After being tortured by the Hokage physically, mental torture was soon to come in the form of a small letter at his apartment door. A sadistic face had been painted on it in pen, a smile to show how crazy the Hokage was. Apparently he would need to put down acting field work in ANBU to resume a more open role as a sensei. He would still be considered ANBU by most, but move primarily as a normal Jounin. He had not been looking forward to teaching anything, until he found out that one of his students was none other than an Uchiha.

Ayame was a sensei, maybe Nasamea would be a sensei as well. It was only fitting that they become teachers. However, the bond between this particular student would run much thicker than teacher and student. Yori and Shihouin were cousins, family at the least. Though they lived separate lives, the Uchiha Blood within them would forever unite them. Shihouin would help him out, get his Sharingan going and allow him to grow strong. Who knows, maybe they could kill each other sometime in the future...

To further his Sharingan would require a lot of training and a lot of dangerous missions. If Shihouin tried hard enough, in this training session alone he could get him to open the first tomoe and achieve the ability to see chakra. No doubt, as it was for him the genin would walk away with some scars. The life of an Uchiha treaded more closely with death than most normal ninja. Yori would have to learn to walk such a thin line as if it were a massive trail.

He waitied for him on the training grounds, a note was dispatched to alert him to come as soon as possible. Shihouin would jump straight into training. If he was an Uchiha he would appreciate it... He would become strong for it. Or at least Shihouin hoped.

The young, dull eyes of an Uchiha followed the lazy motioned of the sky. Ever so silent with the ability to kill, the sky was a ninja like no other, at least in this mind. It raced around, getting him up and into a sitting position. His eyes blinked. Even through the somewhat dark clouds, no light snow had descended yet. His thoughts raced to Hana, to Konoha, the only two people he had been comunicating with. But things would be different, as Yori wouldn't be starting this.

After he lowered himself from the roof of where he was staying, he found a note. Of course, he never read it. It only occured to him that the sender was an older Uchiha. The name? He couldn't recall, but it's not like he hadn't seen him before, even if it was a short glimspe. He dropped the unread note, and put no haste foward.

It took him time though, as even he knew the life of an Uchiha wasn't easy when you turned into a pacifist ninja. But Yori also consluded he needed to be strong to protect what was dear to him. Whether one judged this as his clan, a lover, or Konohagakure, only Yori could know the truth. Yet, at this point in time, the young Uchiha had no idea what the older Uchiha had planned.

As he arrived, he had no problem picking out and approching the one who left the note. The name again? It escaped me once again, he thought as he raised his hand somewhat in a wave with a faint smile. "Hello, Shihouin.", he said in a somewhat more cheerful demeanor than his dull, black colored costume suggested.

As the genin arrived Shihouin did not feel like worrying about what each others names were and where they grew up. There was no need to discuss their goals and future plans, and tell each other about their character. There was only room for battle and creating space to grow. He spoke quickly, in a timely fashion. He wanted to get things moving. "I got no time for moving slow with Uchiha. So we're going to do this as quickly as possible. I am going to try to kill you and force you on the defensive. Your objective is to try and kill me, no half way bullshit. If you can stick a knife in my throat then by all means kill me. Do not stop, focus on pushing your body past your limits. You will be pushed to the edge. Do not hesitate. If you fail you will more than likely end up in the hospital, missing an arm or something else that could get me in trouble." Shihouin, without hesitation drew a kunai.

Since they were about five meters away from each other, it was nothing to engage in close combat. Technically Shihouin had the ability to overrun the child with simple kicks and punches. He would not respond to that, it took way more to open the eyes of the Sharingan. Each Sharingan in his head was capable of incredible power... They had to be released first, through a life or death situation.

As soon as he had finished speaking, Shihouin threw the kunai at the genin's lower abdomen, rushing him at a jogging pace while he performed hand signs in a flurry of seals. He prepared his next move as soon as his current one had left his hand, flying quickly at his lower torso. While rushing him Shihouin would keep his body leaned slightly forward and the weight placed evenly between each leg. The gap between them would grow smaller soon, as Shihouin counted down the meters between them. Depending on Yori's move, he would be upon him in a about a second and a half at the speed he was maintaining.

The fact....jumping into it is dangerous for me, I'll need to think quickly, and I can't take it easy due to what he just said, Yori thought. He and his new opponent though, had the same idea; Starting with kunai. Because Yori had no true talents in Taijutsu, close combat would be something to avoid. Throwing the Kunai at Shi, it wouldn't collide with his Kunai, and instead, aim for his feet. His fan Tanto, a disguised weapon, stood as his main defence weapon. The dull blade wasn't meant to kill, so as he pulled it out, the dull, emotionless eyes changed to a more violent, yet surprised look. He took the kunai and let his more, unwanted emotions take over.

