Darkness - the partial or total absence of light. From the darkness it has been read creatures are awakened. Monstrosities beyond human comprehension rise out, take form, and almost always devour the innocence of another being. They are meant to commit evil deeds from destroying small lives to entire villages with one foul swoop. In some cases even humans are seen as such creatures. With their shimmering metallic knives taking the form of a creatures claws and their eyes burning with violence; many fall before their feet. These people are commonly known as ninja, assassins, and even protectors of the village. Without violence there aren't ninja. Without violence there is also peace. So are our protectors so kind after all? In this kunoichi's mind; peace is simply absurd. A wasted quest when equilibrium should be sought instead. In her mind this is justice...



From the darkest edges of the forest a shadow manifested beneath an oak tree, its form taking shape before soon enough a woman stood amongst the trees. Her eyes, golden and full of life, searched the area for anymore inhabitants before she took off. She would head up into the tree tops as she went from branch to branch towards her goal - Konoha. She was a ninja from Kumo, Konoha's current enemy. Her mission - to infiltrate and capture a member of the Byakugan family. Due to the dangers involved the mission was marked S and said to be of high importance. She needed to get in and out without being seen; even if it meant murdering any who cross her path and disposing the bodies later. This explained the reason she carried a scroll - a good body hiding tool on her opinion. Maybe the lord Raikage would find any she murdered useful for experimentation.

In her village's eyes she was destined to be hero had she accomplished this task but to Konoha she was a threat that needed to be eliminated. Considering the fact she was once a Konoha nin she knew the village and a few of its inhabitants. She hoped to use this to her advantage...

Dressed like a horny school girl, Vera's tail feathers shook and bounced as the wind fondled her skirt. She wore no traditional ninja outfit even though she was a shinobi, and she loved wearing clothing that showed her marvelous body off. Her blouse had been tailored specifically to fit her shirt, allowing her breasts to fit perfectly inside what seemed to be two pockets made perfectly for the oversize pillows. Each strand of golden curly locks bounced in the village and her smooth skin complemented her vibrant appearance.

A school girl walking on a path to some location outside of the village? Her skirt was too short for these strong men. Normally someone as frail looking as her would have been raped by now. She was perfectly fine and not a scratch about her frame. As she strolled through the forest she soon recognized another presence, and simply ignored it for now. She removed the iPod headphones and tucked it away in some pocket that seemed to be too small. "I sure hope I reach Kumogakure safely. This S Rank mission might require me to use some special physical skills." She daunted. She knew she wasn't alone, and things would get interesting soon.

The shinobi moved swiftly through the trees, her footsteps coated with chakra to keep her feet silent as she loomed in the shadows. Not a breath seemed to escape her as she controlled anything escaping and entering her lungs. She did not wish to be heard nor spotted. Even her chakra signature was kept firmly low to that of a citizen. However, something seemed to go wrong. A female, one wearing a rather slutty shirt and skirt, came passing through her area. She had fallen still as she lurked in the shadows but the woman noticed her anyway. With her golden hues narrowing to that of a thoughtful wolf and her fingers twitching with the livelyhood of a kindled flame. Somehow, when two ninja of expertise knew each other was around, they had a knack of realizing it. Already Insignia knew she had to watch this woman closely. Although she held the appear of a slut she must have had some strength to her. Now it was a matter of how Insignia would go about this.

Within a few seconds of being spotted and becoming statue still; she soon moved to claim a weapon from her pouch. Her chakra, once hidden, now began to form little by little as it made its way towards her right hand. It was the hand which she moved to grab the tool. Knowing she couldn't slip by so easily - Insignia made a dash and pressed off the wood with a silenced leap. She manifested in the air behind the woman's right flank. Had she not noticed Insignia then Insig would have an easy attack for the woman's back. Even the sun was aimed correctly, allowing Insig to come at her without making a shadow. Excellent.

With a chakra charged tool in her right hand and Insig's left hand removing something else from her pockets; she dropped from the sky like a hawk on a snake.

What was the use of doing all that hiding if anyone could sense that chakra from a mile off? Vera had found her for a reason... She could sense chakra. So the moment she came within her sensory range, Vera knew immediately where she was. The rise in chakra and moving only made it more obviousand that much easier to spot. She was no weakling by any mark, and she was rather great as an opponent.

Using her senses she tracked her opponents movement through mid air. With her opponent stuck in an aerial position her moves in battle were limited severely. Vera sharply reached into her pouch and threw three shuriken at her body, aimed for the lot of her making it difficult to dodge. As she threw them, she moved back in a short hop, letting her skirt fly up and reveal a matching pair of panties dotted with flowers. Anyone watching from that angle would also catch a good view of something else.

