Adept Climbers Having smaller size and lower weight makes them adept at climbing trees.

Speed Despite their large size for normal snakes King Cobra's are very fast and capable of moving one rank above their own. Even though they lack strength and crushing power they make it up in their ability to move quickly.

Agility These snakes have agility coupled with speed which allow them to move in close quarters efficiently. The speed allows them

Stealth and Senses These snakes are able to press deep into the ground to hide for striking. Their most notable senses are keen eyesight which can allow them see targets clearly up to 300m away. They also have a good sense of "smell" like all snakes.

Swimmers These snakes like other snakes can swim quickly.

Strike Distance These snakes have the ability to strike 2 meters of their own. This is due to stretching their body to the utmost lengths, adding 2 meters to their reach. This can only be done from a coiled position though. The strike is extremely fast and can be hard to react to if not prepared to move.

Communication The snakes use a form of mental communication primarily thanks to a seal designed by their leader, Medusa. Shihouin also can communicate with them via certain body/finger positions and he can understand their hissing which acts like morse code. They can also talk like normal people.

Sharingan All snakes gain the ability to cast genjutsu if their opponent looks in their eyes. Should be noted that their eyes do not change color for this. They can turn into a Sharingan eye to attract attention and for cosmetics.

Description: Focusing chakra into the body, a snake can increase the strength of their attacks. This can be used offensively or defensively to deflect kunai which would normally cause damage. It can also be used to hold down opponents.

Description: A technique where the snake will place small bits of chakra at their teeth. This gives the teeth an edge for attacking. A successful strike with this technique can make damage sightly heavier.

Description: The snake will pump a slight bit of chakra into the venom sacs. At D rank it can cause poison to flow out for about two meters. At C rank it can cause poison to come out at about four meters. When hit with it, the opponent will suffer minor symptoms. Snakes can use this during a bite to deliver more venom. D Rank increases effects by one post, C rank by two.

Description: A simple technique where the user will use its chakra to travel under the earth. By mixing the chakra with the dirt, they can travel quickly underground and also sense what is happening above with their senses. With this attack, a simple attack can turn into a surprise one since the ground is a blind spot in most cases.

Description: Using his ties to snakes, Shihouin will release a torrent of serpents from his mouth. This wave will rise and rush towards his target. Furthermore, when the inexhaustibly crawling snakes gather, they become a defensive wall. A powerful enough chakra wave can stop the network and destroy the snakes. Since the jutsu is simply a variant of the summoning he can control individual snakes and the lot of them. Though that can be difficult depending on the tactic at hand. He also must remain completely still while the 10m wide and 5m snakes come from his mouth. The Kuchiyose is essentially a mass summoning of D-E rank snakes. (E ranks being harmless in lethality)

Description: A jutsu where the multiple snakes concealed in one's sleeve (or mouth) are used for an unforeseen assault on an opponent. Higher rank whill weild stronger snakes.

Description: By increasing the amount of snakes summoned with the "Hidden Shadow Snake Hands," the diversity of this ninjutsu is increased!! The swarm of snakes appear quickly, each snake individually doing something like intimidating, diverting, or capturing the enemy in a cooperative attack.

Description: A special jutsu which Medusa (Queen of Snakes) created in her jealously of Orochimaru. If the white snake brings good fortune and rebirth, the black king cobra can only bring about never ending destruction and impureness. By forcing a massive chakra from the body, (Master Summoner required) the snakes integrated into the body can become a catalyst from a new one. One is reborn from their old body and can escape instantly. It is similar to the theory behind kawarimi, except can be done at any time, anywhere as long as the user has the chakra to do so. All damage is healed, except the chakra which takes a toll on the body. The skin can be even used to fool opponents for a small amount of time.

Description: These are fully grown snakes capable of considerable power. Two snakes can be summoned since they are not as big as one would think. Appearance:
Description: Medusa is the Queen of snakes capable of turning into a snake (original form) up to 6 meters (20 feet) long. Being as intelligent as any other person or even smarter, she usually assumes a human form in which she is comprised of her following of snakes of all ranks. Normally she only spends time with the contract holder since she cursed her husband for cheating on her. Her husband, Gorgon used to be the king of all snakes. He was able to conquer Medusa's genjutsu to stop from "turning to stone." Though he failed by falling way to her seductive tendencies, he remains strong. Due to his failure he has been imprisoned in a giant snake form the size of Manda. Normally controlling him requires sacrifices for his hungry attitude, but just having Medusa on his head makes him tame.
