowledge of when the battle is over, telling his opponents what he thinks their last ditch efforts will do, and assuring them that they will be remembered, and their efforts not completely in vain, unless they were overtly ridiculous.

Gecko is also paradoxical in the way he treats those beneath him. While he appears extremely kind, he has no qualms about building his society on the bones of the dissenters, seeking a stable environment, giving freedoms to those he believes will be wise in its usage. While he crushes everyone who is an opponent of society, or a necessary sacrifice in battle, and bases his priorities on the future, he also seems to shuffle his interests if petitioned, though the petitioners, if violent, are usually killed to keep the peace.

Mental Comprehension
Description: This character has increased mental capacity, being able to utilize the entirety of their brain. This allows for near instantaneous processing of information, along with complete and total recall of all information, much like a photographic memory

1. A mental laptop: You're able to prcess information well and fine but you can only hold on to long term information for a short while. It's not that you cannot learn more, your mind has to yet to condition itself to learn more and more information. You are able to grasp information and hold onto it, but you're not able to learn too much otherwise you'll begin to lose it.

2. A mental computer: You're able to process more and more information followed by quickly adjusting to it swiftly. You're able to obtain twice as much information as you could without any hassle but any more would certainly put your brain into overload. You have an understanding about this limit so you try not to go overboard.

3.A mental supercomputer: Your processing ability is almot par to none and is rare to achieve. Your ablity to quickly adjust followed by processing more information right after the adjustment is something natural to you. You are able to hold five times the amount of information are and you understand that you have a limit so you know not to go too far with processing.

You can't have 2 and 3 SC's. Because you have to be at LEAST chunin to get your secondary. You also can't have mastery over any yet. Please replace two of them with beginner SC's.

I know you pretty much tell of those being in your appearance. But I'd like to have exact height and weight in measurements. Also it just helps to have a short sentence or word for eye and hair color/style.

Other than that your app looks good to me. Fix it and you'll be approved.

I just want to clarify that if you do take high speed that you'll have to have taijutsu or weaponry as a spec later on.
