Well.... over half of my jutsu that I made relate to the sword's two elements in some way..... so I kinda need it at A-rank. I mean, if at A-rank it possesses its own abilities, i.e. chakra absorption, creation of an element, I don't see why I can't "create" fire from the blade and then "conduct" wind. Or can I....

The swords cannot create their own elements. Period. Swords do not have their own chakra capacity or chakra system, nor can they, since they are mere objects, combine the elements in certain forms to create and/or manipulate elements. If apply the elements to your sword YOURSELF, then you will be able to utilize the weapon as you want, but no. The sword cannot create its own elements like you are stating.

A D-Rank amount of chakra to produce fire and wind that can be used to throw ranges attacks for no additional cost at all. Now, creating lightning bolts is different than fire or wind. Theres a large amount of science that could be used to explain it in any way, shape, or form, or we could just say channeling Raiton chakra (lightning chakra) into the blade allows the user to fire lightning bolts out of the blade. Because the blade has lightning already in it due to the user.

So you're saying that I COULD essentially give my blade two conductive elements? Because that's what I was seeking the entire time, and I only had the fact that it could produce fire because of that. Also, there's plenty of science that could be equally used to allow production of fire..... such as air resistance and friction, although it would be much more difficult to move the sword.

Simply for the sake of roleplay, Im going to overlook the whole "A/S Rank" multiple element factor considering that, though there's no evidence supporting it, there's also no real evidence against it.

Since the elements now produce C ranks worth in damage, the chakra cost should match.

Though I understand your intentions, this needs to be reworded so that it doesn't seem like your freeing yourself of chakra cost, perhaps something along the lines of "The chakra cost is replaced with the jutsu's"

After these changes are made, your weapons are approvable.