His eyes were wide, ridden with not just anger, but with fear. He couldn't fight the urge to fight, it was like a need for him to do so. He was breathing deeply, as he hadn't removed the kunai yet. "Shinobi must be strong, they must exceed their limits, which is true abut train, CoReCt ShIhOuIn-SeNpAi?", he asked as he started his own run, throwing the tanto itself at Shi.

I can't resist, I must go along, he wants me to, so I'll give in to hatred, he thought. He felt like he had problems, running at an almost completely stranger, with a Tanto flying foward. He had no time to waste, as he decided to jump straight into the air. He didn't get too high, but it was enough for him to prepare the, Goukakyuu no Jutsu. The handseals came easy, as he was well used to using this jutsu. He favoured it above all else, and he considered it his strongest move in his current state of affairs. "Goukakyuu no Jutsu!", Yori said as he started to descend, putting his hand up ro his mouth, and expelling a somewhat impressive fireball.

Yori was not thinking like Shihouin was when he was Yori's age. The first move would be obviously to get away from the Jounin. This would allow Yori to create time and space, allowing him to prepare a better move without the pressing concern of time. There were things no one could beat, and even though a Jounin was faster and stronger, if he had to cover a large distance to attack, he would have to cover it. If he had chosen to distance himself away from Shihouin, he might not be in the horrible situation he had created for himself.

There was no need to use Sharingan. Anyone trained enough could predict the moves of an opponent and time them offensively. The Sharingan allowed the luxury of doing that math like a calculator, showing you the move instead of you having to worry about coming up with it. At his level, the gap between them was huge, and Yori would soon learn it. As Yori threw the blade at his feet, Shihouin adjusted his run pattern easily so he would essentially "walk over" the kunai and miss it entirely, avoiding any wires or attached objects on the blade. He did this while keeping his speed and feet pattern effortlessly. This had put him upon Yori, and covered the distance remarkably quick.

As Yori drew his fan tanto, Shihouin would be upon him within a meters range. Since he had not moved while drawing the tool, or attempted to draw the object quickly, this gave Shihouin ample time to change the fight to close range. The prepared ninjutsu was activated, and a shadow clone would silently and sightlessly appear behind Yori. Shihouin would aim a punch for Yori's face. During the time he would take the damage from the kunai, Shihouin's clone would attempt to punch him from behind in his blind spot at his neck. This would all happen long before he tried to speak, and right after he took the kunai. While making his move, Shihouin kept his left hand at bay to cover his openings, the shadow clone doing the same as they both mentally prepared the next move.

Even if Yori was stopped before, what he wanted to happen, he would still want to speak. Even if through the pain, the young genin was obviously determined to, whether he had to deal with a weight that would make him stronger. Now his mind was reeling as his mind snapped back, his eyes no longer fearful, or ful of hatred, anger, or the desire to kill. He coughed, sending out a small, but noticable splatter of blood onto the ground. He placed a hand onto the kunai. Visible, it was the right.

Chuckling slightly, his brain struck an idea. He's taking me up close, I need to think, he thought. I can do it that way I suppose, but he still seems skilled without using the sharingan, he said, as he raised his right leg as fast as he could. It was going back, aimed at the clone's crotch. He quickly threw Shihouin's Kunai back at him, and then aimed his left elbow back at the clone.

The numbers game will catch up to me, but I can't lose my cool like that again, it was too much, he thought. The clone will block my attack, and he should easily avoid the kunai or some other type of action, I know I have no hope of winning, but giving in isn't why I'm here, he thought.

His eyes widened once more, showing his "other side". "ShIhOuIn-SeNpAi! WoUlDn'T yOu AgReE tHaT yOuR fOrCiNg Me To ReAcH mY lImItS?", he asked psychoticly before calming down again.

Yori didn't realize exactly what was happening. Shihouin was within a meter and his key traits were in speed and quickness of motion. He was fast by shinobi standards. His favorite trait was running speed, even though he did not too much specialize in taijutsu. Because he had not chosen to move, but to grab the kunai, Shihouin's move was confirmed. The clone and hisself would both meet their punches. Shihouin's punch would meet Yori's face and the clones punch would meet the back of his neck. If he insisted on trying to throw the tool while they were literally on top of one another, Shihouin would simply grab his arm and or catch the kunai with little to no effort.

He had to realize, that time and movement meant everything. Shihouin's attack was quick and took a small amount of time, vs the time it took for him to draw a kunai from his own injured self, he would have no time to provide a block to his attack. This meant he would be forced to take the blow because he had not chose the correct method of dealing with his opponent.

If he decided to try and kick the clone in the nuts, the clone would simply step on the back of his leg. Leg kicks took more time than hand movement, but as such were more powerful than punches. He would simply "step" on his leg as it came up, which would create an opening for him to attack. If he continued on without using his kawarimi the battle would be over in less than a second. Shihouin prepared his moves, hoping that the genin had something better up his sleeve. By taking these punches, the genin would create an opening for Shihouin to manipulate.