She talked quickly as she moved back. "Ugly flat chested bitches like your self shouldn't attack like that!"

Insignia retrieved a smoke bomb from her pocket as the kunai came towards her. With her right hand was the readied tool, or tanto to be specific. With the kunai aimed for her "most" she could assume they were aimed in a straight vertical line pattern and thus merely swiped her knife to deflect the tools. Had any slipped by the would become lodged in her thick black attire and her arms. She heard no alternations to the kunai's pattern. Therefore nothing appeared to be added to these tools to create potential problems.

Seeing as how the woman turned, threw, and leaped back - she left room for Insignia to land. She threw the smoke bomb just before she had and landed in the dirt. With the woman's obvious ability to sense chakra she should sense that Insignia still had chakra charged in her right hand. Insignia's soles dug into the dirt the moment she hit the ground and she pushed off at a speed towards the woman. Her right hand with the knife was drawn back behind her side - ready to punch or slash into her as the other hand formed a chakra charging claw. In other words her left fingers were curled with chakra forming at the center. This left hand close to her side but nearer the front of her body. She was about to hit the woman straight on while remaining ready for any surprises.

Good good, smoke! She was trying well enough to put some presssure on her. Dealing with the shuriken was easy for anyone, but that's what it was intended to do. Vera didn't want to deal with opponents who stuck to the skies so she would have to bait the battle where she wanted to fight. This ninja seemed to be good at close range,or at least showed that she preferred it over other types of combat.

Vera's chest bounced slightly as she watched the smoke bomb unfold. She made her move while the smoke hit the ground so she was undercover, and quick move at that. The ninja dashing towards her would prove interesting. Vera watched with pretty blue eyes and stood her ground holding a kunai in front of her. She was in a defensive stance made to guard for dashing opponents. At this level of speed her opponent must have been putting her efforts into offense, not defense. She would make a move according to how her enemy reacted.

At this rate both hands were armed and ready to attack. Both were charged with chakra it was just a matter of which hand would the woman choose. One had a weapon but that doesn't mean the other hand was any less weaker or unsharpened. Insignia continued to concentrate on both as she watched the woman - her stance suggesting she was ready to take just about anything close range. She also had a readied kunai in one hand. What about the other? Arcadia couldn't sense when she was focused on her chakra control - it was near impossible. If she could though she would.

Insignia aimed a punch for the womans chest near her heart. If she tried to grab her hand she might have some trouble with the after effects or she just may get cut by the tanto. Depending how the woman reacted; Insignia's other hand would be used to either parry an attack or grab a hand. Elbows worked too. This all depended how the woman would strike, defend, or parry now if she didn't dodge. Of course Insignia was ready for anything and would land that blow into the woman's chest if allowed.

Too fast. Too fast. She had been charging up speed for a reason, a sure hit at that speed meant a lot of damage... She was skilled in close range nin-taijutsu, or at least she was confident in her abilities to manipulate the fight that way. Vera played much more of an obscure role in battle, well situational described it much more. Her ability to form a plan was quick and witty, and her opponent would realize it soon! She held a lot of power in those soft breasts of hers.

Her hand would fondle her inner organs and her heart and the inside of her sexy smooth body. However, her trick was so simple, even a cave man could figure it out. The clone body dissolved into a lacing blast of electricity. Raiton bunshin! Oh boy, how would she deal with all that electricity running over her body? Even kawarimi couldn't save her now.

Vera made her move from underground, and a tagged note would surface under her feet. She doubted she would notice it, well, more than likely being shocked with the force of an A rank jutsu and all.

Her charged hand was casted into the woman's body as the electricity within her hand extended outward towards her heart. She planned to electrocute the woman where it matters most. However the impact left a surprise as the woman's body suddenly puffed and released an electrical blast back. Although it came at her fast her electricity was already prepared and thus the two blasts collided. Unless her clone was C rank then the blast from the clone would harm her at least a little. Since she already had lightning chakra charged in both hands then her lightning would help neutralize a good portion of the blast from the woman's attack; it was C rank punches vs C - S rank clone. For the most part she would walk out of this with minor damage from electricity and the force which knocked her back.

