The Konoha hospital was one of the few buildings, who still had sections left from the great Uzumaki Naruto`s time. The hospital had become a symbol of not only peace, but also safety. Within the walls, hardworking medics either saved or helped new life into the world every day. While not every operation was succesful, and not every childbirth went well, it was still a beacon of light for the village. Even on this day, were it had been pouring down since sunrise, the hospital still seemed to "shine" in glory. The white building itself consisted of 5 floors, had a large medic + on the front entrance, as well as the name "Konoha Hospital" engraved between the first and second floor. In the front entrance, new and former patients were streaming, avoiding each other with a light and friendly good morning. Not all mornings were without agurments through. Today`s first agurment, broke out between Mr. Iziki and one of the male medics in the enterance. "M-Mr. Iziki, please go back to your room, your leg isen`t healed yet", the not so tall male medic, said to the 6.4 heavy builded Iziki. "My leg is fine damn it!", he yelled loudly up, swinging with his fists like a mad ape. The agurment sounded through the entire entrance hall, causing small children to cry, and tug onto their parent`s hands.Luckily Kamira wasen`t down there. The chunin of now 2 years was on the third floor, on her way to see Makoto.
"Makoto..Makoto..Makoto..", she mumbled lightly as she ran her finger down list of names. Makoto had broken his leg while climbing trees during a D ranked mission, and had been in the hospital for the past few days. She had been the one to greet him when he first arrivied, and had since then been the one to do his check ups. Yesterday he had been able to support himself for roughly 5 seconds, a good sign that meant he should be up and walking within the next couple of days. "Ah, there..". Kamira tapped the name a little, before turning to the right down a smaller hallway. He had been transfered to a new room during the night, his former room having been needed for a more serious case. Kamira moved her blue eyes away from the list, and onto the room numbers she steadly passed. She turned left twice, and then once again right, before reaching room number 11. The chunin smiled a little to herself, the thought of spending this wet morning with his bright smile was comforting.
Before she reached to knock twice, his joyful voice had already sprung out from the room. "Onee-chan!". Kamira opened the door fully, stepped in and closed it behind herself. "Good morning, Maka-san, how are you feeling today?". Her smile got a little wider, as she laid eyes on the figure in the bed. His strong green eyes were smiling out from his shoulder long brown mane, which had been fuzzed up slightly due to the pillows behind his back. The broken leg was resting on a large red pillow, a thing which Kamira had brought from home. When you stopped and thought about it: It was weird sharing workplace with your mom right? Before any answer could form, his bright smile brought her back into the room. "Just fine now that Kamira Onee-chan is here!", "I see i see". She followed her words up with a small laughter, taking her seat next to the bed.
"What`s wrong, Mako-san?". After the lautgher had died out, the boy had turned his green eyes towards the window, his smile having faded a little. "I`m very glad Onee-chan is here to visit again...but its not so fun when its raining". Kamira sat up fully and glanced over her left shoulder, taking notice of how the droplets of rain tapped against the window. "Its just a little water, don`t let it bring you down! If you keep up your cute smile, i bet the sun soon will smile back at ya!". "You really think so?!", "Of cause!". "Alright then!", he said while tighten his fingers into fisits, "i will smile twice as much then, so Onee-chan can see the sun!". Kamira reached over and patted him on the head, surpressing a urge to laugh out loud. He was almost to cute to be a boy, but maybe it was because of the long hair. Their conversation went on for two hours. It consisted mostly of Makoto talking, while Kamira wrote down everything he said. By the time they finished, the rain had stopped, but the sky was still dark.
"Ah! Look at the time, already lunch..", "ehhh? Not already! I wanna keep talking with Onee-chan!", the young genin protested and crossed his arms across the chest. "I`ll be back before you dinner gets here..alright?", she said with a raised pink eyebrow, smiling a little. "Hai!". With a last pat on the head, she rose from the chair and walked up to the window. The window was always the fastest way out, when you had to avoid the traffic in the entrance hall. As she slided the window open and crawled into the window frame, she glanced over her shoulder. Makoto was waving with his pale hand, a big grin being on his face. She aimed her jump, and landed on a small street below the window, on the backside of the hospital. She dusted the knee long nurse uniform off, and began to stroll towards the nearby dango stand.
You did get a few glances when you walked down the street wearing a nurse uniform, but it was normal to see. Ever since she had started helping her mother at the hospital, she had been sneaking out through the window. Maybe Makoto`s smiling helped?. Glancing up at the sky while walking, she was reminded of her ponytail when it bumped against her knee. She reached up and untied it, allowing the pink hair to fall down her back and shoulders. Using the left hand, the bangs was moved into their place, resting on her burst. There had been a time were the hair had been the source of pain..but now, she was proud of it.
All thoughts were forgotten, as she reached the dango stand with a growling belly. The stand was seperated from the street by paper curtains, providing a little shelter from the outside world (basically how it is at Ichiruka ramen). "Right on time, Kamira-chan!", the aging broad man with a happy smile said from behind the counter, while handing her a menu. He had served the Haruno family since Rosu` was young, so calling Kamira by first name was normal in his stand. "Hmmm...spicy this time?". She tapped her index finger onto the menu and handed it back to him. The owner listened to the sound of her growling belly, before starting on her course. Kamira rested her jaw on the back of her left hand, falling into her own world while watching the lunch getting ready,