OCC - Oh, Sorry, but I discluded your attack. Again, TV and two stes isn't easy, I miss details in my post as I never ignored the clone. It attacked me, did it not? Therefor, afterwards I'd know it's there.


IC - A solid object dropped to the ground. As it finially stopped making noise, and the cloud of smoke blew away, the log, regardless of it's current situation, was whatever there was left of the Uchiha boy. The boy wasn't no where to be seen however, as he was in plain site picking up his tanto.

This time, he wasted little time, as with a small, slight smile, he started launching Shurakien, and kunai as fast as he could. These were prepared Kunai and the shuriken were merely there. The kunai will simply by the more deadlier thing, where the Shurikens are to keep him moving, and I may not be great with weapons, but this is good enough, he thought. Yori didn't have much to go one at this point, because this man was both older, stronger, and wising than the young, inexperienced but strategi-loving Yori.

It was just trouble, Yori's mind wondered what he was supposed to accomplish by perhaps losing an arm or becoming bed-ridden in a hospital. Then it occured that own of his own beliefs had the possible answer. I'm not a complete tool, your trying to.....trying to force it out, he thought. The Sharingan! The fool, he thought as he stopped through Shuriken and Kunai. I should conserve my chakra and use it only when needed, he planned out as he started running away.

This only fed his plan, for as he ran, he was dropping senbon. These senbon, every 1/5 was wrapped in several exploding tags. If all that can't keep him at bay, then I'll need to use a jutsu, he said as his eyes planned on watch his attacker.

ANBU were not allowed to you flashy techniques, flashy in the sense that they were just not fit for stealth situations and made too much noise and or collateral damage. However, Shihouin was not in ANBU technically and he was free to use whatever techniques he wanted to. Especially his very own and very original Blazing Rockets technique. Despite the horrible name he had come up with when he was genin, the technique would allow him to have fun with the Uchiha. He was not going to open his Sharingan without facing death in some sort of way.

Picking up on the thrown tools using all of his senses, the prepared ninjutsu went into play. As if fueled by raw fire power, streams of condensed fire began to blow from underneath his feet, propelling him high into the air. He decided to go about 10 or so meters into the air to gain space, looking back down on the ground with his Sharingan to spot Yori's position by way of seeing his chakra signature.

As he peaked at ten meters, he changed his feet position and blasted off towards Yori's position. He would stay above his position to allow him more room to manipulate another move. As flashy and rarely useful as the jutsu was, it did allow him to transverse large distances quickly, without he need of worrying about ground thrown tools. With a kunai in his hand, Shihouin prepared his next move, watching Yori.

He's finally using a jutsu, whatever it may be, it kept him ahead of me, Yori though as he begin the handseals for Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique. He quickly went through them, as there was no time to slow down or make any errors. "Fire Style - Great Fireball Technique!", he said. From his mouth, the chakra would flow into his stomach and then be released very quickly in the form of a large fireball. His hand guided the fire into the shape of a sphere, and it was sent at Shi.

Yori then proceed to jump into a tree, then, climb to the top. Pulling out three senbon, he would throw them at Shi, then pulling out his tanto once more, jump out of the tree. He jumped directly towards Shi, trying to go on the offensive while keep a good defense. There's absolutely no way I could win against someone like this, I can't go on much longer at this rate, he thought.

I could easily slip up, it's not hard when your being pressured, he thought as he raised the tanto as he approched his target.

Was he already being bested by his own blood? Talent, even though there seemed to only be a shred of it Yori had some talent. In order to gain the spacial recomposition to make Gouakakyuu into a perfect ball, Shihouin at Yori's age had to re-train the technique over again after using the regular one. Yet, this child had done it with skill alone, and Sharingan allowed him to see the skill of this chakra manipulation. Sure a single jutsu out of the thousands that Shihouin could potentially learn meant nothing against this, but maybe the mustard seedling of talent would blossom with faith and grow powerfully with the force to move mountains. Who knew Yori's potential?

Yet what was this? As the fireball escaped his mouth, Shihouin easily dodged it, and stopped mid flight. Before Yori would continue up to the tree, he would forfiet the match. "Don't worry about it Yori. I feel that now is not the time to push Sharingan. It's better to do it in a mission or something, where your abilities are tested without my hand in it. You can't hope to defeat me with these tactics anyhow, as an aerial target, I can force myself into any position in air. Yet you blindly lead yourself, you who have little counter ninjutsu into a place where your mobility is limited. Go home, refresh your tactics and return later. We will go on a mission and solve it this way."

His image shuddered against the fire, and flickered away from sight. A small, long trail of black smoke burned through the sky as Shihouin flew elsewhere escapiing to something else. It was time that he trained for his own self.