She would slide a bit back before she pushed off her soles and did a twist in the air; landing a meter to her right and facing away from the lightning. Had the woman came at her she would have done some kick or something to counter or use her tanto to slash at her. Whatever it took to attack. She would wait maybe two seconds though and if she didn't see the woman around she would make a dash towards the forest while forming handsigns and keeping her senses alert. Soon enough she could take to the trees and fish the woman out if she didn't come after her.

As soon as the A Rank lightning element technique had gone off, Vera went into the next part of her plan. She appeared not too far away from where she originally as as the lightning ran through her opponents body. Using that time to her advantage, the stun would make it hard for her to move and the explosive note on her foot would explode. Meanwhile, she had prepared her next move properly and waited for her opponent to react.

Unless she decided to kawarimi, the explosion from the foot of her boot would cause her to loose her balance and open her self up to attack. She was making the wrong move by trying to save herself from using kawarimi instead of going ahead and negating the damage. It wasn't Vera's fault that the ugly bitch decided to make the incorrect move. She had spent 0 time trying to learn about Vera, but now Vera knew everything to know about her opponent.

Vera simply waited with her guard up, 5 meters from her original position. This fight was beginning to turn into a downhill run.

Things looked a little bad and rather than sticking around to take the hits she pulled the "fuck this shit im out" technique and got her ass out of there. A log replaced her spot but rather than just going poof without any back up, Insignia had placed an tag on the log as well. It was one of her special tags designed to release a blast of electricity to electrocute her foe. In a sense she was telling the woman to take back when she used on her. Insignia now had to deal with not only the consequence of the woman getting away and her ending up damaged but also the fact the woman knew her tactics. At least a few - she had more but still. Insig learned one thing though, the woman preferred deceiving moves over straight on hits. She preffered causing the foe to stumble and would use tools of various kinds to cause the opponent to stumble. Now the question was how Insignia would deal with this?

When Insignia appeared she stood at about 10 meters in the trees above. Her golden eyes glared down with a sort of inner, but focused, rage as she formed seals. From there a tap was heard on a branch nearby before a second set of seals was formed. Now the woman's world would grow black. Very very black. All light would fade away from view. How would the woman react to this? She may have been a sensor and the attack was costly and obvious but Insignia needed to test something. A shadow moved nearby, unseen from the woman's view and senses.

Obviously an illusion. If her memory served her correct it was a technique that only skilled genjutsu users could use, a technique that affected the sight only. However it seemed that this technique was more powerful than most, seeing that she wasn't too sure that she could depend on all of her senses. The Black Realm of Darkness technique was it? This one seemed to do more than just rob the user of sight... So maybe the ugly pig was trying hard with her techniques to defeat Vera. Either way, it was all useless before her eyes.

She stood there and didn't move. "The problem with your techniques is that you are too obvious. You aren't a ninja. Just another bitch without a plan. You're skilled in genjutsu, taijutsu and a bit of weaponry. Boy, I can read you like an open book." Vera smirked and bent a little, kicking the back of her skirt in the air. "Do you want to see what a real woman looks like? I'm sure your flat chest is nothing compared to the pair I have." She reached her hands under her breast and squeezed them tightly, making them pop.

The whole time she kept her guard up, but she wasn't serious. Genjutsu was useless if you could sense chakra. She would lie in wait and react accordingly. If her assumption was correct, this technique didn't create a genjutsu world on it's own, rather manipulated the plane of existing reality.

It was true, she was giving away a lot of who she was. In her next few moves this woman would probably know nearly everything about Insignia too. She only knew the woman was skilled with Raiton, a chakra sensor, and used appropriate ninja tactics; that's about it. She needed to leech more from the woman but was focused more on subduing her foe that learning more of the foe. Although it seemed this was the idea - to head in first, the art of war told otherwise. Drawing her foe near her though would be somewhat simple if she didn't move. So rather than taking the offense maybe it was time to switch. She had a few more things though.

From below the earth a body moved about - exploding tags in hand. She had about nine and with these nine she dispersed them beneath the ground around the woman's feet. She placed one at each cardinal point, one meter from the woman's feet. Then she moved two meters out to place four more around the woman. These were located two meters out but were in between each of the original four. Meanwhile, the real Insignia was taking the offensive again by dropping to the ground, digging her heels, and aiming for the woman. She would not make any direct attacks but rather would do "slide bys". The moment the Insignia below was nearing the area, the Insignia above was making her first attack towards the woman.

With her chakra charged tanto she made it to one meter at the womans right side before pivoting around to her behind, ducking down, and aiming to cut her heels. The Insig below would then begin to place the tags. The Insig above based her movements off the woman's, if she found a way to sense her coming through the chakra around her mind.
